I am pleased to say that this office is full of the most responsive, kind, efficient, and honest medical professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with.    I am an adult patient with no history of orthodontics. I was extremely wary of choosing the wrong office, and I would like to say now that if you are reading this and considering Invisalign (especially as an adult), I cannot more highly recommend this office. I have not been paid for this review, nor have I been offered anything in recompence for leaving it.   Their financials and my treatment plan was clear, honest, and straight forward from my very first consultation to the conclusion of my plan. They never tried to upsell me or change my plan. Every meeting with Dr. McComb or one of his staff was a truly seamless experience: they are clear, professional, and friendly. I really have nothing to complain about, and only kind things to say. I have recommended him to countless people in my real life, and now I would recommend to all of you. I could not have asked for a better first orthodontic experience. I highly, highly recommend this office.

I've taken some time to reflect before sharing my experience with this clinic, as I had hoped for a…read morebetter outcome. When I first walked in, everything appeared professional, and the doctor seemed knowledgeable, which led me to trust the clinic for my treatment. Previously, I had an unpleasant experience with another company that straightened my teeth but caused issues with my bite, leaving my back teeth unable to close properly. The goal of my treatment was to fix that bite. Dr. Waldman introduced me to a new treatment using 3D-printed custom braces, which I found exciting, especially since it was priced similarly to traditional braces. However, from the start, I faced issues with the treatment. The custom bite turbos kept chipping and cracking, leading us to remove them. Later, due to nighttime teeth grinding, I severely wore down my front teeth, which the doctor did not notice until I pointed it out. He prescribed a night guard, which helped protect my teeth. I will also be adding pictures showing the state of my teeth at the start of the treatment and right after they were removed at the office, before the doctor shaved them and made them look normal, to highlight how much of my teeth had been ground down. The treatment duration ended up being much longer than expected--almost two years instead of the 14 months initially suggested. Additionally, the retainer for my upper teeth was made incorrectly, causing discomfort and misalignment in one area. Despite my concerns, the staff assured me that it was supposed to hurt, which led to one tooth becoming crocked. Fortunately, they fixed it with a new 3D-printed retainer by my demand and convincing them i'm not imagining it and it's not normal. I also have pictures showing the incorrect retainer they gave me, which caused discomfort and misalignment of front tooth, I will also include pictures of the problem itself, the difference might not be that big, but I felt and saw it. Even though the treatment was lengthy, the final results didn't fully address my concerns. My bite still didn't feel right, and after the treatment, my back 7th teeth almost had no contact. Additionally, my front upper and lower teeth were touching when they shouldn't, worsening my TMJ condition. I ultimately stopped wearing the retainer, as I didn't know what to do and didn't get any response from the doctor, my TMJ improved as a result, but my teeth shifted. I tried reaching out for assistance after completing the treatment, but I didn't receive any response. I didn't get any responses to any of my further questions and concerns after my installment plan was paid off. I will be adding all of these pictures in the hope that this helps others make a more informed decision. Every experience is unique, and I think it's important to consider all aspects when choosing a treatment plan.

I also ask a LOT of questions, and everyone has always made me feel that they were genuinely happy to answer them. The office is modern, thoughtfully designed, and easy to navigate. Dr. Madan and her team are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. In Oct 2024, I inquired about Invisalign to a handful of orthos. Due to my smile at the time, I was told I needed braces instead of Invisalign from other orthos. Dr. Madan was the one that said she can use Invisalign but I would have to wear bands as well and be disciplined in wearing them to see the results. She was honest and realistic in her approach and I'm glad I decided to go with BH Ortho. Fast forward to July 2026, my gap in my teeth has closed and my teeth are incredibly straight. I came back today after all these years, and somehow they were even better than I remembered. They were on time, organized, incredibly friendly, and, most importantly, honest. I was actually interested in doing more orthodontic treatment, but after reviewing my 3D scan, they explained that any additional treatment would be unnecessary. They could have easily recommended more treatment, but instead told me it simply wasn't needed and clearly showed me why that is the case. That kind of honesty is rare. After today's visit, I completely understand why. Great healthcare providers are hard to find these days.
