The office was spotless, beautiful, and very welcoming. It's very important to understand kids' needs and make them feel relaxed and comfortable, and Dr. Nassiripour did an amazing job with that. He brought bubbles for my daughter to help calm her fears before checking her teeth, which was the sweetest thing ever. At the end of the visit, he gave her a toothbrush and a little prize, and she left SO happy and excited. On the way home, she said, "This is the best dentist doctor in the world!" She is wonderful, kind, great with kids, and very good at her job. She is quick to get in, get things done right and move on with the day... I LOVE that! I love the ease of making appointments, they send reminders, and I have no trouble rescheduling when I need to. It's a dream for parents. And, I have to be extra thankful because I had never even thought to use my insurance to cover the cleanings until the last visit- and low and behold, we were covered all this time and never knew! The girls in the front are gems- they know what they're doing and can literally figure it all out for you if you don't know what is covered, etc. I asked a zillion questions, got great answers and have never been happier to learn that most of what my children have needed has been covered. They make it really easy, which is so nice. If you haven't been happy with your dentist, or are looking for a place to start- look no further. While the orthodontist herself is kind and professional, the business side has been a nightmare and feels completely dishonest. I was told my child needed a $4,000 expander and that insurance would cover $2,000. I trusted them and went ahead with the treatment. Nearly a year later, I discovered my insurance never received a claim. After months of chasing both my insurance and the office, I learned BH Pediatric never submitted the required pre-authorization. When they finally backdated the claim, it was denied. Their response? "It's not our job to submit claims, only a courtesy. You signed paperwork, so it's your problem." That excuse cost me $2,000. This is not how a trustworthy, family-focused practice should operate. They pushed treatment immediately, failed to handle the insurance properly, and then refused to take responsibility. If you value honesty and integrity in your child's care, look elsewhere.

The second you walk in it feels more like a luxury spa than a dentist's office. It's beautiful, calm, and bright! It felt like a 5 Star hotel lobby or spa lobby and very spacious. The front desk team Ashley, Sandy, and Johnny were so welcoming, which immediately made the whole experience feel different. I am not always a fan of going to the dentist but it was lovely. Also, I believe there was only one other patient there while I was waiting to go in. Everyone took the time to explain my X-rays and talk me through my teeth in a way that actually made sense. They truly go through a whole process of scanning your head to see 3D figures to not just talk teeth but also things that have an effect on the mouth. Dr. Lebo was incredibly thorough and hygienist Debby finished everything off perfectly; she polished my teeth off to make them whiter than usual. Instead of stress, there were essential oils, warm hand treatments with a hot towel, Netflix playing in the background, and an overall spa-like experience that genuinely shocked me. I was completely relaxed the entire time. They made sure I understood everything, checked in the entire time, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. In term of parking, there are several free for 2 hours public lots near by and utilize that! While it is Beverly Hills they still find way to allow people to save while enjoying the city.

The overall experience was great! My daughter love the different activities they have as you enter while you wait. The staff were very welcoming and offered me something to drink while I waited as well. When we were called into the room the staffing in the back was extremely welcoming as well and I love the Doc energy. I'm glad that my daughter has Kusp as her dentistry . I always…read morefound that he talked way too much and I grew suspicious of how constantly staff changed at his office. Not just the dental hygienists, but also the front desk people. It is always someone new who doesn't know your kid. But the biggest annoyance is, and this happened multiple times, I would get a reminder for an appointment that had changed. At least three different times they changed my kids' appointments and didn't tell me until they were reminding me of the appointment. Plus, even though they're in network, they always seem to charge me for something. Not only do they find a way to charge you even though you're going in-network, this time they tried to charge me over $600 because they told me my insurance denied it. When I pushed them further, they realized it was a billing error on their part. They could have stolen $600 from me without me really understanding that. Plus, we live in a day and age where as a family of color it matters to me how people are voting and how people see my family and I just don't want to patronize people who vote against human rights of women and people of color.

This visit was a waste of time and money. My son had just turned one a few weeks before visit. When I made the appointment, they said to come in for a consultation and they would assess if procedure is needed. When they called to confirm the appt a few days before, I very clearly asked (again) if working on babies over one year of age is something she does and they very clearly said yes. At that time, I notified them I didn't want to come in unless it was a real possibility because I didn't want waste any time driving there and doing the appointment and driving back. They confirmed with me yes it's absolutely likely they will do procedure on him but they would assess at consultation. So I loaded up, drove there, did the appointment and the doctor told me no she cannot work on my son because he's over one and too active. This is fine, I realized there was a slight possibility they would disconcer at consultation that the procedure could not be done as I was informed of that. They had told me the was a possibility not but a high possibility they could. I was leaving the appointment and stopped by the front desk to pay for some ridiculous toothpaste and tooth conditioner (that I never used) when the woman behind the counter tells me my total was over $500??? For what?? So I paid $500+ to drive there, Sit in an appointment waiting around to be told they won't do the procedure. (I think consultation was maybe $350 and whatever else they sold me was overpriced around $200) you would think upon making an appointment they would inform people that the consultation is not free. Or especially on the second call to confirm the upcoming appointment when I said I don't want to waste time driving there unless the procedure is a strong possibility... They may have also informed about the large "consultation charge". But no, I was never informed and it was made out to sound like there was obviously inky a charge if I were to do the procedure.

The first visit was great everyone was nice and friendly but after that, every appointment has turned into a waste of my time. Today, I drove 45 minutes in rush hour traffic, didn't send kids to school and when we got there, they told don't have a provider who accepts our insurance. I never received any cancellation call or message. receptionist insists that someone called me at 8:00 am to cancel my 9:00 am appointment, but I did not receive or answer any call. Even if that call was made, canceling an appointment only one hour before is completely unacceptable, especially after this has happened multiple times. There is lack of respect for other people's time. Nice apology and a fake smile do not make up for the inconvenience, stress, and time that have been wasted. This experience has completely ruined my trust in this office and has made me regret choosing this place for my children's dental care. If you are organize person and make a plan for yourself, Don't choose them.
