When we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming right away. The waiting room had plenty of toys, which helped ease any nerves, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. Most importantly, they made my son feel comfortable the entire time. Michelle, our dental tech, was amazing. Please be aware, there isn't any accommodation for parents remaining with the child despite dental anxieties or parental separation anxiety. They've cited space in their back area as an issue, and that if every parent remained with their child it'd be chaotic in their office. My child does not like to be alone with adults she does not know or recognize. Completely rational to feel insecure about such things when dentists or hygienists are placing you in vulnerable positions and working on such an uncomfortable place. We are so beyond disappointed because we had thought we found a perfect dentist, but the policies about separation are too much for my 10 year old. We are sadly wrapped up and done with this location. We will be going somewhere more compassionate towards my daughters insecurities. Wish we had a better or kinder time :( read more
