Dr. Gloria was wonderful, but I can't give 5 stars because I ultimately felt my visit was a waste of time. I found Geller Dentistry through Yelp while searching for a periodontist. I called, left a voicemail, and the receptionist called me back. I explained that I had an issue with my gums and was already aware that I likely needed surgery. It's not urgent, but I wanted to start the process as soon as possible. Once again, I EXPLAINED I knew what i needed! I was very specific! Given that, I expected my appointment to focus on discussing the surgery process and possibly scheduling it for the next visit. Instead, after the exam, the doctor suggested I see a periodontist,exactly what I thought I had booked in the first place. That's when I realized they couldn't actually help me with my situation. This feels like a breakdown in communication on the receptionist's end. If they had really listened to what I explained over the phone and clarified that this office is not a periodontist, I wouldn't have taken time off work to come in just to be told what I already knew. I'm sure my insurance has been already charged for an appointment that was not needed. The doctors themselves are great, but I already have a general dentist. What I needed and asked for was specialized help. Dr Gloria gave me a referral, so I appreciate being pointed to the right direction but now i have to wait longer for the help that i need. read more

Dr. Ben Geller replaced the wire retainer on my lower teeth. He did a magnificent job. It is comfortable and not obvious. It fits perfectly. I would recommend this office for any of your dental needs. He has supported our family extremely well, root canals, cleanings, fillings. All done with the utmost professionalism and expertise. Found Geller dentistry through my employer. We had an insurance change and i had to find a new dentist. I am so happy I found this place!!! Not only is it way closer to where i live but it's in an area where parking is very available. Even though it's in Larchmont. Geller dentistry are very booked and i was in shock when i booked a month in advanced lol but honestly it was worth the wait. I love that it's a family family because it makes it so much more personal rather than (western dental ) Anyways, the staff was super sweet!! While I enjoy Mr. & Mrs. Geller as dentists, their front desk receptionist (Jaime) needs help on proper front desk etiquette. As I long time client/patient it doesn't feel warm or welcoming to have the Front Desk (which is the face of the company) be rude and dismissive while I'm paying for services and booking more appointments. There was no "hello, how are? " just straight to the books and then her not knowing how often I come for cleanings and getting an attitude when I corrected her. This is tremendously disappointing to experience in a place of business with such great dentists. I think it's time Geller Dentistry put someone else in the front of their office. Hi, my name is Les, I am a senior who like most, wears and needs partials. Well, a few years back I had an issue with one of my partials and needed it fixed, of course as it always does, this happened during the Thanksgiving holiday, so, I searched and found Dr. Geller, mind you, I am not the biggest fan of DENTIST in the world as my mother (SCHLEPPED ME) when my older brother who always needed a dentist and this was not fun. Anyway, I went to see this DR. Geller, and right away, I was taken back by his caring, patience, professionalism and demeanor, it put me at ease immediately. He took care of the problem as all was good, fast forward to last December, when of course, my other partial needed to be replaced as it had broke in half. Well, guess what, I reached out to Dr. Geller again and he squeezed me in and had made a complete new partial and did followups to adjust and make it comfortable and easy to use. This Dr. is as far I am concerned, the best, let me remind you, this comes from someone who would rather have "OPEN HEART SURGERY WITHOUT ANESTHESIA" than go see a dentist, I would opt for a VETERINARIAN, but he is and will be always my go to dentist. Now, with all of that being said, the only way to finish is to give KUDOS to the entire staff as I know they are a reflection of how and who Dr. Geller is as a person in how he treats and takes personal care of all those that go to him. Geller Dentistry, specifically Dr. Gloria Geller has irreparably ruined my life. I say this with no exaggeration and with much thought and consideration. My dad is a doctor and my sister is a dentist, and I have great respect for health professions. I have waited over a year to write this review because of how much trauma this experience has caused. I went to Dr. Gloria Geller in August of 2021 for a routine dental cleaning. Nice office, good location, staff was friendly. The dental assistant did the X-rays and Dr. Gloria Geller did my cleaning. What transpired in the next 20 minutes was the most painful and rough cleaning I have ever experienced in my 37 years of life. It was so painful that I had my entire body clenched trying to just suffer through the pain. I hadn't had a cleaning in two yrs due to timing and the pandemic so just assumed that this aggressive cleaning was because of the condition of the buildup. She was also very careless and I had at multiple times, saliva streaming down my chin that was never cleaned until the cleaning was over and I wiped it off myself. During this time I actually had a thought go through my mind that this was a huge mistake and I should've gone to another dentist. It was a momentary feeling of panic but then I talked myself out of it. Alright, so the cleaning was over and I was relieved. It was super painful and rough but it was over and everything was fine right? Wrong. That night I was laying in bed and all of a sudden started hearing a loud noise. Asked my fiancé if he heard it and he said no. This was the start of my now permanent nightmare. Due to the cleaning I have severe, debilitating tinnitus. I have gone to countless doctors and learned early on that there is no cure. The hissing in my ear is 24/7 and it is louder than anything in my daily life with the exception of the shower. The toll this has taken on my life is immeasurable. I had to leave my career, drop out of graduate school and move back home with my mom. I see a psychiatrist weekly now because of the mental health issues that have arisen due to this cleaning. There are days where life no longer seems worth living since the tinnitus is so loud it completely takes away any semblance of peace. Dental cleanings are notorious for causing hearing problems like deafness, tinnitus etc due to the decibels. My case wasn't the first case and will definitely not be the last. Had the cleaning itself been unremarkable I would say it had nothing to do with Dr. Geller's tact, but the cleaning was unlike any I have ever experienced. Brutal, no pause, no asking if I was ok, extremely painful and uncomfortable, extremely heavy handed and rough. It honestly made no sense for it to have been so aggressive. I had no cavities, and my teeth have always been in good shape. Due to her gross negligence I have now spent tens of thousands of dollars and have lost hundreds of thousands in earnings. None of this matters if I just had silence again, having quality of life is the most important thing and it has been taken away from me by Geller Dentistry. read more

Dentist was fine. After the cleaning the receptionist told me I needed to pay for the cleaning (almost $300) because they did not have enough time to verify my insurance. (I guess an hour and a half wasn't enough for them.) Turns out they got paid by my insurance company but never bothered to tell me so they basically got paid twice. Dr. Geller is my hero! I came to him earlier this year as I was born without my lateral incisors and needed a reliable prosthodontist. I had been wearing the same flipper with teeth on it for almost ten years so it was time to upgrade my smile. After having been to a dentist in town that quoted me over $25k to give me full veneers, I was a little nervous to meet with Dr. Geller, but he immediately put me at ease with his kindness and clear attention to detail. I met with him for a consultation where we discussed every option for replacing my teeth and we came up with a thorough plan for my smile makeover - that did not involve having to shave down every tooth to make way for veneers. We decided on cantilever bridges that would cover both K9 teeth and have my laterals attached. His office also worked with me financially so I could pay for the cost out of pocket over the time we worked together, not all at once! Not to mention, the whole "project" (between whitening, reshaping my premolar teeth, getting my new permanent teeth) cost less than 1/3 of what the other dentist quoted me! I am so thrilled with the results - they look very natural and I am truly so much more confident in my smile!! Dr. Geller is a PERFECTIONIST and most importantly, a kind soul. There office has a atmosphere that you notice right when you walk in. Marlene, my dental hygienist is amazing. She lets you know what she's doing while she's cleaning your teeth informing and educating you at the same time. She makes it very much conversational. I first visited Geller Dentistry to get a check up and see what I could do about having some calculus removal done. I'm originally from VA and went to a dentist out there where they not only rude, but they quoted me 2500$ to do this procedure (did not have insurance at the time). I had a feeling they were trying to rip me off. Anyway after seeing Dr. Geller, he explained that I didn't really need the procedure they suggested, and that they could do the removal with their hygienist for a fraction of that price and get the same results. The dental hygienist who did it was awesome ! It was quick and painless. And saving that much money made it even better:) Since then I've went back to get some fillings and those turned out great. I'm also gonna get some bonding done soon to reshape my bottom row of teeth and fill in some spaces. Dr. Geller is so nice and made a really cool mold for my teeth to show me what they will look like with the bonding. Came in for a cleaning, left with a hole in my front tooth and no dentist on site to fix it. The dental hygienist broke my front tooth filling after we discussed that she should buff it and not use aggressive tools to clean it (I'd done a cleaning there before, and this wasn't an issue before). She didn't say anything, but she didn't give me a mirror at the end, which I thought was weird, so the second I got in my car I looked at myself and there was a huge hole in the middle of the filling. I went back there and found out no dentists were on site that day. I went back a few days later, they fixed it and I just received a bill for the service. It's absurd that I'm expected to pay for something that they broke!!! Stay away from them if you want honest dentists. Scammers. read more

Minimal wait time, comfortable environment, extremely friendly staff, and true professionals. I was in extreme pain last month, and her staff got me in next day as a new patient. She referred me to the best endontist in the business for a completely painless root canal, and I was able to schedule a filling with her after the root canal without issues or pain. This makes going to the dentist a bit easier. I would make the trip for Dr. Huffaker and he entrusted his clients with Dr. Benjamin Geller and his wife, Dr. Gloria Garcia Geller. Dr. Benjamin Geller has been taking care of my dental needs for at least the last 5 -10 years. He is a stand up young man who won't do anything major unless he has to. I went to Gloria Garcia Geller today, and she was awesome. In 2017, I had crappy HMO dental insurance, and I went to some crap dentist in WEHO. He said I had all these things wrong and gave me an initial estimate of several thousand dollars worth of work, and a couple of root canals. Didn't even clean my teeth. I refused to go back to him cause I didn't trust him or his staff. I went to Gloria Garcia Geller on Larchmont with new, more expensive Delta Dental insurance, cause I thought I was going to need a lot of work done this year. I told her everything the other dentist said was wrong. She took her own x-rays, cause some of the bad dentist's x-rays didn't even fully get the roots. She also did some other tests. She said "you're fine dude." Cleaned my teeth. Explained some problem areas to keep an eye out for. Everything today was covered by insurance. A++ read more

I inquired about seeing a dentist as I was having tooth pain they fit me in within the hour that day and fixed the problem within a week. Dr. Gloria Garcia Geller is very thorough about reviewing the x-rays, and explaining what was needed. The staff was amazing as well.
