Have been taking my oldest here for the last 3 years and now my youngest. First off the office is very clean and the front staff is always welcoming. All the times I have an appointment they're very quick to bring us into a room. Dr. Mansour takes her time to explain everything to you as a parent and answer any questions or concerns. She's very attentive to the kids as patients and knows very well how to get them to cooperate. The kids love that they get their prize before leaving. Very great overall experience! Dr. Natalie and her staff provided excellent customer service from the time we entered the waiting area to the end of my sons' appointment. I initially had 1 appointment today and had another one for my other son the following day. Once Dr. Natalie heard she squeezed my other son in after my 1st son appointment. I've been taking my kids there for 16 years. My oldest one just aged out at 18 after she graduated high school, but my youngest gets stills sees her and her orthodontist sister Dr. Marie next door. Dr Natalie and her staff have always provide us with superior care. Not only have they never been scared to go to the dentist, but my youngest daughter has wanted to be dentist, and I'm sure that has to do with the way Dr. Natalie has taken care of her.
