I liked doing the paperwork before I got to the office as this speeded up the process. It's great they have Saturday hours! And seeing I live about 2 blocks away, it was pretty easy to get to. Sonia the dental hygienist was great as well! Very friendly and welcoming. Claire was off, but made the paperwork process seamless online before I got there. I found DNA Dental Studio about two years ago when I was looking for a new dentist after switching dental insurance. Since then, I've been a very happy patient, seeing Dr Dino and his staff every six months for my teeth cleaning. The office is pretty small, but very well maintained and always very friendly. What I love is that they seem to have a no job too small mentality that definitely comes from the dentists themselves. Once, the dental assistant had to leave early due to a family emergency and Dr Dino ended up doing my teeth cleaning himself. I've never seen another dentist do that. On top of that, it was clear he cares about his employees and just wanted to make sure her family was okay. I also appreciate that they never keep me waiting at all and I'm usually in and out fairly quickly. Bonus points for them never trying to upsell me on anything either! I want to start this by saying that I'm the most anxious you'll meet when it comes to anything negatively related to health, especially if I hear the term surgery, operation, medicine.. I try to take great care of myself, and use my gut feelings about the decisions I make in general, but especially when it comes to my health. I came to DNA after previously having an experience at a different dental studio that left me feeling pushed, misunderstood, and confused. I was going to DNA wanting a second opinion from somewhere about a potential wisdom teeth extraction surgery and it's urgency. I walked in to DNA Dental Studio, met with their amazing staff (one lady in particular was very kind, making conversation, using Alexa to put on great tunes for the small exchange between her leaving and the dentist arriving which I thought was great!) and enjoyed the view from the room I was brought to! They face the hills of Burbank, and it's quite a view! They make you feel so comfortable being here. I met with Dr. Angie. She was extremely kind, calming, and reassuring. She was also extraordinarily thorough giving me her opinion on the exam she completed. She was absolutely great, and spent time calming my nerves, clearing up all of the confusion I had walked in with, and ensuring that I would be in great hands with their referral for the oral surgeon. This review is long after I've completed the surgery, and though I'll write his review later, he was extremely amazing as was his office, and I appreciate greatly that this office will take care of you, they will be kind to you, and they will keep you in good hands whether it be a referral or in their office. You can trust them which with medical offices, I've found this to be a rare quality! I have been in for a cleaning, exam, and a filling, and every time, everything was explained very clearly ahead of time to me. The dental hygienists are very nice, and both dentists were extremely quick and efficient. Dr. A did my exam, and explained about crowding in my teeth, an old chipped cavity, and went over dental care. Dr. D filled my cavity, and not once did I feel any pain. Once again Dr. Dino goes above and beyond for his patients! He discovered an abnormality during a scheduled filling, and made sure that very day I was seen by a specialist to look at it. After scheduling the tooth extraction and biopsy two business days later, Dr. Dino made sure I got in for my temporary tooth and had it ready the same day as my removal (which was done at Pacific Dental Maxofacial). While I was in last week for the temp fitting, he saw a small stain on a front tooth filling and did a quick fix on it! Everyone here is wonderful! The staff are professional, helpful and so nice. They're very organized and it's super convenient to get the text reminders for appointment and even be able to pay my copay with a link on my phone. Dr. Dino is very knowledgeable (I have health conditions that increase my dental risks and he was well aware of them) and I appreciate that he doesn't try to "up sell" or push procedures he doesn't think are necessary. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, but my insurance began carrying dental at the beginning of the year, so I googled and yelp'd around to find a good place. DNA popped up, in walking distance from my place. They are polite, accommodating and consummate professionals. From my first phone call to scheduling an appointment to my interactions with Dr. Dino, I don't have one single complaint. I am a shy person but Dr. Dino put me at ease right away and did a fantastic, totally thorough job. He was very attentive and frequently asked if I was experiencing any pain during my cleaning, but he was so gentle I hardly felt a thing! They found a couple tiny cavities and scheduled a follow up appointment to fill them right away. The office staff explained all charges on the bill and how they worked with my insurance clearly, honestly and before paying. Payment was 100% reasonable. As far as scheduling, they made every effort to accommodate my crazy work hours, even though it meant doing cavity fill work at 6pm on Valentine's day! I came away from that appointment with a little mini potted rose! Seriously, nicest dentists ever! While I never waited long, cell reception was weak in the waiting room, so plan on reading a book or doing offline work. It wasn't an issue for me as I had my kindle on hand, but might be good to know for others. Professional, cost efficient and overall excellent dentists. They are now my go to dentists! read more

My experience at DNA Dental Studio today was so wonderful First of all, the office is super cute (I just loved the color scheme in there--especially the lime green accent wall!). I was pleasantly surprised with the lack of wait time. The last patient was walking out as I walked in, so I was able to see Dr. Angie right away. The greatest thing about sitting in Dr. Angie's chair is that she explained everything she was doing--something I can't say my past dentists have done. She answered all of my questions and offered suggestions for upkeep before my next cleaning. I can honestly say that I have never had such a thorough cleaning in my life. I would highly recommend DNA Dental to anyone in need of a dentist. Everyone is so nice and polite, even the receptionist/dental hygienist. Plus there's an awesome clear view of the mountains while you're getting your teeth checked. I had the pleasure of meeting both Angie and Dino. Angie was great because she took my X-rays and then explained to me (in non-dentist lingo) what they showed. Dino did my filling and it was the fastest, painless, and cleanest filling I have ever experienced. The whole process probably took between 20 minutes, 30 tops! All the dentists I've been to before take no less than 45 minutes and I always leave drenched in water from the procedure. Definitely rating this place 5 stars! The office is clean, has a great view from the chair, and has their own parking lot. My appointment was with Angie. She is a wonderful, informative and entertaining dentist. After going in for a cleaning and X-rays it was determined that i would need fillings, not satisfied with just telling me, Angie had me get out of the chair and review my x-rays with her as she pointed out the cavities as well as some basic dental anatomy. As a person who has suffered through dental work in the past I appreciate being part of the decision process. Needles to say I went back for my fillings. The filings were painless, quick and i was back to chomping in no time. If you are looking for a professional, open, fast, clean, welcoming dental office DNA dental studio is the place. Dr. Dino & Dr. Angie are by far the best dentist I've ever had, and I have an enormous fear of the dentist. It doesn't matter who you get (Dr. Dino or Dr. Angie) because both are equally amazing. They are very knowledgeable and great listeners. They make sure you are comfortable by providing you with shades and your choice of music. I've gotten a lot of work done with them and every time it's been easy and painless. The office staff also works very diligently and they are all so friendly. I work M-F from 8am to 6pm so it's usually really tough for me to find an office that's open, but with DNA Dental Studio it's a breeze because they are open on Saturdays. I can feel that she is a perfectionist and I love that about her. She made me feel like she genuinely cares about my dental health and progress even though I was an HMO patient (lol). Phenomenal Experience!!! Dr. Angie is wonderful!!! If I could give this Office over 5 Stars, I would! I called to setup an appointment as a new patient about two weeks ago. Without a doubt the easiest and smoothest appointment process I've ever had to deal with. Upon entering the office, I was asked to fill out new patient information forms by a very nice receptionist. While filling out the information, Dr. Angie Terzian immediately came out from the back to introduce herself which immediately put me at ease and made me really comfortable. After about five minutes or so of waiting, I was brought to the back and had X-RAYS done on my teeth which were a breeze. Immediately after the X-RAYS, I had a cleaning done which was thoroughly performed by Angie who was incredibly kind and patient. After the cleaning, Angie sat down with me and went over with me the current state of my teeth and the overall health of my mouth in great detail. When I say that DNA Dental Studio is the best dentist I've been to, I genuinely mean it. Angie does everything in her power to address whatever concerns you may have and find solutions that will have long lasting positive results. This dentistry is simply amazing!! I had made an appointment online Dr. Dino called me the very next day to schedule an appointment. From that phone call he answered every question I had. Then the day came when I went to my appointment. From the moment I walked in Dr. Dino was very welcoming. As soon as I sat on that chair I knew I was in good hands. His hygienist was also very very kind, telling me step by step what he was doing. We had a pretty good conversation. Then the doctor came in and told me I had no cavities I honestly couldn't believe it myself. Dr. Dino was very informative. He was there to answer all the questions I had!
