The office is clean and classy, the tools are current and nothing looks dingy or outdated. The dentist was wonderful, the hygienist was very fast and thorough. My only consistent complaint is the mouthpiece for the XRAY is still ridiculously uncomfortable and sharp!

Jamiel made x-rays quick and easy, and always made sure I was comfortable. Ruzanna is an absolute angel. A friend…read more strongly recommended this practice and I didn't see Kerkorian, but rather a lovely female dentist (I was hoping I could find her name on the website but she's not there so forgive me for forgetting this excellent practitioner's name). Ani is an amazing hygienist and I was in and out as a new patient with full x-rays in only 45 minutes. Amazing. The ONLY thing I can suggest to improve the experience is to re-think the office sanitation procedure. Instead of cleaning a chair between visitors or using a paper liner for the chairs, there is thin plastic tarping covering the chair - that sticks right to hot legs on a hot day and makes things rather uncomfortable. It's not "green" at all to use disposable plastic (no plastic bags can go into recycling) instead of simply giving a chair a disinfecting wipe between patients. I don't know if that is what the "Green" stands for in the firm's name, but the leaf logo makes me think there should be more eco-forward practices here. I would knock off half a star, but since I can't, I'm rounding up for the excellent service, friendly staff, and ease of street parking. Thank you, Green California!

We agreed On September my daughter and I arrived at 8am for my appointment at 8:15 am. we were surprised to see two employeed sitting on the side of the entrance to the dental office busy on their phones. As they did not speak with us and another customer that also was waiting At about nearly 9:am another office staff came and opened the door. It was already late so I told my daughter she can leave. Dr Tigran finally saw me. I had my appointment for a temporary tooth. A tooth Implant in December. During the temporary placing of the tooth. Dr Tigran was pressing on another tooth and i made him aware of it, He was agitated and told me that I seemed agitated. He seemed angry. I also had to him of a filling and cleaning that was also scheduled for this time. Which was then scheduled for December . Ad i was leaving formTexas on the 14th of September and will be then for the permanant. About 2 days later Sunday I felt my gums swollen and checked. I went into the office on Monday with my cousin. I did not want to be alone after the last visit. Dr Tigran took a look into my mounth and said It was the tooth next to the tooth where he placed the graft and the temporary tooth. He did not take any Xrays. He said I had a root canal done on that tooth and it was infected and I needed to see another dentist as he does not perform root canals and said Yvette will give me a recommendation. I told Yevette I did not want a recommendation as Indid not trust him . I to,d him I did not have a root canal performed and his reply was"was I sleeping that I do not know I had a root canal performed on the tooth. His behavior was nothing short of intimidating. I left his office. I was anxious and afraid of an infection that might be seroius to my health. I then booked a consultation with the a dentist in Houston for the 15 of September a day after my arrival. The dentist confirmed an infection inthe implant tooth and not the tooth next to it. He also gave an estimate of the new additional bone graft as there was loss due to the indpfection.and implant of $6.000. I took antibiotic for the infection. I also had a second consultation and the same diagnosis was given as the Houston dentist. I contacted Dr. Tigrans office by phone and email to The office manager. They were hesitant. I finally sent an email stating I deserve a refund. Again they were hesitant but I persisted. I finally received an email with an offer of $1.500. refund. Unfortunately I am taking legal action for Dr Tigran endangering my health and his deliberate action to damage a good teeth and my health.

I keep waiting for someone to break out a six-pack and put the game on. Consider their starting lineup: Dr. Eliza, Jescik, Jarmen, Javier and Martha. They're all so warm and kind, of course. But what's really important it that they all know their roles and work so well together. Maybe Dr. Eliza should do a Ted Talk to teach other business leaders how to properly put together a team, because I'd take her starting five any day over, say, the 2000 Lakers even.
