I went for a consultation with Dr.Amin and got a detailed report. Dr. Amin is very caring. Everyone in office is so kind. I recommend to check them out. Because of my financial situation I couldn't go with them :( The care they gave even in just the consultation was top notch. read more

Just WOW! I came in terrified about my wisdom teeth surgery, and I was immediately greeted by two amazing women working the front desk. Instead of the typical office where the front desk just hands you one paper with the check on it, they provided an entire folder and broke down every page for you to understand. His assistant made you feel so taken care of - super friendly and thoughtful. Dr. Amin himself was just amazing as well. He really helped calm my nerves by answering all my questions, telling me the typical experience and even his, which made me feel so safe getting my procedure done by him. He was quick to answer all questions with genuine concern and care. I also thought that the price point was great. I'd visited other surgeons, and Dr. Amin was by far the most affordable AND had the best care. I wish I could give more stars. My experience here was amazing! read more

For almost a year I've been deciding whether I should post this or not and this has nothing to do with my initial consultation with Dr Amin. So this is what happened... Last year I went to this Dentist to be seen based off a recommendation from a previous patient Dr Amin had treated whom I met in person at the OC Fair and looked amazing with her full arch implants. She told me that her case was really difficult. A very unusual case that involved a lot of surgery to fix the jaw. So I figured my case being just needing implants around my mouth will be nowhere as difficult as hers. The first consultation was really good, the doctor was very attentive, caring and informative. I have nothing bad to say about the first visit. Even his costs to put in multiple implants was very fair. At that point I was ready. I wanted to do the work. I myself don't have the best health. I'm not the unhealthiest, but due to ongoing stomach issues and sometimes incontinence issues, there are periods where I experience flare-ups. Unfortunately a month later I experienced one. I had reached out to the manager of the office and she recommended me doing a second interview via video chat. I expressed to the doctor on that video conversation My problems that I was experiencing at the moment Even though if the doctor had read my chart, which I believe he did originally, he would have noticed all of the physical ordeals I deal with on a daily basis And I thought he was already under the impression of my certain conditions since I listed them on my application, since I was experiencing a flare-up, which had caused me to need to urinate very very often. Because of this the doctor recommended doing a deep sleep anesthesia rather than a light sedation. Unfortunately I was unaware that they hire a third party to do the anesthesia and the anesthesiologist that was going to see me was brand new in the industry, less than a year with her license, yet I was being charged $1,000 an hour I was asleep. I knew this would be expensive but I did not think I would have an anesthesiologist who was really new in her career and I felt uncomfortable with her and I expressed this to the doctor who I believe did not like what I expressed. My surgery went from being $35,000 - $40,000 with the deep anesthesia taking it up another $12-15,000. That was unexpected. After informing the doctor of my concerns, he proceeded to tell me that he didn't feel comfortable doing my procedure in his office. Like what? He said I should be seen in an ambulatory setting like a hospital like UCLA or USC. Interesting coming from a doctor who has a huge amount of experience, used to be a professor at a university like UCLA, teaches other students and dentists to be better in their field, has done surgeries that other dentist and dental implant doctors can't even perform, has experience through the yin yang, yet for whatever reason he did not feel comfortable due to my IBS symptoms to do the implants in my mouth. He suggested I go get seen at a university like UCLA or USC. The manager of the office sent me an email stating that the doctor said I should use this as my referral for the University. Well UCLA would not accept his email because it did not state it did not have the correct needed information to be accepted as a referral. Guess what doctor? I never got the referral placed nor have I ever been seen at a university due to your lack or care of supplying me with an actual referral letter that can be used and accepted. I originally came to you because of the referral I got from your previous patient, You know who I'm talking about and guess what I saw her again at the OC Fair and I told her what happened and that I was eager to use you and you just let me down. I still don't have the implants and I'm very skeptical to use just any dentist. I sincerely wanted to use you if me commenting about your anesthesiologist triggered you to not want to see me and treat me. I'm sorry, I was just expressing my concerns with a very new anesthesiologist who had just graduated. You kicked me to the side of the road thinking that just giving me back $300 that I paid you was enough to satisfy my situation. I wanted to give you $40,000+ to fix my mouth and all you did was put a very bad taste back into it. You might be an excellent dentist, and I'm sure you are, but there's no way that my IBS symptoms is the reason why you denied me care, since what you told me originally that my dental situation was no where near as bad as what you've seen with others. I'm really disappointed that you just pushed me to the curb, and then proceeded to give me a referral letter that wasn't even a referral that I couldn't even use. If I truly needed a hospital-like setting, you would have at least given me a proper referral that I could have used to have been seen at the University. You didn't even do that. I have had dental problems for years and have seen numerous dentists and endodontists so I have good judgement about who is and isnt good. I went to Dr Ramsey Amin D.D.S. because he was rated as the #1 oral surgeon in Southern CA. However, after my first consultation with him I would have to say that rating is incorrect - he is actually the best oral surgeon in the Universe! Dr Amin is so knowledgeable, personable, and intelligent - what charisma! I have never had such a thorough exam (tongue, oral cavity, neck muscles, lymphs) and education/training - l have been flossing incorrectly for years! He patiently and thoroughly explained every step in detail while providing treatment options. His bedside manner is superb. His office personnel were just as professional and sweet. Beautiful Agnes was such a godsend as she helped me get an emergency appointment when I was in pain and desperate. Dr Amin's assistant, Marshall, was obviously selected for his intellect, people skills, and professionalism. He explained everything as he conducted my scans with the latest technology. Dr Amin and his phenomenal team were an answer to my prayers. I thank God I was directed to Dr Amin for treatment. read more

I started my journey with Dr. Amin back in August of 2025 and I just recently completed everything in March 2026. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Amin was very friendly, personable, and he took the time to check in on me with every visit and ensured that I understood how I was healing and everything related to this process. He took his time examining my case and recommended a unique approach that would suit my circumstances the best. He gave a detailed explanation on the entire process and what the outcome would be. Dr. Amin is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and I am glad that I went with him on my journey. For anyone looking to get implants, look no further. All the staff in the office was also very wonderful they would politely greet me as soon as I came in. read more

It was a privilege to find Dr. Ramsey Amin. Without exception, he gave me back my quality of life. My original implants were placed 18 years ago and were starting to show signs of wear and tear. Local doctors in Central California weren't able to offer a solution; I received several contradicting treatment plans and realized I needed an extraordinary specialist. I searched for 'the best implant specialist in California,' and Dr. Amin was at the top of the list. Every visit was excellent. He is the first doctor I've ever had who called me personally after surgery to check on me. His entire team took wonderful care of me as well. I have new teeth now, and I hope they will last a long time. I remember Dr. Amin in my prayers every night and wish him and his team many blessings. read more

Dr. Ramsey Amin is not just any dentist, he's an implant specialist who LOVES what he does. I'm blessed to have found him, trusted him and to know that I'm in good hands! He did my gum graft surgery of which I remember nothing because on top of him being an outstanding surgeon he's also great at making sure I'm properly sedated and taken care of! Yes, all done by Dr. Amin! I pray he never changes or gets tired of being kind, thorough, thoughtful and honest PLEASE don't settle for less when it comes to your wellbeing! And, remember we all need our teeth, healthy gums and a beautiful smile. Dr. Amin and his staff are top notch! I would and will highly recommend him to anyone with simple or complex implant needs. read more

The absolute best in his field. Dr Amin is friendly and kind. The most organized dental office I have been to. Great staff.

From my consult 3D - imaging to evaluation of my failing implants. one over 30 yrs old. To a broken molar. I was deeply impressed followed by research of extreme knowledge and experience of implant re-placement. Implant failure , state of art facility and Dr Amin professional status. My surgery today to deal with failed implants , broken molar , remove, bone graft , replace .. and temp caps was 1000% better than what I was expecting from previous implants. Honestly my personal option , Dr Amin excels to all the other implant surgeon I have been too. Thank you for your check in tonight !! To the staff , you ROCK . You treated me like royalty!! Sadly I don't remember anything, WOW. Thank you is not enough to give all of you a praise. See you in a week for follow up read more

i cant begin to describe what Dr.Amin has done for me, hes given me back confidence to crack up and laugh like i used too! i searched several implant specialists from far and close to home and no one was a better option than Ramsey and his team. they make you feel at home and comfortable. i have never had good experiences in dentist offices and hadnt been in over 15 years! i was quoted from another place for work that didnt need to be done, Ramsey took my case and basically restored my entire mouth in a single day. i HAD bleeding gums (gingivitis), two crowns placed and 5 total extractions! im glad that i chose the TEAM and especially Ramsey to take care of it all. now i can eat so many nuts again! thanks Dr.Amin!!! read more

Having a failed dental implant for 10 years was such a point of insecurity for me! As I was building my career I kept trying to figure out how to fix the problem! I saw about 15 specialists and none I was willing to touch the front of my mouth. I was recommended to Dr Amin by another specialist and he had watched one of his lectures and thought he would be perfect to fix this. And boy was he right! The minute I met Dr Amin I felt seen, confident in the treatment plan and I trusted all his advice even when I didn't want to! He removed my implant with very little damage and got me connected to Dr Mehdi Fotovat who he is in close communication with about complex dental cases that also require braces (ME) haha! He then goes above and beyond even texting me after a procedure while teaching just to make sure I was doing okay! You can't pay people to love their job that much! He is very passionate and his team is the EFFING BEST! I am so glad I trust these 2 doctors! They are changing my life! read more

Exceptional Experience with Dr. Ramsey Amin - A Life-Changing Full Mouth Implant Journey! I can't recommend Dr. Ramsey Amin enough for anyone considering full mouth implants. After years of struggling with only 8 teeth left in my mouth, my heart health issues forced me to wait two full years before getting medical clearance to proceed. Even then, I was terrified that the procedure would be painful, which delayed things even further. But from the moment I walked into his office, Dr. Amin and his incredible staff made me feel completely at ease. I had done extensive research before choosing Dr. Amin, and it paid off--he truly is the best. During my initial consultation, he prioritized my overall health above everything, understanding that my heart condition came first. When I finally returned two years later, healthier and ready, he remembered my case and approached everything with such compassion and expertise. The procedure itself was a breeze--it didn't hurt a bit! I walked out the same day with a full set of beautiful temporary teeth that looked and felt amazing. A few months later, I received my permanent ones, and they've transformed my smile and confidence. Dr. Amin is not just a skilled dentist; he's the most caring, kindest soul you'll meet, always putting patients first. If you're on the fence about implants, especially with health concerns, and are scared , go see Dr. Amin. His team is top-notch, and the results are worth every moment of the wait. 5 stars all the way! read more

Dr. Amin and his staff are currently working on me. I wanted to say after suffering through a 3 year stint of chemotherapy treatment. I have been in remission for years now. But the toll of having 10+ medications including strong painkillers for over another 10 years. The regiment destroyed my MOST of my teeth and other things. But Dr. Amin gave me hope and has been more kind and intensively concerned in my recovery than my other doctors in the past. I truly have hope now. I have been in pain for over 10 years. It hurt to eat, breath and talk. I wasn't even able to get work, even in places i once worked at. Not able to smile at my son or my family. I got sick when he was 2. He is now 12 and only seen me smile in pictures when he was born. Now, with Dr. Amin, I know in the timeline for recovery. I will be able to do something he's never seen me do in his memory. I will be able to smile at my son. Dr Amin is going to do the second phase when i am recovered so this can happen. I'm being treated in 2 phases. (Normally 1 but my damage was extensive) He and his staff are the utmost professional and understanding. They have alot of resources in case insurance doesn't cover or if you are paying out of pocket like myself. They are conveniently located in Burbank with plenty of parking. I cannot overstate Dr. Amin's compassion and true knowledge in this field. I researched for many months all the doctors in Southern California while waiting for the green light from my primary doctor. I narrowed my ultimate desicion based on the tremendous amount of years he has performing surgeries. It was worth the wait. There are many doctors that can do this work. But as I've seen. Your trust in the doctor you put your well-being in. Is truly one of THE MOST IMPORTANT Decisions you do for yourself and family. Dr. Amin cares enough to look beyond the evidence of trauma in your gums and teeth. He sees a genuine person before he sees what he can do to help. I very thankful I found him among the all the doctors here in So cal that practice. But you will be hard pressed to find someone with his extensive experience and compassion. If there was anyone that could give me a glimpse of hope. It is him..... I hope anyone with a similar condition and situation will take a look at him and his staff. It's will be life changing. Your first look at him and his work will make it your final decision to work and to be treated by him. I once was a professional triathlete and had a positive life till cancer treatment brought that to halt forever. He has given me a light since before the day I was medically retired. When I felt I could take on the best athletes in the world. I feel the light coming back and I am very grateful. Please do look into his office and services. He will give you your life back. *UPDATE* It has been a bit of time since my 1st procedure. I healed for my 2nd procedure and Dr. Amin was able to put in my upper implant. I am utterly great full for his extraordinary work.He has literally turn back the clock. I can see the smile and the Man that was lost so many years ago. It has been 4 days since the procedure to get my complete upper implant put in. I was finally able to smile at my son for the 1st time in 11 years. He was just 2 years old when my teeth started to fail from the heavy medication involved with my chemotherapy treatment. So he has no recollection of my smile except in pictures from his birth to 2 years of age. The overwhelming joy on his face and my family is something I can never stop thanking him for in this lifetime. My lower implants will be done in a few months as my lower jaw was heavily damaged. But in due time that will be put in as well. I wanted to express my heartfelt feelings towards him and his wonderful staff. They have given me a peace in my life that I never thought would be possible again. I want everyone to know this gentleman can and will give you your health, confidence and life back. FINAL UPDATE I have finally received my permanent implants on full upper and partial lower. I feel an overwhelming sense of relief and joy. My son and family have been so happy to see me joyful since his treatment started. Since the temps were put in I felt the relief of being able to funtion normally. To be able to eat alot better than before, but still following his instructions to eat soft foods to let the implants heal. I have my confidence back. So much so that I returned back to school. Knowing staff and classmates will see my restored smile. I am starting the second part of my life with an abundance of joy that I can bearly put it into words. There is an enourmous amount of gratitude that I have for Dr. Amin and his staff that I can bearly type at this moment without getting too emotional. They have helped me thru this journey with their kind words, incredible work and dedication to their craft. I will forever be grateful for his help. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Amin. His staff and office operates at a top notch level and his prices are reasonable, he could have charged me more but decided not to for a specific treatment. I went to him for a wisdom teeth removal however the opinion of another doctor would have put my health at risk and differed from his opinion. Surgery is a big deal so I encourage everyone to get a second opinion with him so you know you are getting a clear idea of what is happening even though you don't have to go to him. It is worth the consultation cost but overall I felt good going to him. read more

My dental history is long and bleak. I will spare you the details. Suffice it to say, that whatever fear you're facing with your mouth my situation was probably worse. Fear of dentistry and embarrassment created the perfect storm for avoiding the whole situation. My experience with Dr. Amin's office has changed my life. There are no words to truly describe how a group of people can heal you both body and soul. My shame and embarrassment of my predicament and my fear of what was to come were erased by the natural caring and down-to-earth manner of ALL of the staff. I felt hopeful and I felt safe. The whole team cares for you and walks you through each step of whatever procedures you need. They will also help you understand insurance and financing in a way that makes you know you can trust them. Dr. Amin himself is amazingly kind and gentle. He is completely honest without making you feel scared or embarrassed or ashamed. That is a gift. I have been on my road to healing since September and my procedures are almost complete. My treatment and new teeth are in place and I'm actually kind of sad I don't need to keep regular appts. with this office anymore. Job well done. Simply the best, friendliest, funniest staff ever and Dr. Amin lives up to all the hype you read here. Not only does the office have incredibly impressive technology, but you should see the "Dr. Amin accolades wall" in the meeting room. I knew I was in good hands from the first appt. but that wall certainly sealed the deal for me and my confidence in the procedure I was embarking on. I'm naturally terrified of dentists. Not this one. So, don't be afraid. Make the appt. You'll be well cared for. My teeth and jaw and gums are so much healthier now. Any suggestion of pain was addressed all along the way. My new teeth are awesome and I feel confident about my chewing future. read more

HE CARES EVEN 3000 MILES AWAY!! I was so fortunate to have Dr. Amin as my dentist 3 years ago when he gave me top and bottom implants. Sadly, I had to move from LA to Florida about two years ago and since then have had checkups, but have not settled on a new dentist here. I just haven't wanted to compromise after experiencing such outstanding care from Dr. Amin. Yesterday I woke up to pain in my mouth and a very swollen face, so I called a dentist in my area who was not able to see me until tomorrow. Yikes! I called Dr. Amin to request my dental history to be sent to the new dentist here in Florida, and the receptionist was kind enough, empathetic enough to speak with Dr. Amin in order to get me a Rx for an antibiotic....called in from Burbank, CA and I picked it up same day here in Port Richey, FL. Additionally, the office sent me three recommendations for a dentist located in my area! I have never experienced this level of care and concern from a medical provider in my 70 years and I am beyond grateful and impressed with Dr. Amin, Agnes, Marlyn and every member of his office staff. I so miss you guys! read more

Oral surgery. They pulled a tooth. Nothing hurt at all and he makes sure there is no pain. Dr. Amin is kind and thoughtful as well is his entire staff. I can't sing his praise loud enough, which is really weird for me because I have a fear of dentists. read more

Dr. Amin is a medical professional that exceeds all expectations...And after 41 years of dealing with 'dental professionals': it's a otherworldly feeling to actually be cared for by one! I want to wish Dr. Amin a happy belated birthday! After traveling across the country to get implants, I had a medical emergency in reference to my teeth. My dentist on the east coast referred Dr. Amin, and Liz was the most professional and helpful office manager I've had the pleasure of dealing with. As frustrated and confused as I was, Liz made me feel like everything was going to be fine and do anything she could do to ensure my well-being and apportionment before a family trip. Office staff was amazing. Maurice was exceptional. Everything was explained in detail for the procedures and scans. Not to mention the doctor was working on his birthday!!! Dr. Amin is a wonderful doctor and identified different issues with my mouth and how to rectify them with treatment that I had not ever thought about, or been explained so clearly by a doctor before. All the best to Dr. Amin and his staff!!! The best in the west! read more

First thing I have to say. Dr. Amin is a lifesaver. I came to his office desperately needing an implant on my front tooth. When I say desperate, I mean it because before coming to him, I had gone through 3 other dentists who overpromised and underdelivered, failure after failure. I found myself missing my front tooth and not knowing what to do or who could take me and fix the other dentist's mistakes. This caused me so much stress, money, and no solutions. I came across Dr. Amin through a friend who also had implant issues from a previous general dentist. The moment walked for my first consultation; I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Amin and his staff were very professional, caring, and very informative. They explained why previous implant attempts did not work and the best solution for my complex case. All I have to say is I wish I had known Dr. Amin sooner before letting my general dentist remove my front tooth, made the implant attempt and leaving me with a mess. It's been a long process that took a year. Two days ago, I finally left the office with my smile and confidence back. I am so happy with my smile. Thank you, Dr I appreciate everything. You are the best. Thank you for genuinely caring and being honest. read more
