All the times I have an appointment they're very quick to bring us into a room. I've been taking my kids there for 16 years. My oldest one just aged out at 18 after she graduated high school, but my youngest gets stills sees her and her orthodontist sister Dr. Marie next door. The staff - from the front desk to the hygenist to Dr. Natalie herself - are all wonderful. They are great with children, professional, and just have a positive, friendly bedside manner. My young children actually let the staff clean their teeth. I was prepared for battle to hold them down for their first cleaning. The staff made them feel comfortable and a part of the process. I have never seen my little ones so eager to brush their teeth. WOW. Dr. Natalie, though busy, takes the time to hear concerns and she also takes the time to problem-solve. She loves to learn about my little ones and even shares a bit about her family too, which for me is nice because it's a great reminder that we are all human at the end of the day and connect somehow.
