The BEST pediatric dentist!!!! (We have tried several dentists, and no one compares!) We are so thankful we found Dr Dan! Our two year old wouldn't let anyone look at his teeth, (chipped his tooth etc.) Other dentist's said "kids cry, lay him down." Not Dr Dan! He took his time and made him feel so comfortable. No tears. So wonderful. He was also was so kind to us, the parents, when I expressed my guilt for his teeth, Dr Dan told me "No mom-guilt allowed here." He's truly been a gift to our family. Long overdue 5 star review for CyberDent! It's been a few years since my first visit, and I've been back many times since then for everything from routine cleanings and x-rays to fillings, crown replacement, a root canal (not as bad as it sounds), and most recently, 2 wisdom tooth extractions (also not that bad!). Every visit has gone smoothly, and surprisingly, there have been no hiccups regarding insurance even with all those different types of procedures -- it's been totally seamless and all of their initial estimates have been right on the ball. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff, from the office manager Harry to the dental hygienists to the dentists themselves (I've been to both Dr. Karen and Dr. Artur -- recently more Dr. Artur since he works on Saturdays). They are all such nice people while being outstanding and meticulous at what they do. They truly do treat you like family, as another Yelper said. Dr Karen did crowns for me that look and feel like a real teeth, and I was always scared to get them done. My son, 3 y/o, was nervous to go to the dentist (I'm sure as most kids are); but coupled with my trauma from dentists when I was my son's age it is so important to me to find an environment that are intelligent & nurturing. As soon as we walked in I knew we were in a great place - we got the WARMEST welcome from Kira and our hygienist, Maddie. When they took us in, Dr. Dan was already in the room, ready for us!! At the previous dentistry we went to, we only saw the dentist in the last 5-min; she was in & out without a goodbye. Right off the bat, it was clear this man #1) knows what he's doing with kids and #2. he truly enjoys his job. He paid such great attention to my son and picked up on his interests immediately (it was as if they had Blippi queued up and ready to go upon us arriving). He made the teeth cleaning so pleasant, fun, and engaging - they were able to floss my son's teeth, which the previous dentistry we went to weren't able to crack the code on (much less myself). Next, Dr. Dan's knowledge of all things dental-related was impressive. Not only does he seem to stay on top of current topics, but he's incredibly patient and interested in answering questions in a clear & thorough manner. What was also impressive was his experience in highlighting warning signs before they occur - across all dentists I've been to, no one has ever been so proactive in providing a heads up about things to look out for. Ultimately, I'm not sure who had more fun, me or my son - what I do know is if I had a dentist like Dr. Dan and his staff growing up, I'd have less anxiety & fear in life. Ok! Where do I start from .... I've always had anxiety from the dentist . I found Cyberdent through my sister. She used to come here because her dentist was at this office. When I came , I found out from the receptionist that the dentist isn't there anymore. I said whatever , I'm just going to go with this dentist whatever happens to me happens !! They complete cleaning and x rays , and of course I have cavities 8 of them !!!!!!!!!!' Like wow ! Is this for real ?!?! Well, back track a bit .... I hate needles !!!!!!!!!!! I can't see needles because I pass out !!!!!!! I have had bad experience with a dentist in the past (smh) well, Dr. Arthur and Suzy were WOW SO WONDERFUL !!!!! Suzy was literally holding my hand through the process they probably thought I was some crazy patient and Dr. Arthur was SOOO GENTLE . Everything couple of minutes he would ask me how I'm doing and what he's doing and how many minutes left for the process to be done. Honestly, it took me 5 x to get ALL my 8cavities done. Yes , I am insanely scared from the dentist lol. So , the last visit which was last week I went in because he needed to complete I believe 3 more cavities on my lower right side and I have been waiting long time for this appointment because he was supposed to be putting me on the laughing gas, well, I went in and being scared of needles and drugs lol , once he put the laughing gas on my nose I told him , LETS DO THIS WITHOUT IT I GOT THIS ! Dr. Arthur and Suzy looked at each other like this girl is crazy she can't lol and guess what ?! Because of Dr, Arthur and the trust I built with him during those 5 visits , I was able to sit without any anxiety and he got my cavities done and good to go!!!!!! I am somewhat thankful of my sister for bringing me here or else I would've not find the dentist that everyone looks for but doesn't find. I've never had a terrible dentist experience because I've been coming here since I was 8. Now, almost 14 years later, I still regularly visit for minor dental services. The front desk staff are incredible! (Haroutioun) They schedule you in advance, follow up with reminders via email and phone closer to the date. All the personnel are responsible and loyal to their duties. Besides everyone being mindful and courteous; my dentist and his assistant also make one feel comfortable, or at least as comfortable as one can be with drills and dental utensils in the face and mouth. I never leave with a doubt or any confusion regarding what services have been done and why. My dentist (Artur Shahnubaryan, DDS) is extremely proactive as he lists preventative actions (probably why all my dental services have always been minor). In other words, do not be afraid to ask the dentist questions! He will answer, and it will give you peace of mind as well as awareness. Finally, as cheesy as it may sound, the decor creates an ambiance that is so inviting. Feels a bit like home! I've been coming here for a few years and have always had the same hygienist, Hermione. She is amazing! My first time at this dentist was after a lapse of about 3 years. Hermione had to do a "deep cleaning" which, she warned, could be painful. She made the experience as pain free and pleasant as anyone could expect. She was concerned about my comfort level and checked in with me through the whole appointment. Every subsequent cleaning has been with her. She is friendly and remembers me, and clearly knows a lot about dental heath. The office staff here have always been very pleasant, and are very helpful when dealing with insurance and making new appointments. They also call to give appointment reminders, but there are automated text message reminders if you prefer. The facility is extremely clean and in a good location. Lots of parking in their strip mall (and some awesome food!). Honestly have nothing bad to say. read more

This a long overdue review, but I only do one if I feel a business or person has earned it. For the last 2-3 years I had a black pepper flake under my gums that wouldn't come out no matter what I did. Yeah it was stuck for that long! My first dentist didn't listen to me, her hygienist didn't either, and the last dentist after that basically said I was crazy. I wasn't , they just didn't care to listen even if it was obvious my gums were receding. And after the hell of not having the numbing medication set in as I screamed in pain for them to stop I was about ready to give up and never visit a dentist again. Then I came to cyber dentist and for the first time I felt at ease. I didn't have to wait long to fill my paper work, (they used an iPad), the staff was super friendly and on top of that they offered sedation if I have to have a cavity filled. No joke. I will break down in a panic attack if I'm not sedated. On my visit with Dr. B l, he was professional, kind, and listed when I told him about the pepper flake. He took me seriously and got it out in 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES! What took 2-3 years of discomfort and the other dentists to ignore me was a simple 10 minute fix. I would recommend him to anyone and since he is covered by insurance, my last one was not and I got stuck with a $2000 bill, I finally have a piece of mind going to the dentist for the first time in my life. read more

I can't express how grateful I am for the team at CyberDent. Starting with Harut at reception -- he makes scheduling and the insurance process seem like a piece of cake.
