Carlos is very unprofessional I had a scheduled appointment but when I came back after the expected grooming time, Carlos told me my dog hadn't even been groomed yet and it would be several more hours. I'm super frustrated because I wasn't told about the delay, so my dog was just waiting in a cage with no water or potty break. A simple heads-up call or text would have been appreciated so I could have rescheduled. No apologies or solutions were offered, which felt really unprofessional. Please, treat all animals with respect, even if they aren't yours! And while I stood there he was arguing back and forth with his employees! Horrible service! I've been taking my dog Miklo here for the past 2 years (not as often as I should, but he's a pretty low maintenance chihuahua/pug) He's never been cut or injured, he's a very nervous dog (born during Covid) and does not trust anyone / can be aggressive. I took my pearl here, haircut was okay. One specific thing I asked them not to do was cut her eyelashes cuz they were long and curly. When I got back I noticed the guy didn't want to hand her over to me until I signed and paid. I did notice she was very scared and her eyes were watery. When I got her back I noticed her eyelashes were cut all the way down. I think they were aggressive with her because I've taken her to other doggy spas and she comes back happy but with this place she came back scared. Not to mention her eyelashes no longer grow curly. They just grow short and straight. Thanks for not following instructions. And obviously were too aggressive with her. I never went back to this place, it was the first and last time I went. I took my pug, Diesel, here for grooming for his 1st birthday. It was my first time going here. I called on Thursday and asked when the first available appointment would be. The young man told me that he could squeeze Diesel in the next day. I was more than elated, since my regular groomer couldn't see Diesel for 9 days. They didn't cut him like i asked they literally shaved my babies body down. All I know is that my pups tail is now bent. Looks like it's broken.. It's weird because it looks crooked now. It wasn't like that before. The fur on her tail looks as if it was somehow ..like spiraled while being I guess blow dried. I wish I would've stayed and watched. I should of went with my instincts when I was walking into this place. I took my labrador 4 weeks ago. The guy who took us in said that it would take 45 mins to an hour to have my pup ready. We waited 2+ hrs and the service was rushed, my dog was not even fully dry when we picked him up. Wont be using them again. read more

WARNING! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE! I took my Yorkie fully making them aware that she was disabled before hand. They accepted my business. They nicked her skin many times. They are the most dangerous, unprofessional and sloppy groomer I have ever been too. When they handed her to me. I noticed her diaper was on incorrectly. So when I took it off to adjust the entire area that her diaper was covering was uncut, and hairs were falling out. The groomers say " because she was moving so much" and still ask me too pay 65$ for an incomplete cut. So then when I questioned the amount for their incompetence. They took her back to finish the job that should have already been done. Yet she didn't move then. The proof of the hair that is all over her diaper and my shirt. When I complained to the groomer of all the hair coming of all he said was "I DON'T CARE" "I DON'T GIVE A FUCK" Yorkies don't shed. Don't take your babies there! Update: I don't put diapers on my yorkies neck and head and that's where the cuts and burns are located. read more

1st timer for my 2 yr old maltiPoo Cookie. Back in the city visiting my grandma, googled reviews and all seems ok so i gave them a shot. A bit pricey than what i normally pay in orange county. About 2 hour wait time to pick up. I loved how they matched a bow for same color as her collar later that night i noticed they nearly chopped off her "Nipple sorry my dog is like one of my children. Called to make an appointment on a Saturday. We got the cheapest package without a haircut for our medium sized dog and it came out to be $45 before tip. It was cash only at the time. We dropped her off at 4:30 and picked her up around 2 hours later. The guy was friendly and was very sweet to our dog! When she came back she looked and smelled so clean! Her nails were also trimmed nicely. My favorite part was the cute bandana she got lol. Only complaint was it was suuuuper hot and stuffy when we went to drop her off for some reason!! read more

I saw someone posted about this place on the Montebello group on Facebook. I decided to look them up on Yelp and only found 2 reviews, which is kind of scary because it means the place is new and can I trust it? I decided to try it anyway. I called and asked if they had an opening this weekend and they did! I called at 12pm and they told me they could see me by 2pm. 2pm comes and I always find myself getting nervous as I go drop off my child. I get an anxious feeling - it's almost like I have just as bad separation anxiety as my dog. The place is clean, really clean. The lobby are is simple but all the magic happens behind the scenes. From what I could see inside, it still looked clean. I also really appreciate the paw print as a sort of window. A simple yet endearing touch. I got a call about an hour later saying my Milo was all done! I asked how he did, because he's a nervous wreck, and she said he did well. My boy came out looking like a million bucks for a fraction of the price. He smelled and looked amazing. Plus, he was rocking a bow tie. Did I mention that they did all of this by simply asking how I wanted his haircut? I didn't even have a picture. All I said was, "short" and they worked their magic. I will definitely be back! Cane here to take my pomeranian chihuahua since my sister in law raved about them. Asked for a bath and a trim qll over my dogs body. I guess there was a misunderstanding and they only gave him a sanitary trim? Showed my sister in law since she made the appointment and she called back when they opened back up after new years. Guy who answered blamed us for not being clear or saying anything when dog was picked up. I had never been there before so i wasnt sure if the trim was what i was given. My sister in law saw my dog and said they didnt cut him at all. His private area looks cute sure but not what we asked for. When asked if we can get what we aksed for guy rudely responded that we can next time we bring him in. Also trued to play off that my dogs hair grew so we couldnt see the cut. Maybe they dont know anything qbout my breed of dog but he only needs a cut 2-3 times a year. Which i usually do myself at home. When i said i wanted him to be cut not to be rewashed since hes an indoor dog they offered to fix it for $20. So cool 15 bucks off regualr wash for a misunderstanding they made. Gentlemen also said he always verifys what the dog needs when getting dog. I was the one who dropped him off qnd he didnt say hi or anything just asked if i had an apt and too my dog. WARNING!!! I took my Shih Tzu girl for a grooming yesterday for the third time at this place. The first time they did a good job, the second time they went too deep into her skin around her private parts leaving her with the skin open and consequently, she was on pain. I decided to believe that this was a human mistake and took her again yesterday, just to get home and see her desperately leaking her areas which were again with cuts and red. I went back to Lovely Pet with my pet, just to have the person (male) who did her grooming laugh about the situation and said she had an "allergy ". At no point they admitted responsibility or apologized for hurting my baby the way they did. The 3 staff members were rude and with no show of empathy. Now a few hours later I received a response, basically calling me a lier, when YOU business owner know and saw the skin of my baby. You business owner refused to give me my money back, and asked that I bring a letter from the vet stating that the skin cuts were done by you in order for you to pay for the bill. Of course the Dr. was not going to state in a letter something that he did not witnessed. You as the business owner have no ethics, you hurt our babies like I have now seen in all this reviews and just laughed about it like you guys did yesterday! Disgusting place ! read more
