We dropped her off and asked for an area trim for her paws and sanitary areas, as we usually do. We picked her up an hour 1/2 later and she had dark red painful looking markings/ burns on her lower stomach. She had also been crying and seemed very stressed. The lady at the front desk explained that the clippers got too close to her skin and caused a reaction. They applied aloe gel and offered a discount, but I am still unhappy with the state of my dog as this has never happened to her before. Although mistakes happen, we will not be returning.

He came home severely itchy and I thought it was because of the blade, but when I looked at his skin he had tiny fleas crawling on his skin. I was so disappointed because he did not have fleas when I took him in. Now he's nonstop biting and scratching and it's unfair for me to pay and leave tip when he gets returned to me with fleas on him. I really love how you guys cut his hair but not sure if I will return this is a sanitary issue.

My dogs hate the groomers, but the workers here are always so gentle with them. The worker kept comforting my scared Frenchie saying "it's ok big boy" lool since he's a baby in a big body. My Pomeranian hates getting his nails trim too, but they always massage him and make him feel comfortable. The workers have never cut their nails too deep that they bleed. It's affordable, quick, and efficient! Will definitely be back.

My Frenchie gets really bad anxiety and the two men who helped us were incredibly patient and kind. They allowed me to hold him during the cleaning and took their time, giving us breaks whenever he needed to calm down. At his age, we really do not want to put him under anesthesia for a dental cleaning, so this meant a lot to us. Such genuinely caring people and they were incredibly helpful with aftercare too.
