Such wonderful and kind staff patient and understanding with children who have a difficult time getting their teeth checked out. I honestly feel like they should have given my son a bad review for how hard he was but I appreciate every moment I was there. read more

We were referred here by our general dentist for our 5-year old, who had just lost two baby teeth. From the first call, they were incredibly accommodating and got us in the very next day. When we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming right away. The waiting room had plenty of toys, which helped ease any nerves, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. Most importantly, they made my son feel comfortable the entire time. Michelle, our dental tech, was amazing. She connected with my son right away, explained each step in a way he could understand, and made things like X-rays feel easy and non-scary. We'll definitely be back. 10/10 experience. read more

This review is not for the dental or hygiene staff at all-they are wonderful with children and do a great job working with children's teeth. This review is for their management or owner or whomever is in charge of their insurance & billing. They charged me $175 for laughing gas because my young daughter had to have a baby tooth pulled. I was told when we walked in that my insurance would not pay for it, which I found very odd but obviously just paid it because there was no way she was going to do it without. I then got the EOB a week later stating my insurance had paid in full for the laughing gas. If I was someone who didn't pay attention to details I'm sure they would have never notified me & just kept the double payment. I have called 4 times asking for a refund. The response every time is "it takes a long time to process because the person who approves the refunds isn't in this office". The service was performed on 7/31 it is now the end of September. They also told me once the refund finally arrives (if it ever does) that I will have to drive across LA to pick it up because they "aren't allowed to mail it" which means taking time off work & spending an hour in traffic round trip. It's not a large dollar amount-the reason I am leaving this review is that I now am convinced that they are totally shady-this is ridiculous. Every other business can simply do a point of sale refund to the card you used. It makes zero sense that they can't. They are lying or should fix their shady weird business practices read more

Night and day experience from my daughters old dentist, I am glad we decided to come to a new location. Staff was so friendly with my daughter, I look forward for her next visit. Location was also so clean, lots of toys to play with in the waiting room as well. read more

We had such a wonderful first visit at Burbank Pediatric Dentist! The office has a fun, welcoming atmosphere- bright colors, kind smiles, and cheerful giraffes everywhere instantly put my children at ease. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with beautiful paintings and comforting stuffed animals, creating a space that truly feels designed with little ones in mind. The dentist and assistants were all sweet, patient, and gentle. They made both of my children feel safe and cared for, which means so much to me as a parent. I'm really looking forward to continuing our care here and building a relationship with this team. Thank you for a positive experience! read more

Please be aware, there isn't any accommodation for parents remaining with the child despite dental anxieties or parental separation anxiety. They've cited space in their back area as an issue, and that if every parent remained with their child it'd be chaotic in their office. My child does not like to be alone with adults she does not know or recognize. Completely rational to feel insecure about such things when dentists or hygienists are placing you in vulnerable positions and working on such an uncomfortable place. We are so beyond disappointed because we had thought we found a perfect dentist, but the policies about separation are too much for my 10 year old. We are sadly wrapped up and done with this location. We will be going somewhere more compassionate towards my daughters insecurities. Wish we had a better or kinder time :( read more
