And any parent knows, when your baby is hurting you're desperate for help. Brenn Orthodontics was referred to me, and we rushed over there. It was a unique situation and I wasn't even sure they could help. But they all worked together (with gentleness and compassion) and got helping right away. I had just completed my Invisalign treatment as of today, from August 2020 through March 2022. My initial completion date was June 2021, plus another 3 months of refinement trays. Dr. Brenn and his team have orthodontia down to a well oiled process. We never wait long, all the info we need is given quickly and professionally. I took my younger child in for an evaluation and though she wasn't quite ready I asked, in passing, if they could could anything for me. 15 min later, I had all the scans, information, and appointments set for myself. We were quoted almost $5000 and they didn't take my dental insurance!!! This is more than twice my next estimate. Their prices are crazy and I think they think I'm crazy if I'd accept that price. The place is like a puppy mill. While waiting, I saw one child after another walk in and out. It didn't appear there was much time spent with any parents or children. The dentist would look at the patient, maybe work on them briefly, then leave them for the assistants to spend the rest of the patient's visit. No surprise here when he spent only a few minutes checking my child and giving me that outlandish quote. Stay away! read more

So far so good. I do not feel like I am getting over charged for unnecessary services nor do I feel like they are BS me about the treatment my son needs to have a perfect smile :) The front desk staff is very nice. They made sure to advise me of what my out of pocket would be over the duration of my sons treatment and they advised me what my insurance covered. My son lost his retainer literally 3 weeks after we got them. The charge is $350 for a replacement.. Basically the same initial fee I'd just paid for the mold and top retainer. Staff did a lot of questioning, which was uncomfy, I felt I had to prove a good enough reason to give them as to why they were lost. Which I realized I did because it was the decision of the doctor to not charge me for the replacement unless it happens again. Which was totally fricken awesome.. He didn't have to do that. read more

Dr. Brenn earned an A++ from me. If you note the history of my own story : Initially ( once I got in to be seen ) Dr. Brenn could not believe it any way possible that my 20+ year old retainer could have moved my teeth post recent dental filling replacement --- and then himself while asking how it could possibly happen, answered his own question by noting the upper retainer actually rests on the back of the upper teeth ... (the same spot that was changed with a newly shaped filling). The retainer is hitting a differently shaped tooth, causing it to buck forward with the new shape. Leave it to a genius to answer his own Q's :D AND after that -- along with some of my before-after pix to show the change -- he relaxed, gave me a free follow-up and mold in kind respects, and sat down to let me know in what ways this crazy issue could be fixed. I'm really impressed.. At times we all think it's our way or the highway -- Dr. Brenn's ability to regroup, and then note oh she's right!! and why, and then, with such an amazingly kind manner give back to help correct the problem (and answer other Q's I had on further straightening my lower teeth).. Thank you Dr. Brenn. I respect that totally. He's hard working.. and cares about what he does. That's become very apparent. I waited a week for this appointment. I needed to be seen because a wire was poking me from my bottom permanent retainer. I had an appointment and still waited one hour and 15 minutes. I was never seen. When I said I had to leave and I would like to come back in the afternoon they were not accommodating at all. They told me they were having a bad day and couldn't see me.
