I've never been to such a amazing dentist office. Such a beautiful location and it really feels like a part of the neighborhood. Dr. Lee is amazing, so humble and easy to have conversations with, keeps everything real and honest and is very knowledgeable and understanding. The front desk ladies are amazing! Roseanne is incredible, Felicia is my absolute favorite, Clara is so sweet and kind. And the best part is you never have to wait, they respect your time and always try to work with your schedule. I saw this office on Facebook and was intrigued by not only the beautiful setting but how they prided themselves on the appointment time - being on time and set aside just for you. And my experience (3 appointments so far) has been nothing short of fantastic. I came to this office with of course lots of dental issues and frankly- an avoidance of the dentist for about six years, While I knew this I was still a bit apprehensive as to what they would say and think about my own self dental care and lack there of. I've been happily seeing Dr. Ruiz for over 5 years and have felt really safe with him. He tries to preserve the natural tooth and not go below the gum unless absolutely necessary. He's been out of the office more so I was nervous to see anyone new here but recently saw hygienist, Yudeisy, and dentist, Dr Kim. They were both gentle with my sensitive teeth, and had a great bedside manner. Kind of essential for people whose hands are in your mouth, right? It was immediately obvious they were incredibly kind and sincere people. First, Dr Ruiz is an expert in the field and when I first met him, he's not only a great dentist but also empathetic. Second, the office staff are amazing. Roseanne and Anabel have been taking care of my dental plan and regular check ups with genuine care. Most importantly, the quality of the outcome that I experienced is life changing especially now that I can smile and communicate with more confidence. This is honestly the first dental office I have NEVER been nervous to visit. Right away I felt at home here. The scheduling for a new patient was seamless and the staff were beyond competent and pleasant to engage with. My exam with Dr. Cohen was thorough and the whole team checked in with me all along the way to insure I was comfortable. I am suffering with chronic TMJ and was referred straight to Dr. Ruiz. There was no wait to be seen which is great for such an admirable specialist. Although I am early into my treatment, I have faith in Dr. Ruiz and his colleagues to help improve my symptoms.
