Luz and her team always do a great job with my frenchie. They are always careful about keeping his ears from getting water in them and they use hypoallergenic shampoo. He always smells great after and I love the bow ties/handkerchiefs/ties they have.

I highly recommend We Groom Pets for all of your grooming needs! I made the mistake of taking my Bella to PetSmart for her first ever grooming session and they traumatized her so badly that every groomer afterwards had a hard time with her. I found We Groom Pets by accident as I was walking and went in the store to talk with them. Despite being busy (it was a Saturday), they took their time to speak with me and answered all of my questions. When I brought my Bella and my Aura to their grooming appointment, they took their time with both and ensured they were comfortable. The grooming job they did was so beautiful! I really appreciate the tips and suggestions they gave me on how to care for them at home and what style haircut would look best on each for future grooming appointments. What is so important to me is that they absolutely do not take walk-ins like other groomers. I believe that taking in walk-ins only stresses the technicians out and that's when they have little to no patience with the pups so mistakes are made as well as injuries are inflicted on our fur babies! I also appreciate the fact that they are affordable! I have 3 fur babies and grooming can be expensive. Additionally, they do not keep your fur baby in cages! This is important to me because Bella gets anxious in a crate/cage! If you're looking for a quality groomer that really care about your fur babies, call We Groom Pets and schedule an appointment!

I called We Groom Pets before closing and to my surprise they answered and gave me an appointment for the following morning. As we arrived Luz greeted us and inquired on Lucy's temperament. Lucy has separation anxiety and can be extremely timid at times. It was no problem for Luz, she made sure Lucy felt loved and appreciated from the minute I handed her off. Luz was able to explain to me the varying clipper sizes and we worked together in choosing the right length for Lucy. I could not me more pleased with my experience at We Groom Pets will be recommending and coming for years to come.

I've been taking Ollie to Luz for over 2 years now. He smells so good and gets a cute bow tie/ribbon every time. Luz also recommends the best cut, for example, she left his fur longer along the paw pads to help with the warm pavement on our summer walks. Most importantly, always Ollie gets the zoomies after we get home from his grooming appointment. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do such an excellent job!

I wanted to go to a groomer closer to my area and I regret that decision now. I don't like arguing or making a scene so I said everything was fine just so I can take my boy and leave. I could tell he was not comfortable with her. I saw the great reviews but this was the experience my sister and I had. The owner kept telling my sister and I that his hair was very tangled over and over again in a very rude tone. She claimed we did not mention what breed he was and as soon as my sister dropped him off they started shaving him right away. When I picked him up, again she rudely insisted he was very matted and wanted to charge me an extra $5 to the $70 she had stated. Lastly she said he was very difficult and that I have to take him to the groomer regularly. 1. His hair was long and curly because he is a poodle as I had mentioned over the phone when I made the appointment and even provided his weight. (His hair was long in the first place because the previous groomer I went to did not cut his hair short enough.) 2. She did not even try to brush or bathe him before shaving him. My sister brushed his hair on Wednesday so no he was not matted. She shaved him to "prove" that he was matted to my sister but I've never heard of a groomer doing that. His hair has been long before and groomers have had no issue with it or told me he had to be shaved. I was not able to take him to the groomer last month but it was the only time he missed a grooming session. We gave him a bath and brushed him at home but we did not cut his hair. We try to brush him at the minimum 1-2 times a week. 3. This is not his first time going to a groomer. I have been taking him to the groomer since he was 6 months old, he is now 1 year old. I have taken him to 3 groomers before this and NEVER had any groomer tell me he was difficult to work with. Overall I am very disappointed. I was not happy with customer service because she talked in a very aggressive tone and it felt like she was judging the way we care for our dog. I'm sorry but you do not know us personally so it's very unprofessional for you to speak to us in the manner you did. I understand it is very difficult to work with animals but if you treat the animals like you treat your customers then I will not be coming back. My dog was very scared and has razor burn on different parts of his body but mainly his chest. I wanted to have a groomer close to me but looks like I will be going back to my regular groomer in Glendale who charges me $50 for a full grooming service. Thank you,

Just picked up Cookie and Winston from their grooming visit. And they look great! So happy I found this place. They both were calm and comfortable when I picked them up. Luz and Olga have a very calming and welcoming presence. My babies warmed up to them right away. My Cookie was a good girl and didn't tinkle as she tends to when she gets nervous. That says a lot ! The 1 Star is solely on the Horrible, horrible attitude always presented by the owner. We have been here few times as its closest to home.The actual groom has always been great, but not worth the poor attitude from Luz. There has never been one time when we dont get pretentious feedback. For some reason owners feels she has to let customers know how much work she had to do because of the dogs. We are made feel like she is doing us a favor by grooming our dogs. Her daughter is always sweet & helpful and makes up for her bad attitude. Never dealt with a groomer that complaints to the customer about having to groom the dogs and taking so much time, and how difficult it was grooming them. So done. read more

This review is for nail cutting and paw cleaning! Super friendly folks, affordable, and a quick job :) our guy is a senior rescue and is not very happy with being touched by others or groomed. They are friendly with the dogs and pricing is reasonable. My dog looks more calm when he gets his nails trimmed here than other places we've tried. I've taken my dog here several times now, and each time I've seen they treat my dog and the other dogs there at the time with care. For me, this place is out of the way, however I'm happy to bring my dog here for the great customer service. read more

Amazing service! Clean and fresh environment for pets, especially in this heat. It was well air conditioned, room was organized and smelled nice, and had friendly staff. The two women were very patient and calm with my excited puppy. Loved the haircut as well as the scent on my dog after the groom. read more

I've brought my dog Pepper here for almost 2 years. She doesn't cry when I drop her off as she did with another groomer. Cost is great and comparable to other places. They are quick and always do a great job. Appointments are easy to make and I'm usually the one to make last minute ones. Great treatment and great service for fur babies. read more

Took my 4 month old Goldendoodle puppies for their first grooming appointment here. Since it was their first time, they were scared and weren't the easiest puppies to work on, but the staff here did an amazing job calming them and working with them to achieve a haircut and all that grooming comes with. The staff is very patient & loving with the animals that go in there. read more

First time here and my Coco loved it! She loved the attention and the care these ladies have for my pup is outstanding. They treated her like their own!! I appreciate the great attitude and attentiveness they gave my fur baby. The communication is a plus for me, and the accuracy of time given to pick my pup was a convenience for me. The service here is amazing, they treat my little dog Kobe like if he was one of their own dogs. You can tell right away that they love what they do and they treat the dogs with so much love and kindness. Kobe used to be scared to go to the groomers, but ever since we changed him to We Groom Pets he seems to be so much happier. I definitely recommend trying it out, they will not disappoint! read more

Excellent service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! These ladies work is filled with love and you can see it through their service! I am always super satisfied and I appreciate the time they always take to schedule my pup in on short notice at times. My pup loves coming here and it's because of the loving atmosphere they provide. First time grooming my golden doodle, Teddy! Luz and Elizabeth welcomed us and made us feel appreciated for our business. Teddy is very attached to me so he doesn't do well being in places without me. However, since we first got there, he didn't fuss, cry or give a hard time at all. I was nervous taking them to a groomers, but one day I decided to try this place. All 3 ladies are amazing, professional, kind, patient, zero stress! They work together as a true team in sync with each other. My cats got a 4th of July treat today with flea baths, tummy shaved for knots, nails trimmed, ears cleaned. He looked clean, refreshed, and so well put together--and on top of that, he smelled incredibly good. Not just a quick "fresh out of the bath" scent, but that lasting, well-groomed, truly clean kind of fragrance that tells you he was cared for properly from start to finish. What stood out even more was how Ricardo handled him. Isaac can be selective and doesn't easily warm up to just anyone, but Ricardo has a natural way with dogs that immediately puts them at ease. There was a clear sense of trust and calm between them, and Isaac cooperated effortlessly throughout the entire process--which, for me, speaks volumes about Ricardo's patience, skill, and genuine connection with the pets he works with. I came in at 4:15 pm with a specific look in mind and showed Ricardo a photo for reference. He didn't just get close--he executed it exactly as I envisioned. The attention to detail, the balance in the cut, and the overall finish were all on point. It's not easy finding someone you fully trust with your fur baby, but this experience made it clear. My DLH cat Bubbles got sprayed by a resident skunk a couple weeks ago....and she stinks. The place I occasionally take my dog Olivia to is closed Sundays/Mondays so I called a few other places. 3 didn't do cats, and one did. Allie & Paws. So I called them. When I mentioned bath and just a few matts they said we'd have to see her for a price.....but normally between $150 - $280.... I'm like WHAT!? OK thank you, Allie & Paws....you just gave me the motivation needed to do it myself. And hung up. Lol. So my Sunday after church was bathing my cat and cutting off her matts.....lol....Bubbles hates me, but she smells better.....lol! Ridiculous pricing for what I did myself in less than 45 mins. Only getting a 1 star because I can't mark ZERO.

My…read morefamily was forced to evacuate in early January and, frankly, it has been a very difficult time dealing with insurance, adjusters, and lawyers, and also trying to find appropriate housing for me, my husband, and our four animals--now three, as we have finally concluded that one we will never see one of our cats again. We lost a great deal of property to recent events and have had to expand a lot of money to replace only those things that we need immediately to get day to day. You would be surprised what you don't miss until it's gone. It has been especially difficult because we have a young male border collie, a nine-year-old rescue, and two cats (now one). The border collie puppy (Rhyse's Pieces) was a handful before the unprecedented destruction of the wind/firestorm so you can imagine how things have gone since. I was able to get our puppy into Petco grooming soon after the evacuation to get all the ash, soot, and particulates out of his coat. However, because my temporary housing situation is not really appropriate for our needs and is not set up for dogs, our puppy got out a few times almost immediately after the wash at Petco and must have jumped into a few dumpsters before returning to me. For the reasons already mentioned, my husband also has had to live separately in order to be within reasonable distance of his work while I am living elsewhere with the dogs. As a result I've had to grapple with the dogs by myself, which has been even more difficult due to my rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions, the symptoms of which have become much more severe due to this stress of our situation. It is really not realistic for me to attempt to bathe the border collie in my current state. The last time my husband and I bathed him, it took us almost an hour just to wash him because of his long double coat, and it took almost two hours to dry him. We are not opposed to doing this ourselves, we just weren't in a position to do on short notice, and Rhyse was incredibly filthy--I mean, truly disgusting and so smelly. I reached out to Joseph at Royal Spa Mobile Pet grooming and explained to him the situation and asked him for an estimate. Not only was Joseph able to accommodate us on very short notice, he offered to give Rhyse a bath free of charge even though they normally charge at least $150 for a dog of Rhyse's size and coat. I did insist on giving him a hefty tip but my family really appreciates his generosity considering the stress and expenses we have been incurring. It is immensely encouraging to us and I am so thankful for businesses like this. Rhyse came out of Joseph's van looking and smelling like flowers. He is so soft, we can't stop snuggling him. Could not recommend this business more.

I am so glad I discovered this place! Before coming here I searched & called different Pet grooming places around my area asking if they groomed cats. Many didn't groom cats and others didn't have appts for months! The day I decided to call We Groom Pets, I spoke to Luz and she told me I could bring in my cat Fluffy to get groomed that same day! As soon as I met her I knew this was the place for him. She was so patient, loving & caring.....And he is so calm & relaxed around her. He doesnt even try to run away. I've taken my dogs to Petsmart, Petco, and other groomers. At petco it looked like my dog wasn't even groomed. At petsmart, they cut their hair completely wrong. I was told by a friend to take them to Luz. And I'm so glad I did. I love how she treats them. She is really friendly, patient, and lovable with them since the minute I walk into her place. Oh my gosh, I've been going to this place of business since they opened. They've always taken very great care of my dog. She even let me know that my dog had fleas which I wasn't aware of, but they do the best grooming there in very timely manner to. Vanessa and Luz are great dog groomers.
