Instead of the typical office where the front desk just hands you one paper with the check on it, they provided an entire folder and broke down every page for you to understand. His assistant made you feel so taken care of - super friendly and thoughtful. Dr. Amin himself was just amazing as well. He really helped calm my nerves by answering all my questions, telling me the typical experience and even his, which made me feel so safe getting my procedure done by him. He was quick to answer all questions with genuine concern and care. I also thought that the price point was great. I'd visited other surgeons, and Dr. Amin was by far the most affordable AND had the best care. I wish I could give more stars. My experience here was amazing!

Local doctors in Central California weren't able to offer a solution; I received several contradicting treatment plans and realized I needed an extraordinary specialist. I searched for 'the best implant specialist in California,' and Dr. Amin was at the top of the list. Every visit was excellent. He is the first doctor I've ever had who called me personally after surgery to check on me. His entire team took wonderful care of me as well. I have new teeth now, and I hope they will last a long time. I remember Dr. Amin in my prayers every night and wish him and his team many blessings.

Anyways, fast forward to my procedure day, Dr. Mizin couldn't find my vein and dug into my arm, shrugged, and just said oh let me try again. It was a cold response. He did not warn me that he would cut the muscles in my mouth. I found out two weeks after at my post op. I couldn't open my mouth bigger then 1/2 inch. He put his fingers in my mouth to force it open. I said it was painful and to stop. A month later and I can now open my mouth normally, but have excruciating headaches. Would not recommend.

I was referred to this office by my primary dentist, and I am now in the process of reporting them…read moreto CareCredit for refusing to accept CareCredit in a manner that appears to violate their merchant agreement. When I made my appointment, I was explicitly told over the phone that they accepted CareCredit. When I arrived, however, I was told they could not accept it for my consultation because the charge was under $250. There seems to be confusion between the minimum transaction amount required for promotional financing and the minimum amount required to use a CareCredit account. Those are not the same thing. During my consultation, I was told that I was not a candidate for the procedure I had been referred for and that I would instead need an extraction. I was understandably devastated, but proceeded with the necessary imaging so I could understand my options. That imaging was over $200 but, conveniently, still below their alleged $250 minimum for CareCredit. I was then given a treatment estimate of over $5,000. I was told that the periodontist had spoken with my primary dentist and that my dentist would be calling me to discuss the situation and possible options. I specifically said I wanted to speak with him before agreeing to any further treatment. Despite following up, I never received that call, so I have no idea what was actually discussed. The billing experience was equally frustrating. Before I left, I was repeatedly asked to pay for the imaging, but was told I could not use CareCredit. No one offered to combine the consultation and imaging charges so that the total could be processed through CareCredit. Instead, I was directed toward other payment options. I declined and left the balance unpaid. I have since seen other reviews mentioning concerns about billing transparency, and unfortunately, my experience reinforced those concerns. I am happy to pay any legitimate remaining balance using CareCredit, as I was told when I scheduled that this office accepted it. I am certain that CareCredit's merchant department will address whether this office's payment practices comply with their agreement. One final note: the office is located in a dilapidated building that is currently under construction. Given the cost of these services, I was surprised that there was no dedicated patient restroom, only a single women's restroom in the hallway shared by other businesses. I waited for nearly 10 minutes for the person occupying the restroom to come out, and then gave up and stopped elsewhere on my way home.
