My dog escaped from inside the van and took off running in our neighborhood. According to my husband who was there at the time, Kelly told him that she put him inside the van and somehow got out of his leash( don't know if it was our own personal leash or the leash in the van) and took off running in our neighborhood. Apparently she closed the door BUT NOT ALL THE WAY and he maneuvered by using his snout to open the door. We are grateful that she was able to catch him because he was pooping at that moment, but if it would have been another ending of her not being able to catch him and loosing him, this wouldn't have been good. After this incident, I don't know if I can trust this service anymore. Just wanting to put this review on their Yelp page so that future and present customers will be able to know to make sure that whoever is taking care of their pup is safe and secured. Ontop of that, he was a little damp and apparently Kelly told my husband that it was the perfume. I don't think perfume would make the fur "damp". read more

I couldn't be happier with the service and care Stephany and team had for my little puppy! I have a 4-month old Bernedoodle who has never been groomed before. She was looking like a shaggy dog (and smelling like one too!), and I was afraid she was over-heating during this heat wave. I contacted Mr. Dog Mobile Grooming, and was even able to make an appointment very easily online! I was able to text with the team beforehand, so they knew the age and breed of my puppy. They asked if I had any specific concerns or requests, and even proactively told me that they take special care of puppies to ease their anxiety. The mobile van arrived on time (they even shared their location so I could track their arrival time). They also asked me what type of cut I was looking for, to which I let them know my concerns about her overheating. Then all I had to do was pass my puppy into their arms. The whole grooming session took about 1.5 hours, and it shows that the time was spent giving my puppy the best haircut. It also gave me a much needed break from puppy duty to wash the dishes and mop her play area. I have found my favorite groomers for life! I was really concerned about grooming my elderly dog who had just undergone surgery on her hind leg.
