This was my fur baby's first visit. We had been with our prior groomer for three years but new ownership hiked the pricing up to an unjustly amount. I knew I had to find another groomer, but I was nervous and sad because they had been with her since she was a puppy. Sarah was patient and understanding with all my questions and concerns. I quickly noticed how she and her staff took to my baby and it was so natural. I chose to take a chance (even with a poor review that concerned me) . I noticed many customers picking up their fur babies and all the dogs seemed happy. That also gave me relief. But I must admit that the end result was beautiful and the adjustment seemed natural for my baby. They left her looking great and she came home very happy. I loved the text and picture that Sarah sent me when informing me that she was ready for pick up. The price is very reasonable based on the research I conducted and the care was superb! Thank you to Sarah and her team and I will definitely return. I am relieved that we found a new home that was wonderful to my baby and also met my needs and concerns. read more

When I talked to them on the phone they were nice. I got there they took he collar and leash off and gave it to me and walked away. It felt kinda weird. I asked if that's itand they said yes. They said they were going to call me when they are done and they didn't. I showed up 2 hours later to pick up my dog and he was acting weird and scared. Till I noticed my dogs genitals were badly irritated also noticed both ears were cut. read more

I had an amazing experience here. It was a last minute appointment and she was able to fit me in and left my beautiful pup looking and smelling gorgeous! The wash was speedy but she took her time to dry her and make her feel like a million bucks. I will be coming back every chance I get. The thing that I really appreciated was that she put me at ease. I have a Great Dane so I wanted to be there throughout the whole process, but I didn't need to do all that so I left her there. I went shopping and before I knew it was time to pick her up. I definitely recommend this place. read more

It has been seven years since I took my pet to this groomer. You may ask why I have not return after such a good review? Well because I gave her the benefit of the doubt. As far as I knew she had just open her shop after a remodeling and I thought that a good review would help her get a good start. And I did not lied, her fee was reasonable and I was satisfied with her work, but what I failed to mentioned in that review was her rudeness in her parting remarks "And don't think you're going to get this price for next time, expect to pay more." I recently called to check on her prices and yes her prices are competitive with other groomers in the area, but there's more to a business than having competitive pricing - its called customer service. read more

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I have been coming to Sarah for over 2 years now and have encountered nothing but the best care and well being of all 3 of my small dogs. They can tend to be a bit anxious and over stimulated but once handed over to her care they become very calm. I'm happy to have found such an amazing place for all 3 of my pups. Sarah is truly the best!! Thank you for always delivering and tending to the needs of my fur babies. I totally recommend. read more

Super bad service do not recommend!!!!! I believe was the owner , bad attitude, gave me price of 65$ then telling me 100$ when picking her up , but if I left a nice review, she would give me a discount and she pressed the 5 star on my phone , really of course i prefer an honest review than a discount ???? And my dog had multiple cuts on her ear when I picked her up !!!!! This place is on a main street, when i finish paying her she actually open the door for my dog , and dog ran out !!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!! I believe she's the owner , she's on the profile picture !!!!! I hope everyone reeds this before walking in there !!! I'm just super sad and disappointed don't know how my dog was treated when I wasn't there!!!!!! read more

Please do NOT bring your pet here! I was about to drop off my dog when my mom and I witnessed the groomer hitting another dog. We noticed that a dog was yelling a lot while we were talking to the other worker, and we look over to see she was hitting it. The dog then slipped off the small table and she grabbed it from the back of the neck (which is extremely dangerous) to pick it back up from the floor, she then continued to be brutish with the dog. This place is MISTREATING your dogs! Response to comment: I sleep fine at night knowing I don't abuse innocent animals. There are plenty of bad reviews of this place already, and some sending pictures of their dogs with nicks throughout their body. This post is just to inform these customers what is happening to their dogs in the shop. The windows to your shop are transparent so there is a clear view of what happens inside. Your station is directly in front of the window, I know what I saw and that dog was not trying to bite you. You were working on the rear area of the dog and the dog kept moving, so I assume you got frustrated and lashed out at the dog. FYI, a SMALL dog that already has a muzzle on cannot do harm to an ADULT person, so there is no reason why we should have seen you swinging your hand, HITTING the dog. read more

I found my dog groom place forever!!! This place is in a plaza so there is parking. The place is small but quality of service is amazing. I've been taking both my dogs here and never disappoint at all. Worth every penny I spent here! I have two huskies and they have so much fur and shed so much when they are done, my dogs come looking 10 pounds lighter and they look so clean and smells so good the dog perfume they spray afterwards! I love how they took the time to dragged and dry and my dog really well. My older husky has always been pretty difficult when other strangers try to groom her. I took her to petco once and they had to deny grooming services because she was barking to much. And a lot of places I try to take her to groom don't want to have her in a muzzle for the entire time of the groom. This place is fine with it. She only wears the muzzles to groom and the vet and I always smear peanut butter and pumpkin on the crevices to keep her busy. But over I love this place. The prices are reasonable and definitely will be coming back. read more

Luna was groomed very good and she was happy she wasnt shedding as much and the price was pretty good gave us a nice break from Luna

I used to love coming here until today. It seems the groomers who used to be here are no longer here. It's just the owner. But as I dropped off my dog, I was sitting in the parking lot and all I see is her locking up the door and going into her car. I asked her what she was doing if she was gonna leave my dog by himself she said she was going to the DMV because she needed to take her son. I don't know. I feel like that is definitely unprofessional. I feel bad for like the other dogs that are inside this building there is at least four. I'm just grateful that I stood back so I can get my dog but just be wary coming here. My dog is my baby and the fact that someone is OK just treating them like this is not OK. read more

I would never come back here again. They did a horrible job of cutting my dogs hair. I Asked for a deshedding, hair, trim, and bath. My dog came back looking the same way I took her in the only thing they did was wash my do. I paid $70 for deshedding , hair trim , and bath. I took both of my dogs and got them back the same way I would never recommend or come back here unless you wanna just get your money robbed. MY RESPONSE TO HER RESPONSE: Based on all the negative reviews you have, it seems like you do not like taking responsibility for your actions. that shows what kind of person/groomer you are. I hope you do better in 2026 and start being accountable. read more

I was looking around for cat grooming services and came across them. I noticed not many businesses offer this type of service for cats usually for dogs. They offered at an affordable price and provided great customer service. The groomer cleaned the cats very well. Thank you again! See you again soon! read more

I left Pawfect Express Pet Spa feeling quite disappointed. The facility was noticeably unclean, which immediately raised concerns about their hygiene standards. I had initially scheduled a full grooming. I understand that the service was cut short because the groomer was bitten by another customer's dog--accidents happen--but it still left me feeling like I didn't get my money's worth. I was charged $30 per dog for an incomplete service. My dogs were still wet from the wash and I don't think I should not have been charged at all considering it wasn't a complete job. Overall, it wasn't a satisfying experience and probably won't be taking my dogs there. read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience at this groomer. My regular groomer was unavailable for the holidays, so I decided to try this place based on its generally positive reviews, overlooking a few red flags. I made it very clear that I wanted a deshedding treatment and a light trim on the tail for my Australian Shepherd. I even wrote these instructions on the sign-in sheet they have to ensure there was no misunderstanding. After the groom, I received a 2 pictures of my 2 dogs. They only sent a photo of the Australian Shepherd's face, which looked fine, so I said they looked cute. However, when I picked them up, it was clear that the service was not as described. My smaller dog was still very matted in the stomach area, and my Australian Shepherd had not been deshedded at all. The owner claimed I hadn't mentioned the deshedding over the phone, despite admitting she saw it in writing on the sign-in sheet. Instead of correcting the issue themselves the right way, or even communicating about the problems beforehand, she was dismissive and unprofessional. She only wanted to explain what had happened after the fact that my husband left an upset review for not completing the service properly. She actually told me, "I don't need you to come back, I have enough customers", and didn't offer a single apology. This place is incredibly unprofessional, and I would not recommend it to anyone. My regular groomer was on vacation for the holidays. that is why we picked this spot. But never again will I bring my dogs back here! The owner takes no accountability for her actions and is very rude. read more
