Great place to wash my dog! The people are extremely nice but the TIMES...... we got here at 9:24 am this morning and google, yelp, apple maps all day open at 9am!!! But on their door it say 10am! That sucks so much!! So if u come to this locations just know that it does not open until 10am!

Everything I've come to love about an Unleashed location. Amazing staff, very friendly to me and my dog. They really seem to enjoy when customers bring their pets. They paid her a lot of attention. We went in looking for a specific chew treat, didn't find exactly what we were looking for but it was fun looking around.

I went for the grand opening weekend and it was.......not crazy. Of course I went the second day of the grand opening weekend which was on a sunday at around 11:00am so..thank goodness. The people are friendly, they say hi and smile and what-nots which was great but the best part were the grand opening coupons!!! I used 3 coupons total. $20 purchase = 7lbs of natural dog food for free. SCORE!!! TEAM BLUE BUFFALO. 20% off your entire purchase and a free 1lb bag of treats from their bulk selection. The store is new, clean, brightly lit, and colorful. They also have a self-serve "dog wash" where you pay $10 and they provide the shampoo. conditioner, towel, EVERYTHING!!! This is so much closer to my home, it's friendlier, I believe they only stock or mainly stock limited ingredients, grain-free, organic, etc etc. You can check the website for a list of the brand they carry. I just love this place, I love the savings and the sales and this is now going to be my main place to buy mister Sammy's food. Welcome to the neighborhood unleashed by petco!

Unleashed is a new concept by parent company Petco. It's basically a smaller pet supply store but in the back is the main attraction: self serve dog wash. Take your pup of any size and you're provided with clean tubs and all the essentials, even a blow dryer. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They even helped me pick out a supplement to fatten up my skinny German shepherd. My one complaint was that 3 tubs can make for a long wait.

After several training inquiries with multiple companies, I immediately heard back from Karma, and a call with the owner was set up. He asked me all about Juice and explained the options he thought would be best. After deciding on "board and train" he said he thought he had the perfect person in mind and they would reach out soon. A couple days later I received correspondence from Sammye Darling, a trainer for Karma, who wanted to set up a call to talk about Juice. During our call she was very confident that she would be able to help with teaching him basic obedience and jumping. We settled on a 10 day timeframe with the expectation that it would be imperative to continue the training ourselves afterwards. (She would've preferred 14 days because that last few days is really when the training sinks in but I assured her we would stay on it) Scheduling was easy and convenient while we went out of town on vacation. Sammye was warm, gentle, and friendly upon dropping Juice off with her and I trusted her immediately. She stayed in constant communication with us, sending pictures, and updates on his progress. He took some time, he's stubborn, but eventually she saw the switch and said he was doing great! I missed him so much but knew he was in good hands with Sammye. Fast forward 10 days later and the day came to pick him up and I couldn't wait to see him. I'll spare you all the details of baby talk, kisses, hugs, etc. but it was a joyous reunion that had us in awe of the things he had learned. We spent about an hour there learning the commands, how to reward them, and practicing before heading home. She worked wonders and we were so excited to go home and continue the work. Before leaving we scheduled our follow up in person training session for a couple weeks out so Sammye could come see him in his own environment and see if we actually kept up with the training which we did! He is doing great! No, he's not perfect and we're still working on certain things but he's a different dog in many aspects. He has a "place" for when we're eating and now does it without asking and gets "off" the bed when it's time (he's too big to sleep with us) so he has his own. Those are two giant wins for us and we can't thank Sammye enough! He learned so much more and we continue to work with him everyday. Karma was professional and quick to respond which is always something I appreciate. Sammye, our trainer, was a delight who was professional, caring, thoughtful, hard-working, and made Juice feel right at home (in her own home) while teaching him some manners. I can't recommend her enough! Juice definitely missed her and was so excited to see her when she came over which further solidified how amazing she was. Call Karma and ask for Sammye as your trainer. You won't regret it!

Good Lead Dog Training was our first ever experience with dog training. We adopted our new dog,…read moreSadie, from the Houston SPCA in June, and with her already being three, we knew that we would need some help getting her trained. We set up an initial training session with Mindy, and things went really well. She brought us a few things the first time she came over that we did not have but would need for the training process. With Sadie's breed, she is a very smart dog and started to pick up on the training rather quickly, so we signed up for a plan for more training sessions. These training sessions were at home, in public at places like Home Depot and Memorial Park, and at group class sessions with other dogs and their owners. We worked on basic commands such as sit and stay, but went beyond the casual side and attacked the more advanced stages, such as getting Sadie to sit and stay in the middle of running. The biggest takeaway from working with Mindy was that, outside of the basic commands, she really focused on asking us what we wanted to work on and made that the task at hand. She tailored her services to our wants, and that really sticks out. She was thoughtful and explained the reasoning behind anything she wanted us to work on and would answer any questions that we had. One of our biggest things we wanted to work on was Sadie's interaction with other people, so during that very next group class, she had a training exercise with the other owners and their dogs to work on that. Good Lead Dog Training really showed the importance of dog training and that it is an essential part of being a responsible dog owner, and that benefits both the dog and the owner. Training establishes communication and mutual understanding, helping a dog learn acceptable behaviors and boundaries while strengthening their bond with their owner. Working with Mindy, we learned that training provides mental stimulation and structure, which are vital for Sadie's overall well-being. A dog that is properly trained is more confident and capable of adapting to different environments or social situations. Beyond improving obedience, training plays a critical role in the safety of the dog, their owner, and others around them. A dog that responds to basic commands can avoid dangerous situations like running into traffic or approaching other animals. Training your dog is important to them, but after working with Mindy of Good Lead Dog Training, we learned the importance of our role as well. Taking the exercises we were given in class and working on them between sessions not only improved Sadie's behavior (which was never bad by the way) but also improved our relationship with her. If you want a dog trainer who is personable and cares, we highly recommend Good Lead Dog Training. Mindy is great at what she does and will work hard to make sure that your personal goals for your dog are met and set you up for success.

TLDR: Our dog was attacked and they claim that he scratched himself. First photo is a pic from them…read moreand the rest are after the area was shaved for veterinary care. Judge for yourself if the injuries are scratches or bite marks and if a dog is physically able to scratch itself on the inside of its ear. They are very clearly puncture wounds to us and our vet. --------------------------------------- Dropped off our blind dog 11.24.2025 at roughly 3pm. The morning of 11.28.2025 we received a message that his ear had been bleeding and they believed it was from scratching so they provided him with the expected medical care. Afternoon of 11.29.2025 they told us he was "shaking". My wife was able to pick him up early and take him to the emergency vet (Saturday evening and regular vet closed) who shaved and treated the area and gave him antibiotics. We did follow-up with our regular vet and they determined that the injuries were puncture wounds from a dog attack. When we told them Fur Paws said the injuries were from him scratching himself they looked at us like we had just told them 1 + 1 = 3. In spite of the records we provided from the vet showing his treatment history and their diagnosis of "dog bite wounds and vestibular disease" Fur Paws claims he arrived there with some condition that led to him scratching himself (on the inside of his ear too!). He arrived 11.24, they noticed wounds 11.28, and by the afternoon of 11.29 he was shaking so he had a fever. It takes 24-72 hours for infection and then a fever to occur so one can do the math on their claim that he arrived with an ailment already. Then you add in that these are clearly not scratch marks and you see that they're questioning our intelligence with their explanation. Send your dog here at your own risk.

You'll get plenty of support you need along the way as long as you'll ask for it. I text Michael, sometimes daily, all my questions and concerns regarding the training, and I've never been left without an answer! He'll also provide a ton of materials (videos, books, articles) you need to familiarize yourself with to set you up for success. Me and my dogs are working on solving the fence fighting issue, and so far one of them is actually responsive to my efforts. When I reached out to Michael I didn't think that much can be done, but now I see a light at the end of a very, very long tunnel :). All our sessions have been online so far, as few days before our first scheduled meeting the stay at home order was placed. Online conference worked just as well for us, and we didn't have to delay the training any longer. A recent addition- online "support group" where his customers can share ideas and chat is a great idea too! Overall, I couldn't be happier with the decision to work with Michael.

Playtime was not fun for us because he would get too worked up and end up with what I called a "zoomy meltdown", which involved a lot of jumping and nipping. Thanks to the training, we have an energetic sweet boy instead of a lot of stress and worry.

Our trainer, Monica, was excellent with Daisy and what I loved most about her was that she would explain to us how she was training our dog and also why she would do something a certain way. A lot of times she would comment about how this reinforces some sort of behavior or would boost Daisy's confidence, etc. At one point of our training Daisy didn't take well to the previous lesson (down lesson) and Daisy wasn't receptive to the next training session and was extremely nervous and jittery. Monica picked up on this right away and instead of just charging through, took a step back to assess the situation and told us that this lesson would be free since Daisy wasn't herself and even considered bringing another trainer in. We were extremely appreciative of this gesture and found it to be very considerate and professional. We were a little nervous starting out the training because Daisy is an extremely sensitive and submissive dog, but at the end of the training (which was today) her confidence levels are much higher and she seems to be a much happier dog!!! Daisy is far from perfect but her discipline and manners are getting better every day and we love seeing her progress and growth. We highly recommend Off Leash K9 Training.
