Very inviting for little ones. Matthew was great at keeping my son comfortable at all times while we waited for Dr Dan. He was so patient, caring, and very accommodating. Dr Dan was amazing as well. All the reviews about him and his staff are on point. Dr Dan is very knowledgeable and he also made sure my son was comfortable during the evaluation at all times. I can't give enough stars to this practice. I will definitely continue bringing my son in. Dr Dan and team, thank you all for going up and beyond! The practice is located inside a plaza. It was very accessible to go in/out. I came in this morning and there were plenty parking spaces. No parking fees!

I always…read morefound that he talked way too much and I grew suspicious of how constantly staff changed at his office. Not just the dental hygienists, but also the front desk people. It is always someone new who doesn't know your kid. But the biggest annoyance is, and this happened multiple times, I would get a reminder for an appointment that had changed. At least three different times they changed my kids' appointments and didn't tell me until they were reminding me of the appointment. Plus, even though they're in network, they always seem to charge me for something. Not only do they find a way to charge you even though you're going in-network, this time they tried to charge me over $600 because they told me my insurance denied it. When I pushed them further, they realized it was a billing error on their part. They could have stolen $600 from me without me really understanding that. Plus, we live in a day and age where as a family of color it matters to me how people are voting and how people see my family and I just don't want to patronize people who vote against human rights of women and people of color.

While every dentist I have been seen here has been excellent, I really have to give extra kudos to Amanda, she is wonderful and a true gem! With routine visits, you spend about 90% of your time with a DH, so you are damn lucky if you get one like her. I changed jobs recently which made this clinic out of network, but I gladly pay the cost difference to receive the care here. 11/10.

I called the office and they said Dr. Bae is not available at the day I wanted to visit, but there is another dentist Dr. Lim is available, so I made an appointment with him for last Saturday. The first visit was great everyone was nice and friendly but after that, every appointment has turned into a waste of my time. Today, I drove 45 minutes in rush hour traffic, didn't send kids to school and when we got there, they told don't have a provider who accepts our insurance. I never received any cancellation call or message. receptionist insists that someone called me at 8:00 am to cancel my 9:00 am appointment, but I did not receive or answer any call. Even if that call was made, canceling an appointment only one hour before is completely unacceptable, especially after this has happened multiple times. There is lack of respect for other people's time. Nice apology and a fake smile do not make up for the inconvenience, stress, and time that have been wasted. This experience has completely ruined my trust in this office and has made me regret choosing this place for my children's dental care. If you are organize person and make a plan for yourself, Don't choose them.
