I had a thorough exam and awesome experience with Dr.H. He was so sweet, and took his time explaining the condition of my teeth and what needed to happen moving forward. He was personable and gentle with the cleaning process. The assistant who took my X-rays was a sweetheart as well. My only qualm was with transparency on pricing. I would've liked to have the fact that there was an exam fee communicated when calling to make an appointment as a first time patient. I was also told the X-ray fee would be waved during this call but was presented with the charge upon payment. Communication from front desk was nonexistent when checking out as well, no acknowledgment or information about what was next at the end while she stared at the computer without saying anything after I approached. I went last week and the person that helped me set up my appoint was Jess, she was so very sweet! she knew i needed anxiety medication for the procedure i was going to have and went ahead and sent the prescription over for me. I went in today to finally take out my last two teeth (Dr.Kas actually extracted my first two!) and it went so smooth and easy. they know how to keep me calm and they're great at walking you through things as they go and asking if you're okay.
