This tooth had already gone through two root canals, and another dentist recommended replacing the crown. Instead, Dr. Dino resolved the infection with an antibiotic gum injection, followed by dental hygiene care two weeks later. Now it's May, and my tooth feels healthy and fresh again. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. They explained everything clearly from start to finish, and Dr. Dino's touch is incredibly gentle. He's truly one of the best dentists in the city. After coming here myself and seeing the work they did for my family, I can honestly say the reviews are well deserved. We have both been patients here for several years, and I highly recommend this office. Dr Dino is excellent at what he does. Woah.... I can NOT tell you how amazing it is to come into a new dentist office. With a little chipped tooth emergency , and walked out feeling/thinking ... I was a long time patient of Dr. Heyes who had retired , and DNA and Dr Dino had moved into the office and I couldn't be happier with the transition. I've been here only a few times for cleanings and fillings, and each time I'm so impressed by the professionalism and care DNA dental provides. So I have been going to DNA dental for a few years now. Dr. Dino and the gang are some of the most amazing people. It's doesn't feel like a normal dentist visit when you go in. They ask you questions regarding how everything is feeling. They show genuine concern about the health of your gums and teeth. Also when you ask questions, they always answer with as much detail as possible. Dino and his crew take care of you during service. During a cleaning and filling session, they constantly checked in with me asking "How are you feeling?" And "Is everything ok?" Some dentists don't do that. They just dive in and try to get you in and out. Not these folks. They want to make sure you're set with zero pain. I have never felt pain with them. Everything is always smooth. Take it from someone who has avoided the dentist for most of her life (or grumbled miserably on her way to an appointment) I was truly blessed to find DNA Dental! The team is absolutely amazing from the second you enter to days after you leave. What to expect? ... sheer perfection. Dr Dino and his team are a god send. I used to have such bad anxiety at the dentist from past Traumatic experiences from different dental offices. I've never felt like I was heard and that was usually my biggest concern. Dr Dino takes the time to talk to you and understand what is going on and what your concerns are. He follows up a few days later to make sure that whatever work was done is healing well or that you're happy with the results. The office has a really calm environment, the receptionists are amazingly sweet and will try to accommodate you the best that they can. But when it comes down to it the whole point of a dentist is there work... I really have never experienced in my whole life someone who put so much detail and care into the dental work. Dr. Dino keeps you updated step-by-step what he's doing and is always checking in to make sure you're comfortable and anxiety levels are down. I wish there was a 100+ star because this is what this office deserves! I flew all the way from Chicago, IL to get my cleaning and cavity checked! I had a really bad experience with a previous Dentist back in IL and when I had mentioned this to my mom she referred me to her office. My gosh I must say the front office Manager Jennifer is so professional and was so fast to book my appointment after finding out I was in town. I went in and met the staff and I had Monique the DA who took my x-Rays and mentioned to her I might have 1 cavity but I just want to have my regular cleaning. She informed me the DR will examine the x-Ray and my teeth once she is finished and he will be able to answer all my questions. After the x-ray I met with Kimberly the Dental Hygienist and I love her so much, not only she was so patient but she was so gentle I literally fell asleep for a minute LOL! She performed my cleaning and then polished my teeth thoroughly. My teeth felt so fresh and clean I was super happy about it. Lastly I met with the one and only Dr. Dino he is literally the best dentist I have ever met he was so caring and answered all my questions I had! Dr. Dino informed me of the 1 cavity I had and he was able to fix it as well since I was in town. I did let him know I am very sensitive and don't want to feel pain, he definitely made sure I DID NOT! When Dr. numbed my mouth I didn't even feel a pinch ! He was so gentle and patient and didn't rush the procedure at all. Dr. kept checking in with me to make sure I was numb so I didn't feel any discomfort when he starts the procedure. Once Dr finished the procedure he let me know everything else looks great and I should not worry at all. I already have booked my next appointment in 6 months and I can't wait to go back and see him and the staff. First time called to make appointment, Jack did not gave me one because I told him I need cleaning appointment for my daughter who has braces and he came up with the conclusion that "mam we might not be the best solution for you, since you are not happy we don't have sooner appointments".... I was trying to nicely ask him to work it around he was not having it, kept talking over me and told me have a good holiday and hung up on me .... I'm like whaaaaat . I wanted to update my review as I've been seeing Dr. Dino and Dr. Angie for over 5 years now. I continue to drive to Burbank (25min drive from my home and worth it!) after leaving my former dentist of MANY years, who was just a few miles away. They continue to be really wonderful, knowledgeable and caring dentists and I really trust them. I even ended up getting the Opalescence teeth whitening gel and a custom tray and it really made a difference within 1-2 weeks. I appreciate that there was no upsell at all. I just asked for a recommendation on something that would work and not hurt my gums and this has worked well so far.
