The store hours that clearly says 8AM. STORE hours not grooming hours

Website says STORE opens at 8AM. The male worker,with thick black glasses said otherwise.

Okay so once again I went to get dog food but checked on the fish to see if there was a difference and clearly there isn't I feel this is something that shouldn't be happening repeatedly

An employee knew the hamster was like this and didn't care to help it.

I came into the shop earlier for some bird food but ended up wondering around the hamster section. I had seen that there was this hamster bleeding out. I proceeded to inform an employee and he had told me that he already knew about this situation, but didn't do anvthing about the situation before I told him. He grabbed some tweezers and picked up the injured hamster, hurting him. He was being rude and unprofessional about the whole situation. I chose to purchase the hamster because it was obvious that nothing good was going to be done if it staved there, so I took matters into my own hands. The wound was clearly there for longer than what he said. He also informed me rudely that there was no point in purchasing the hamster if it was going to die. Please do not come here.

Poor fishies were swimming in their own poop. It's very obvious they never clean the tanks, this is abuse. There was many dead fishes amongst the other fishes, some were even attacking the already dead ones and eating them, who knows if they even feed them as regularly as they should.

I've been taking my dog for grooming at this location for eight plus years now and they've always been horrible at notifying you when your dog is ready for pickup. I've been putting up with it all these years but yesterday was a boiling point for me. Her groomer Vivian or anyone else for that matter (there were at least 4 other groomers that day) and nobody notified me that my dog was ready for pickup until I finally just dedcided to go in after it had been 5 hours since I first brought her in. I called multiple times to check on her status and nobody would answer the phone. When I got there I asked them since when has she been ready? They had told me that she had been ready for pick up 2 HOURS AGO! I asked why nobody had called me? The associate told me they called and left a voicemail. They did not call me and they definitely did not leave a voicemail! That's their excuse every time. There is no excuse for leaving a dog in the crate for 2 hours when I could've picked her up. Definitely no excuse to keep a dog for 5+ hours, my dog is an older dog she needs to eat and does not spend much time in a create or away from her owners. These workers just don't care about your dog, or their costumers. I did not tip the groomer because it was on her to make sure to notify me my dog was ready for pick up and she failed to do so. I can't believe management doesn't do a better job trying to notify.

The grooming was identical to the photo I showed them--perfect in every way. Beyond their technical skill, the staff was incredibly kind. You can truly tell they genuinely love dogs, which gave me so much peace of mind leaving Dubu there for 3 hours. I was told it would be $10-$15. When I arrived, the place looked clean and I even checked the price list posted in the waiting area, which also clearly said $10-$15 for nail trimming. However, after the service was done, I was charged $25. When I questioned it and explained that I had called ahead and specifically mentioned that my dog is large, the response I got was that they "didn't know he was that big." My dog is a large doodle -- not some unusually massive or rare breed -- and I had already made that clear over the phone. It's extremely frustrating to confirm pricing beforehand, see the same price advertised in the shop, and then be charged significantly more afterward with no real explanation. If the price depends on size, that should be clearly communicated upfront, especially when a customer takes the time to ask beforehand. This felt misleading and unprofessional. I left feeling like the pricing was not transparent and that my concerns were dismissed when I brought them up. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

He looked clean, refreshed, and so well put together--and on top of that, he smelled incredibly good. Not just a quick "fresh out of the bath" scent, but that lasting, well-groomed, truly clean kind of fragrance that tells you he was cared for properly from start to finish. What stood out even more was how Ricardo handled him. Isaac can be selective and doesn't easily warm up to just anyone, but Ricardo has a natural way with dogs that immediately puts them at ease. There was a clear sense of trust and calm between them, and Isaac cooperated effortlessly throughout the entire process--which, for me, speaks volumes about Ricardo's patience, skill, and genuine connection with the pets he works with. I came in at 4:15 pm with a specific look in mind and showed Ricardo a photo for reference. He didn't just get close--he executed it exactly as I envisioned. The attention to detail, the balance in the cut, and the overall finish were all on point. It's not easy finding someone you fully trust with your fur baby, but this experience made it clear. You have to be let in so, I liked that it was secure, inside it's a little small but it's not too bad, we dropped off our doggy and the guy told us 2 hours or so, we said ok and got a call from him letting us know he was ready! Indigo (my dog) came out happy and more relaxed he also smelled amazing for like a week, he got lots of cuddles because of it xD Overall a good experience

I initially had a good experience with BarkBus so did not think twice about booking another "spaw…read moreday" for my Samoyed. But this most recent appointment was astoundingly unprofessional. I was told to expect the groomer to arrive during a scheduled 2 hour window but was informed the morning of that the groomer was running late, which was fine. But I never got an update regarding how late they would be and by the time they were 2 hours outside of the pre-arranged time and no one showed up, I tried calling to speak with a live agent to get a status update, but couldn't get connected with anyone besides the concierge AI Bot "Astro" who was of zero help and said I/my dog had no standing appointment. With no option to reschedule and no one to connect with, I ultimately couldn't wait around any longer for their BarkBus so left the house to pick up my son from daycare. Only then, do I receive an alert that the groomer will show up, right at the most inconvenient of moments. Of course, now I am running late, which annoyed the groomer. The groomer proceeds to bathe my dog but not dry him fully because she literally said it was too late into the night by that point (7:30pm). Why even send someone out if they cannot complete the service?! While not the fault of the groomer, as I am sure she was out on the road all day, I am now charged the full amount for an incomplete grooming service because of the company's scheduling error. No offer to reschedule my dog's appointment or refund the service because they couldn't fulfill their end of the arrangement. They essentially corner you into accepting an incomplete service, so my husband and I spent the remainder of the night trying to dry out and brush out our big fluffy dog. Unbelievable. Highly do NOT recommend. We could've brought him to our local grooming shop for half the price and less headache.
