We had a wonderful experience at Kusp Dental. We came in for a second opinion because our primary dentist was unwilling to fill my child's cavities without general anesthesia. Dr. Holly Rizzo was truly phenomenal! She is so kind and patient with kids. She was able to fill the cavities in 3 appointments under nitrous (laughing gas). Dr. Holly goes above and beyond to keep the kiddos happy and entertained during appointments: singing DIsney songs during the procedure, and even painting my daughter's nails (herself!) when it was finished. The office itself is beautiful, and the kids love the prize closet. This place is truly special. I was also happy to know that Dr. Holly trained at the best institutions, Boston Children's / Harvard Dental. My daughter is somewhat traumatized by recent dental surgeries she has had to have done. Because of the antibiotics her teeth had turned brown and her mouth was still sore from prior surgical work. Because of this, she was hesitant to get her cleaning. From the second we walked into Kusp, the experience was nothing but incredible. The staff is super friendly, Dr. Genish personally took care of my daughter, was so gentle, and thorough... took her time taking history, looking at prior X-rays, and asking questions. After months of visiting doctors who rush patients, it is was so refreshing to see a doctor who cares about her patient. Even though we had the last late appointment, and it was a holiday she spent time removing the stains and kept asking my daughter if she was ok or needed a break. So professional, such a great job. This was the best experience hands down. As soon as you walk in the office is like you enter somewhere magical get greeted right away by many friendly staff. My daughter had time to play in the little play area for a little before she got called back to the room where she was immediately given a manicure. I'm like "aww I wish my dental office offered a manicure before torturing me lol. She was then surrounded by the dental assistants before the Dr made her way in told my daughter how cute she was which of course loved every minute of it.
