1st my original dentist Chris Kurimoto sold to Dr Sue. Then one day I come in for a cleaning in the middle of an implant procedure & am told the business is sold to a Dr Chan. No email notification -nothing. Poor billing person as well. Multiple times she told me my insurance was not valid. Had to get my HR person involved. My quote for the implant had what insurance would pay. Then months later I am told I am out of network & NO coverage! I had a PPO policy & never issues before this. Poor follow up from the office. They sent me a reminder of a cleaning & notice I would be charged if no show. When I called to change the aptmt I was told I did not have an aptmt & in fact I was deleted as an active patient.
