The store hours that clearly says 8AM. STORE hours not grooming hours
    David T.

Website says STORE opens at 8AM. The male worker, with thick black glasses said otherwise.

Okay so once again I went to get dog food but checked on the fish to see if there was a difference and clearly there isn't I feel this is something that shouldn't be happening repeatedly

An employee knew the hamster was like this and didn't care to help it.

I came into the shop earlier for some bird food but ended up wondering around the hamster section. I had seen that there was this hamster bleeding out. I proceeded to inform an employee and he had told me that he already knew about this situation, but didn't do anvthing about the situation before I told him. He grabbed some tweezers and picked up the injured hamster, hurting him. He was being rude and unprofessional about the whole situation. I chose to purchase the hamster because it was obvious that nothing good was going to be done if it staved there, so I took matters into my own hands. The wound was clearly there for longer than what he said. He also informed me rudely that there was no point in purchasing the hamster if it was going to die. Please do not come here.

Friendly staff helpful and attentive. My dog looks ves going there. Thank everyone who works there for there help

Dead fish that has clearly been there for a long time because it's only the skeleton.

Poor fishies were swimming in their own poop. It's very obvious they never clean the tanks, this is abuse. There was many dead fishes amongst the other fishes, some were even attacking the already dead ones and eating them, who knows if they even feed them as regularly as they should.

my lucy. happy out and away from being kept in a crate for 2+ hours.

I've been taking my dog for grooming at this location for eight plus years now and they've always been horrible at notifying you when your dog is ready for pickup. I've been putting up with it all these years but yesterday was a boiling point for me. Her groomer Vivian or anyone else for that matter (there were at least 4 other groomers that day) and nobody notified me that my dog was ready for pickup until I finally just dedcided to go in after it had been 5 hours since I first brought her in. I called multiple times to check on her status and nobody would answer the phone. When I got there I asked them since when has she been ready? They had told me that she had been ready for pick up 2 HOURS AGO! I asked why nobody had called me? The associate told me they called and left a voicemail. They did not call me and they definitely did not leave a voicemail! That's their excuse every time. There is no excuse for leaving a dog in the crate for 2 hours when I could've picked her up. Definitely no excuse to keep a dog for 5+ hours, my dog is an older dog she needs to eat and does not spend much time in a create or away from her owners. These workers just don't care about your dog, or their costumers. I did not tip the groomer because it was on her to make sure to notify me my dog was ready for pick up and she failed to do so. I can't believe management doesn't do a better job trying to notify.

The program focused on comprehensive obedience, off-leash reliability, recall, and behavioral modification, all through individualized and consistent training tailored to Ringo's specific needs. Juan and the entire team are amazing--compassionate, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand Ringo and worked patiently to help him build confidence, improve behavior, and develop reliable obedience skills. It was clear throughout the process that they care deeply about every dog they work with. What stands out most is the level of professionalism combined with the love and attention they give each dog. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with Ringo, and the communication throughout the program was excellent. Even after training, I continue to bring Ringo there for daycare and boarding, which says everything about the confidence I have in their team and facility. Ringo is always happy to go, and I know he is safe, well cared for, and in great hands. If you are looking for a team that delivers real results while treating your dog like family, The DOGGO USA is the place to go. Maddie had been having some reactivity issues due to being attacked on 2 separate occasions by a bigger dog. Any time we would walk her, she would howl bloody murder. And if you know a beagle's howl, you know how loud it can get. The neighbors knew when we would be walking her because they could hear her for blocks. And people would stare at us as if we were horrible pet parents so we decided it was enough and contacted Diana for some help. As soon as we met her, she explained her process and how she works. And she explained how and why reactivity occurs. Everything was explained very easily and smoothly so that my spouse and I could understand why Maddie did certain things and how to correct them. We went ahead and did the 8 session package and met weekly with Diana. She laid the foundation for us and we increased training to build on that foundation. Lo and behold, Maddie no longer howls bloody murder when she sees another dog! One of our neighbors noticed and said that he can't tell anymore when we walk her because he doesn't hear us anymore. And every time we spot him during our walks, he's always so impressed with her training and how far she's come along. We ended our training with Maddie learning "down" and we are planning on doing more training sessions to further build on Maddie's training with e-collar training and more obedience. I can't begin to thank Diana enough for all that she's done for us and for our chonk. Diana is super awesome and an amazing trainer. She provides you with the guidance that you need. She's always available if you ever need help with anything or need clarification on any homework assignments she leaves you with before the next training session. My spouse and I highly recommend Diana for any training your pup may need or if you would like to add more building blocks to your dog's training. Diana was extremely intentional and knowledgeable from our very first meeting. She assessed Bruce well and and throughout our 8 sessions, we received 1-on-1 guidance during and between training. She thoroughly explained the "why" behind certain behaviors and what actions we need to take in order to shift his/our behavior. From week to week, Diana gave us some homework to do between sessions but knowing we also have busy schedules, she met us where we were and adjusted our training plan accordingly. We worked on leash training, reactivity, impulse control, crate and place training, recall at home and in public but that actually translated into setting better boundaries, building mutual trust between us and Bruce, and advocating for him in situations which we weren't doing as well before. Overall, we appreciated her understanding, her openness to listening to our concerns, and her adaptive but structured approach. Since we had a specific, timebound goal in mind it helped keep us motivated and on track. At the end of the 8 sessions (Oct - Dec), we gained invaluable strategies to manage Bruce in different situations (in public, crowded spaces, around other dogs) and we feel that we understand Bruce a lot more now than before. One rule was we were going to train her to be his service dog to help with mobility issues and we had to decide who to use to train her. We called multiple trainers, had multiple consultations and no one we meshed with until we found Reymond. We started off with one class and even in the first class he gave us such amazing advice on training Hunny, techniques and was just a kind soul. We signed her up for private training lessons and he has helped Hunny to overcome some fears and training in real life vs a pet store. We were able to take her with us on a short Vegas trip where she was perfect. So if you are wondering if you should hire Reymond and his company I am going to say yes, you won't regret it. A bonus is he also has group training classes that are very economical. Despite this, Gili quickly revealed herself to be a joyful, funny, and incredibly intelligent dog who was easy to train. However, there were a few serious behavioral issues that I could not resolve, no matter how hard I tried. About two weeks after coming into my home, Gili began to feel secure with me and in her environment. Unfortunately, that security turned into extreme protectiveness of herself, the house, and especially of me. She became reactive to unfamiliar people to the point that no one could enter our home or even come near me unless I medicated her or confined her to a bedroom to prevent incidents. I hired different trainers who were kind and well-intentioned, but their methods and advice were ineffective for the specific issues we were facing. Then into our lives came Carrie, the owner of the local Bark Busters franchise. I do not believe I have enough words to describe how positive and effective our experience with Carrie has been. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about canine psychology and the development of behavioral issues, and most importantly, she has an incredible ability to identify the root cause of each specific problem with precision. In a caring, non violent yet effective way Carrie focuses not only on the dog, but also on how we, as humans, can unintentionally exacerbate issues while trying to compensate for our dog's difficult past. She teaches people how to gently, confidently, and correctly address unwanted behaviors through proper posture, attitude, and consistency. What I love most about Carrie is her upbeat, joyful, and generous nature. You never feel rushed or inadequate; questions and input are welcomed and encouraged, no matter how long it takes. Carrie made it clear that she is committed to being there for both Gili and I for as long as it takes to create real, lasting change. She patiently and thoroughly addressed each issue in a way that was easy to understand, carefully explaining not just what to do, but why. I truly felt that she cared deeply about my understanding the methods, the sequence of exercises, and the reasoning behind them. Although I have shared my adult life with five different dogs, this experience taught me something entirely new: my posture, energy, and state of mind during training are just as important as the commands themselves. I am incredibly grateful to have finally found a trainer who is not only a skilled behavioral therapist but also a master trainer--an essential combination, especially when working with a dog who was not raised from a young puppy and comes with a difficult history. In Gili's case, that history left lasting emotional scars that affected how she interacts with the world. Not only did Carrie spend several hours working with us, but a few days later she followed up with a detailed and thoughtfully prepared email covering everything we had discussed. It included educational videos to further clarify the instructions, links to recommended toys and helpful equipment, a clear overview of the exercises Gili and I should practice, and much more. It was evident that Carrie spent many hours compiling this instructional guide, and it has already proven to be an invaluable resource for us. Even though it has been less than a week since Carrie trained both of us, I am already seeing meaningful improvement in Gili's behavior. More importantly, I now feel confident that I have the tools to help Gili reach her full potential and become the best version of herself, a happy, loving, and confident little lady who was always there beneath the hardships she endured before coming into my life. I am also reassured knowing that as time goes on, Carrie will be there for us whenever we need reinforcement of learned skills or guidance with any new challenges that may arise.

Three days ago, I was within feet of getting shot by a gun right outside of my business! I strongly considered a German Shepherd since they're also intelligent, loyal and can provide protection/barriers for those suffering from PTSD like myself. I've been suffering a lot with my clinical depression and anxiety for years, all the while, I'm a small business owner. Csilla replied to me and automatically denied my application for considering rehoming, and for "testing" if they don't make the cut. Rehoming is NOT an easy decision, I've been crying over the thought, I love my dog! I love my dog so much that I was only reaching out to close friends who my dog also loves, so I can still see here. My immediate family does not want a second dog in our household, so this was the only loving and responsible decision that I can come up with. It's neither fair for a dog that exhibits fear, stress, and anxiety to be forced into a job that only exacerbates their behavior. My mental and physical health are just as important as my dogs. This is the purpose of rehoming, I never once said that I would surrender her to a shelter or just simply disown her. Below is her response; ..."Unfortunately we're not able to approve your application. There is no guarantee that any of our dogs will work out as a service animal, and the fact that you would rehome her if that was the case, makes this an automatic decline for our rescue. It's very sad to hear that you are thinking about rehoming a dog that has been with you for 5 years. There are countless dogs in animal shelters dying every day because people consider them disposable. Your dog will be heartbroken if she has to lose her family. Her stress and anxiety will get even worse, which means many people will pass on her at the shelter and she will most likely be euthanized because of the overcrowding problem in the shelter system. We hope you will not let that happen and leave her behind to be killed. There is no reason why she can't stay with you as just a regular pet and part of the family, while you get a 2nd dog that has been proven to be a qualified service dog.
