Needed to see a dentist asap, they got me in same-day a few hours after I called. Everyone at that office is super welcoming, and Dr. Dardashti is great. I got a full mouth x-ray and he explained everything to me, made sure I understood it all. They even sent the x-ray images to my email. Dr. Dardashti is one of the kindest humans not to mention be a fantastic doctor. I have two baby teeth that never had permanent teeth underneath and the first one started resorbing a few years ago. He did a beautiful job with the extraction, the implant, and the crown. We moved out of the city and just recently my second baby tooth started to do the same. He's so good that I'm driving into LA for the multiple visits required for the whole process just because he's that good! He is incredibly thorough, kind, knowledgeable, confident, and explains everything in such a comforting and reassuring manner. Super fantastic office that's LGBTQ+ friendly I've been seeing this office for a couple of years and their dental work has been always been superb. On my first visit, Dr. Dardashti fixed a couple of fillings from another dentist that really had no business being in my mouth. All his staff has historically been wonderful and really exceeded my expectations today. I transitioned MTF since last seeing them for my cleaning 6 months ago. I didn't call ahead because I like to have people see me in person first and if they use the correct pronouns then no discussion needed. Upon checking in the front desk asked me if anything had changed. I informed them nothing had changed on paper. Then latter in the visit I was asked if I still go by my legal name and I said no, I gave them the name I go by now. They made a note of it in my chart and took a picture of me to add to my profile so they could recognize me upon my next visit. Used she/her pronouns right away which means a lot since my transition is still new. They were super respectful, super professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I have not had this experience with some other medical professionals so this experience was such a breath of fresh air. If you're looking for fantastic and honest dental work paired with a super respectful staff no matter what your background is, then you've found your dentist. There was no necessary talks , sales pitches or extended waiting time . The only one thing , there is no parking, only valet , so keep some cash with you as the valet doesn't accept CC . Worst dentist I've ever had. He basically forced me to get my wisdom teeth taken out while awake. Even after I explained I was afraid and wanted to go to the oral surgeon. I believe he wanted to keep the money in his practice instead of sending me to an oral surgeon. During the process I experienced so much pain my mom had to run into the room because she heard me screaming from the waiting room. And to top it off he chipped my tooth while pulling my wisdom tooth and then when I came for the follow up appointment he had the audacity to want to charge me for the filling because he basically created a cavity in my tooth after chipping it.
