I got a thorough exam done with pictures taken, and I was able to see a clear visual of my teeth. I had a couple cavities which she was able to feel. When I asked them why they didn't tell me sooner they gave a whole spiel about how they emailed it, but since I didn't have email as my preferred communication method I didn't receive the update. Then I pointed how they text message me my appt reminders why not include the new address there. Never ONCE did they apologize, they were straight up defensive and argumentative. All for inconveniencing a patient?! What ever happened to customer service? Shameful!

The dentist gave what seemed a reasonable diagnosis but said he needed to refer me to Root Vision Endo to handle what I thought All in One could. Fair enough. The young lady in training said I needed four X-rays, not the two that were recommended. I passed on the fourth, which she insisted was needed. The dentist didn't need the fourth. Then the front desk assistant could not accurately call in my antiobiotic prescription to my pharmacy. I was patient with her, but she was snippy with me and then said she had phoned it in. When I called the pharmacy later, they had no record of the call. I called the dental office assistant and she said "the system" couldn't work right and was snippy again. A third call later that day, and she said the system worked and then abrutly hung up on me. Again, my pharmacy had no record. I eventually found she had called it in to the wrong pharmacy. Other than the dentist, All In One's staff was very unprofessional except one.

This is a prep work for braces. My son who has very low pain tolerance did not feel any pain at all. It's been over 36 hours post-op and he hasn't complained about any discomfort or pain. I gave him 3 doses of ibuprofen yesterday with 6-hour intervals. He woke up this morning pain-free, and he hasn't taken any medication since. Now get ready for the most unbelievable part... he did not have any swelling, AT ALL! 8 teeth and no swelling. This is just mind-blowing! I highly recommend Dr Donlevy and his team!

Dr. Cheung made sure that we got it done that day (although we had to drive to another location). He was extremely upset that the staff member had not prepared properly, and went out of his way to accommodate and compensate us for the trouble. His work was excellent and he followed up for several days, making himself available to me during recovery. The mistake was not his fault and he did everything he could to make it right. Mistakes happen, it's how one deals with it! (I don't know what happened to the staff member the goofed :- /

Thus, to have two separate medical professionals name the same oral surgeon gave us great confidence. The best part of Dr. Ivry is that he has the warmest bedside manner. While both boys were nervous, Dr. Ivry immediately put them at ease at their respective consultations and again on the day of oral surgery. I also cannot give enough compliments to his surgical team. My 14-year-old had his wisdom teeth removed early January 2026. The prep team allowed me to stay in the room until he was sedated. They even put a blanket on him to make sure he was not cold. The practice is very clean and they have the latest equipment (for example, they were able to do a 3D xray). Unfortunately I had an extra tooth in my gums that also needed to be removed. I was put under general anesthesia and woke up to a successful surgery. My healing has gone as expected (I'm about 5 weeks out now). The doctor's team was available via text and got back to me promptly to address all my concerns and questions after surgery. I was also sent home with aftercare instructions and all the pain meds I needed. 1 week later I had an in person follow up and things looked good. I was nervous about having 5 teeth removed, but everything went smoothly and I was well taken care of.
