My dog escaped from inside the van and took off running in our neighborhood. According to my husband who was there at the time, Kelly told him that she put him inside the van and somehow got out of his leash( don't know if it was our own personal leash or the leash in the van) and took off running in our neighborhood. Apparently she closed the door BUT NOT ALL THE WAY and he maneuvered by using his snout to open the door. We are grateful that she was able to catch him because he was pooping at that moment, but if it would have been another ending of her not being able to catch him and loosing him, this wouldn't have been good. After this incident, I don't know if I can trust this service anymore. Just wanting to put this review on their Yelp page so that future and present customers will be able to know to make sure that whoever is taking care of their pup is safe and secured. Ontop of that, he was a little damp and apparently Kelly told my husband that it was the perfume. I don't think perfume would make the fur "damp". read more

I couldn't be happier with the service and care Stephany and team had for my little puppy! I have a 4-month old Bernedoodle who has never been groomed before. She was looking like a shaggy dog (and smelling like one too!), and I was afraid she was over-heating during this heat wave. I contacted Mr. Dog Mobile Grooming, and was even able to make an appointment very easily online! I was able to text with the team beforehand, so they knew the age and breed of my puppy. They asked if I had any specific concerns or requests, and even proactively told me that they take special care of puppies to ease their anxiety. The mobile van arrived on time (they even shared their location so I could track their arrival time). They also asked me what type of cut I was looking for, to which I let them know my concerns about her overheating. Then all I had to do was pass my puppy into their arms. The whole grooming session took about 1.5 hours, and it shows that the time was spent giving my puppy the best haircut. It also gave me a much needed break from puppy duty to wash the dishes and mop her play area. I have found my favorite groomers for life! Thank you Stephany and team for making Chloe look like the princess she is! read more

They were super nice and friendly. I have a senior dog and that requires a different kind of handling, but he was clean. They said he wouldn't allow them to do his nails, but to be fair, he has been going to one groomer for about 8 years so he is particular. read more

My dog was a mess before Mr. Dog Mobile Grooming. Stephanie arrived at our home and greeted myself and my dog. They arrived with all their equipment and ready to work! Stephanie was a wonderful person to meet! My dog has anxiety issues. Our former groomer for over 10 years was unable to help us any longer due to her anxiety getting worse as she gets older. Stephanie said she would at least try to help us. She did a great job on the grooming as well as care for my dog and her anxiety. I Recommend her services, she is professional and great at what she does! I will continue to use Mr. Dog Mobile! Prices are also more than reasonable! Really enjoyed our experience! read more

I just wanted to thank stephany for taking such good care of my baby. It's hard to trust people with your pets. I was a little scared at first but then once Stephany started responding to all my questions I felt better. Not only was she great and my baby smells wonderful. But it's so great that's she comes to your house and we don't have to worry about driving back and forth. Thanks again I will be making another appointment in a few weeks read more

I was really concerned about grooming my elderly dog who had just undergone surgery on her hind leg. I called a lot of different places but they were afraid to groom her because it might cause her too much stress. I spoke to Stephany and she was fine with grooming my dog and assured me she's groomed many elderly dogs before. The only thing that made me skeptical was the $25 deposit she asked for but I was so desperate I went with it and I'm glad I did. Stephany arrived and was finished with my dog within an hour. I paid for an extra spa treatment for her and it was well worth it. She smelled so great and was so happy to be clean and groomed. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dog Grooming to anyone but especially people like me, who have an elderly pet, and are worried about the treatment of them in grooming. read more
