I was married at a very beautiful outdoor venue but the flowers turned the reception into a whimsical elegant and romantic affair. I got my wedding flowers from them and I was extremely happy with the service and quality I received.

Sako is a very rude person to work with. I went to him with a wedding center piece of exactly what i wanted and i also told him my budget. He told me the center piece was way over my budget and that im very picky and he cannot work with me. I am not picky at all and i showed him a pic of what i wanted. How much easier can it get?? He could have simply told me no sorry i cannot do that within your budget but instead he communicated in a very rude manner with a major attitude problem. Never again will i walk in there. read more

Ever since I was a little girl, dreaming about my wedding day, I knew the flowers were going to be one of the most important things to me! I discovered Petals LA through our reception venue, Vertigo Event Venue, and they had nothing but extraordinary things to say. Upon visiting their website and Instagram page, I knew we would see eye to eye in regards to style. My mom and I first met with Saco a good eight months or so prior to the wedding and in that moment, I knew NO other florist would do! Saco is the most down to earth, friendly, most accommodating person and I am so grateful for him and his team! He was simply fabulous in the planning process and remembered every little detail from our first conversation to the last. He truly took what I said/wanted to heart and made me feel like one of his close friends every time we spoke...I appreciate the small things in life, how can we not? Our flower arrangements were absolutely STUNNING and I couldn't have been more pleased! I told Saco the color and type of flowers to use and said to simply "run with it"...Without giving much more direction, I loved having the confidence in knowing he understood my vision and would deliver nothing but the best...and boy did he ever!! I even decided to incorporate the lace from my mom's veil into my bouquet (as my something old) and my mom's corsage and they were simply BEAUTIFUL...in fact, they brought tears to my mom's eyes!! I had a great experience with Petals LA. My husband and I met with Saco a few months before our November wedding. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. I didn't really have an exact idea for what I wanted my wedding flowers to look like, but Saco really helped me articulate what I was dreaming of all along. I priced out my wedding in downtown LA in the flower district for my wedding ceremony and reception and it totalled about $2200, and that did not include decorating the vases ourselves. We met with Art and Saco for my wedding and he priced me at $2800, including everything and MORE FOR FREE! He included my aisle runner with flowers, my toss bouquet and other things for FREE. Plus this included delivery, set up, break down and they are custom building an arch for me! These guys are amazing and so talented. They love what they do and their work shows it! What a great idea to pick La petals to do my wedding flowers!!!!! from the moment i gave them a call til my wedding day ( two days ago) they offered nohing but professional, friendly and helpful customer service. Artin and sako both did their best to keep me ( the bride) happy. Every bride should definietly give them a call before trying any where else. Trust me you will hear from some close-minded people that they are expensive and they work with celebrities and bläh bläh, but they alwasy work with your budget and ofcourse you cant ask for a 20,000 Dollar work and wanting to pay 5,000 Dollars. I went in with a set reasonable budget and an idea of what i wanted, they took detailed notes and if i came up with an idea that they knew it wouldnt look nice they were honest about it and straight up told me " that might not match with this and that what about if we do this" . They made my Sample centerpiece and i wanted to change the color of the flowers. Artin and sako were sooooo accomodating and welcoming that i felt so bad asking for more changes. I truely think the amount they charged was so little for all the amazing work and amount of flowers they used. the banquet hall looked goregous and stunning, the entrance table decorations were soooooooooooo beautiful that I was speechless. I wish I could just grab every brides hand and drag them to their flower shop. I had asked three other random places who werent even famous or known and the price they quoted was very very very close to what petals LA had offered. thank you sako and artin you guys are wonderful. read more
