During my dog's appointment, she was accidentally cut with clippers and ended up with a deep wound that required staples and follow-up vet visits. Angel told me not to take her to the vet right away, but I chose to anyway, which I'm glad I did. I was disappointed by how the situation was handled afterward and felt there wasn't enough accountability or concern for my dog's injury. It was a really upsetting experience, and I want other pet owners to be aware of what happened. Since then, I've started grooming my dog myself and haven't had any similar issues. Kobe has separation anxiety but Nikki handles that so well. She will come out & talk/play with him until he's comfortable before taking him away.
