From the moment we stepped in to the lobby up to the time seeing Dr Dan everyone was extremely warm, friendly and welcoming. The facilities were also clean and organized. Very inviting for little ones. Matthew was great at keeping my son comfortable at all times while we waited for Dr Dan. He was so patient, caring, and very accommodating. Dr Dan was amazing as well. All the reviews about him and his staff are on point. Dr Dan is very knowledgeable and he also made sure my son was comfortable during the evaluation at all times. I can't give enough stars to this practice. I will definitely continue bringing my son in. Dr Dan and team, thank you all for going up and beyond! The practice is located inside a plaza. It was very accessible to go in/out. I came in this morning and there were plenty parking spaces. No parking fees!

My two kids went for routine check ups and cleaning 3 years ago and just got billed for the…read moreservice. They sent me a wrong patient's EOB and bill in January of this year so I called the office and told them it can't be for us cuz we haven't been there for years. They put me on hold for a while and told me to discard the email because they sent me a wrong patient's (which is HIPPA violation). Then now they sent me another one saying that I have this crazy outstanding amount for just cleaning and fluoride varnish. The bill had "nutritional counseling" and "oral hygiene instructions" itemized and billed. I don't remember getting these services done at all yet they billed my insurance although rejected. Only after I asked about these services, they waived the fees. Just plain ridiculous on 3 year delay of the bill AND HIPPA violation on sending me someone else's EOB...all this headache for mediocre-level service. They just kept on making excuses for the 3-year delay as if this is normal practice. I would give no star if I could. You may get surprised with a bill years later so go find yourself a better dentist!

I've gone through orthodontic treatment THREE different times in the past and somehow still don't have straight teeth, so needless to say, I was a little nervous going into this. I explained my horrible past experiences to them, and they gave me so much reassurance and made me feel completely comfortable. They also took the time to explain things about my teeth that no other orthodontist has ever explained to me before, which made such a difference. And OMG -- THE STAFF!!! I called, left a voicemail, and the receptionist called me back. I explained that I had an issue with my gums and was already aware that I likely needed surgery. It's not urgent, but I wanted to start the process as soon as possible. Once again, I EXPLAINED I knew what i needed! I was very specific! Given that, I expected my appointment to focus on discussing the surgery process and possibly scheduling it for the next visit. Instead, after the exam, the doctor suggested I see a periodontist,exactly what I thought I had booked in the first place. That's when I realized they couldn't actually help me with my situation. This feels like a breakdown in communication on the receptionist's end. If they had really listened to what I explained over the phone and clarified that this office is not a periodontist, I wouldn't have taken time off work to come in just to be told what I already knew. I'm sure my insurance has been already charged for an appointment that was not needed. The doctors themselves are great, but I already have a general dentist. What I needed and asked for was specialized help. Dr Gloria gave me a referral, so I appreciate being pointed to the right direction but now i have to wait longer for the help that i need.
