TERRIBLE!! I…read morescheduled a grooming appointment for my dog and was originally quoted $55. There were communication issues from the start. I was first told to come in on Friday, then later told the appointment was actually for Saturday. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up and I received no communication. I even sent a message that morning asking whether I should bring my dog at a different time and never received a response. After waiting most of the day, I finally reached out expressing my disappointment. Several hours later, I received an apology stating that I had been left off the schedule and that the groomer had experienced a migraine that morning. While I understand emergencies happen, a simple text or call would have prevented a lot of frustration. To make up for the inconvenience, I was initially offered $20 off a service that I was told normally costs $70, bringing the total to $50. However, I reminded them that I had originally been quoted $55, which would make the discounted price $35. After I pointed this out, I never received a response. Everyone makes mistakes, but the lack of communication, scheduling confusion, no-show appointment, and failure to follow up afterward left me with a very disappointing experience. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Our little guy Pippen has been going here since he was 9 months old. Recently, Pippen has been struggling with multiple health issues, but was way overdue for grooming. Tom and Carrie have been very understanding with us rescheduling multiple times due to our concern he wouldn't be able to tolerate a haircut. Luckily, Pippen has been feeling a little better, so we scheduled him in. They were able to accommodate us and get him seen first thing and was out of there in about an hour! I can tell our dogs feel so fresh and happier after each haircut. They handle our dogs with so much love and care, I could not recommend them enough. You will be in good hands here.

((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((WARNING)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))…read moreThese liars have now seriously injured our little Aries, twice!!! They TOTALLY LIED about what they'd done. It cost us $145. from our Vet to find out that (which we already knew...) they'd shaved her so close that it burnt her skin. Okay. Maybe. It happens w/ little squirming dogs. But if you could see what they did to the underside of her tail and how badly it got infected from either some type of chemical burn, or just their being neglectful and not paying attention, something went wrong. The LYING Pieces of Trash even went as far as telling my wife -- AFTER she'd called to complain and ask why they didn't tell her this when she initially picked her up -- that they saw,".... a reddish pus pocket!" So, if that WAS TRUE, why in The World would you let a groomer SHAVE said area? And why didn't She tell my wife when she picked up Aries? We Will NEVER GO BACK to this S*** hole again.

Nearly a dozen appointments all scheduled for 9:30 AM with two groomers! Our dog has been to three different groomers and has always been considered and "angel" and "perfectly behaved".
