It's going on 12 years since I posted a review here, but after visiting Smiles On Olive again yesterday, it occurred to me as I was driving home how lucky I was to find them all those years ago. I mean, honestly, I'm an incredible man-baby. I used to be nervous just driving past a dentist office. But now, well, the fact that I'm still going there is HUGE testament to their practice. It's crazy to say, but now when I go there I feel like I'm walking into a friend's house. I know that may sound cheesy, but it's true. I keep waiting for someone to break out a six-pack and put the game on. Consider their starting lineup: Dr. Eliza, Jescik, Jarmen, Javier and Martha. They're all so warm and kind, of course. But what's really important it that they all know their roles and work so well together. Maybe Dr. Eliza should do a Ted Talk to teach other business leaders how to properly put together a team, because I'd take her starting five any day over, say, the 2000 Lakers even. (Okay, maybe none of the Smiles team can dunk, but that's here nor there.) Anyway, as I probably did back in 2013, maybe I'm laying it on a little thick, but whatever. This is not a paid endorsement. They don't know I'm writing it. I was just feeling grateful and wanted to share. read more

Myself and my teenage daughter both come to this dental office and we LOVE our visits. The staff is always on time, welcoming, and work with answering all our questions. My daughter is almost done with her braces here and they have helped tremendously influence our dental hygiene practices from when we first came 2 years ago. I highly recommend them to families and others. read more

My family and I have been going to Smiles on Olive for dentistry for the past 5 years and 15 years before that where the doctor practiced in Encino! I would go anywhere Dr. Eliza goes because I trust her so much and she is so gentle and caring with any procedure! The staff from front office to back office make you feel so comfortable and they treat you like family! If you're nervous to go to the dentist I would highly recommend going to Smiles on Olive since your fears will disappear once you experience the amazing service and staff! The doctor also does spa treatments which I haven't done yet but if I ever do it will only be with Dr. Eliza! Thank you always for everything Dr. Eliza and staff! read more

Dr. Eliza gave me 3 fillings and 2 have fallen out a year apart of one another. When flossing one filling on the side of the tooth would always tear my floss as well. My hygiene is excellent and both fillings were under 6 years old. She is kind and warm and her office was convenient but unfortunately I am paying the price for her unfortunate poor work on my teeth. read more

Smiles On Olive - Cosmetic Dentists Near Me - Burbank, California

The whole team at Smiles on Olive is absolutely wonderful! After multiple recommendations from family and friends I decided to make an appointment with then and I was so glad I did. Aside from them being professional and knowledgeable, they make you feel like you're part of their family! After having a few appointments I made the decision to make an appointment for my 7 year old son aswell. I was honestly a little worried because my son has had bad experiences with dentist and always dreaded having dental appointments. I wasn't able to take my son personally because I had to work but his dad took him . My son was over the moon of joy to tell me about his dental visit! It was the amazing staff that was able to change my sons perspective of dental appointments with just his first visit. Thank you Smiles on Olive for being so great!! read more

If you frequent Five-Star hotels in the Los Angeles area, you will love Smiles on Olive. Jarmen heads up the front office, where she always greets you with a sense of poise, compassion and remembrance. The only thing missing is a glass of white wine while you wait; which, ironically, would compliment the ever-modern decor. When it comes to Dr. Eliza, she, too, greets you with a warm smile and picks up the conversation where you last left off. Then, once treatment begins, she checks in with you to make sure you are feeling alright -- as if her gentle approach could elicit anything else. Yes, she knows dental work is not fun, so she does everything she can to let you know that your comfort is her top priority. Yes, the staff here actually care about you, your family and your welfare, and that is not something I have ever experienced at a dentist's office. Perhaps that is why I have been coming here for 15 years. From cleanings to extractions to general cosmetics, I have done it all, and I will not trust my smile to anyone else. So, how much does this "legendary service" cost, you might ask? Well, Smiles on Olive has competitive prices, and that comes with a transparency guarantee. If you cannot afford to pay for something up front, they will do their best to tell you what treatment is urgent and what can wait. As I am writing this review, Javi -- one of their employees -- saw me in my car and offered to take me in early for my appointment. "Do you want to wait in the lobby? In the air conditioning? Do you want water or coffee? It is good to see you," he continued. "It is good to see me," I thought? I was just thinking the same thing about them. When is the last time your dentist greeted you at the door? read more

My son is extremely picky when it comes to dentists. We have tried many different facilities but nothing has stuck. All of that changed once we found Dr. Eliza!! From the moment we walked in, the staff was all smiles and very friendly! They have also been very accommodating with my crazy schedule. The entire staff from the front desk to the hygienist are incredibly professional and do an amazing job with the cleanings. Dr. Eliza is wonderful as well; had to remove some staining because we just removed his braces and she did an amazing job. We also had to order a sports mouth guard through them and it fits like a glove so far. No complaints at all!!! My son finally loves going to the dentist!!! read more

Been going here for over a decade and will never go anywhere else. Clean, friendly staff and I've never had anything negative to say or report (I doubt I ever will). Dr. Eliza is kind, aware, professional and patient. Really, the entire Team are the very best. My wife and i have been coming here for a few years now could not be any happier with our experience. Its odd to look forward to your next dentist appointments but i do! Walking in it's apparent that their entire goal was to make sure that my experience was completely perfect. And with the inexorably kind Jarmen helming the front office, your guaranteed the perfect start to the experience. There are two rooms - personally i prefer the one with the frosted glass, both with tv, cable etc and always soft jazzy tunes wafting about. Every time time i visit the office i say the say the same thing - I'm so relaxed by the end; It's like a being at a spa...with someones hands in my mouth. 5 Stars all the way! read more

It's difficult for me to express just how amazing Dr. Eliza and the entire Smiles on Olive staff is and how much they mean to me, but I'll try! :) The top-notch, cutting edge, and high-tech dental care at this office is balanced seemingly effortlessly with personal attention and warmth. From the moment you walk through their doors you never feel like a patient, Dr. Eliza and her entire staff treat you like family! They are compassionate, professional, caring, knowledgeable, affordable, and will go above and beyond to make sure your dental (and emotional, lol) needs are taken care of! I cannot say enough good things about Smiles on Olive. I know it's odd to love not only your dentist but the entire office staff, but I do! I love you Dr. Eliza, Jarmen, Martha, Arturo & Sako! Smiles On Olive - Receptionist putting my 4 month old to sleep while I'm under the lights! - Cosmetic Dentists Near Me - Burbank, California

Dr. Eliza has been my doctor since I was a baby. Her hands are light as a feather. On March 29, 2016. I found out that my cavity has led into a root canal . I was so afraid it was going to be painful. Dr. Eliza was phenomenal . I didn't feel any pain. She even removed my 3 nerves and I didn't even feel a thing. I didn't even had pain afterwards. It was a piece of cake. All you guys that are afraid and think it's painful. Trust me it's not. She's a specialist . Also, besides the doctor her staff are kind, welcoming, and very helpful. I love walking into my doctors office every time. They treat you like family. Thank you Dr. Eliza and your whole staff. Perfectionist !!!! read more

My co-worker Refered me to Dr. Eliza. I was dying from a tooth ache. I can't begin to say how this entire office made me feel from the minute I walked in. First of all the office is absolutely beautiful and it felt so warm and comforting. Since I had called in last minute and explained my situation of how much pain I was in pain, as soon as I walked in I was taken care of. They have the latest up equipment in their office and the Doctor herself was so humble and sweet and took care of my problem instantly. My entire experience at the dental office was unbelievable. Loved the entire staff and Dr. Eliza is just the BEST!!!! read more

This is best place in town , it's my first time here everybody very friendly Jarmen she's very friendly person she's trying to help with everything ... 10star for this place !!! Highly recommended read more

Very sketchy business practices. They are so friendly but I should've been more cautious after my first visit when they said I had 4 cavities (only ever had one cavity when I was in high school). Then every time my husband or I had an appointment they would always try to reschedule last minute which was very frustrating. One time they even had my appointment written down for the wrong day but I had the appointment card with me to prove otherwise. These things don't seem all that bad but if you add them all together it started to get frustrating. It gets worse. We would constantly get paperwork form our insurance with all these procedures they were doing but we never had these things done! And we were never billed by the dentist. I asked about it and they always blew of off but I realized after talking to my friend who works in the dental field, they were just trying to get all the money possible from insurance so then end of year we had to money left when we needed it. What really blows my mind is on my last visit they said I had another cavity. Well because they had used all my money I didn't want to get it drilled until the new year when my insurance would reset. I was so annoyed that I went to a different dentist in the new year. And guess what? No cavities. Smiles on olive was just trying to take my money and now I'm thinking i had my teeth drilled for no reason. So unethical and unprofessional. read more

Dr. Eliza is the best dentist I've been too. Every member of the staff was informative, polite, and patient to help. Their technology is current and super advanced compared to other offices. This was my first dental experience where I felt calm. I had a crown done yesterday and today I don't feel any soreness. Office is super cozy, everyone on her team was very professional. I had a pleasant experience going to the dentist which hasn't happen to me. I was referred to her by a good friend who said I would love her and I did. I definitely will be going in for my routine check ups. read more

Dr. Eliza is by far the best dentist in the San Fernando valley. I hated visiting the dentist until I went to Smiles on Olive for the first time. Smiles on Olive takes really good care of me. I appreciate that a lot. The doc and the staff are really nice, caring, skilled and passionate. One if the things I like is that they don't wait for me to ask and provide answers in anticipation of a question. Their passion shows through in many ways. For example: The hygienist put me on notice for having stained teeth. She said "stained teeth make it easier for particles to adhere to the surface of teeth" (paraphrasing) so I need to take better care of that. We talked about what could be causing the staining and how to resolve it with ease and on subsequent check-ups I got her approval. Really great place! read more

Brought my son in who suffered a facial Trauma and broke his two front teeth. It was a Saturday they were closing but they waited for me to arrive to check him out and they were so caring. I was unable to afford their services but they were absolutely kind and provided great services. They even offered to break the payment up for me. Wish I could have had my son's teeth repaired here, really great staff! read more

My friend referred me to Dr. Eliza. I was in a lot of pain and needed to see a good dentist asap. I was able to get an appointment right away. The staff is extremely nice and professional. Dr. Eliza is the best! She made me get over the fear and anxiety I would face at the thought of needles and the dentist in general. I'm not sure if this is because of her experience as a dentist or if her hands are simply made of magic but I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort when she was administering the anesthetic shots. I've gotten 8 cavities fixed by her and I'm currently getting my Invisalign treatments by her as well. She is professional, informative and she is the farthest thing from pushy. Jarmen at the front desk and all of her assistants are also super sweet and helpful. The office itself is super clean and always smells great. Cannot find anything bad to say about this place! read more

I need to tell you how amazing everyone here is! I went in a year ago with a terrible fear. I know no one likes the dentist but I had anxiety attacks about it. Hadn't been in 10 years. Horrible.. probably the worst dental experience I've had in my life. Was charged almost 50,000 for 3 family members and they never finished the jobs they had started.
