A great spot for all your pet's needs. We get food, paw balm, treats, toys, tick medicine, dog shampoo and so much more here! Sign up for their rewards program and you'll get plenty of coupons sent to you. It's a welcoming spot, staff are very friendly every time we go in with our pup. read more

Staff were friendly and greeted us immediately. Loved seeing the different pets they had there, ready for adopting. Would love to see more variety in items. There's a ton of dog stuff but not as much cat stuff. read more

We stopped in to use the self service dog wash; starting out, it wasn't really clear where we were supposed to go (turns out you pay at the cashier, then go to the back of the store for the wash station). All of the employees who helped us were great, & the price is WAY cheaper than other dog washes in the area. They provided us with 4 different shampoo options, 3 towels, & a rubber curry comb brush to use for each dog. The wash area also has waterproof aprons & a blow dryer built in (unfortunately, the dryer on one station was broken). All in all, we will absolutely keep bringing our dogs here! read more

Located in a larger strip mall with abundant parking, this has been our go to pet supply for our recent foster dog. The staff is very welcoming and every visit at least two employees have asked if I needed assistance. There is a rewards program you can sign up for by providing your phone number where you will save some dollars each time you shop. The store is clean, has wide aisles and most importantly is pet friendly! They offer both pampering and pet wash services. I can now officially confirm that the hair trim services are top notch and for any puppy /dog's first haircut, they offer a service that allows your dog / pet to get used to the hair cut tools. Shout out to Daniel who has extreme patience. Come support this business if you have pets - it is awesome! read more

Toni who recently groomed my dog was given (by me) an A+ for her professionalism, knowledge, care that she extended my dog and especially, the marvelous grooming job she performed. And she is in training! What a find she is for me for all my (2 dogs) grooming services. Maria S. at the front desk was an absolute professional as well! read more

I love Pet Supplies Plus and having recently moved to the area, was excited to stop by. Sadly, my hopes were dashed by the poor customer service. The staff ignored us when we walked in, never asked if we needed help finding anything, and acted irritated when it came time to check out. I won't be returning to this location. read more

This store is very organized and the staff are all helpful. I love the grooming station and have used it once. It's convenient and affordable. Pet Supplies Plus is also a lot closer me so I've been shopping here a lot more often than Petsmart and Petco. read more

I love Pet Supplies Plus. The staff is always so helpful. This was my first time trying curbside and it was great. So easy to order online and pick up same day. read more

Just had my older, yet nervous lab there for a bath and nail trim. The student groomer (Bonnie) understood his needs and used the self service bathing instead of trying to lift him up into the groomers bath area. We greatly appreciate her gentle and caring approach to help him feel comfortable. Once Bonnie the student groomer has completed her training, she will be an excellent dog groomer. read more

Amazing service! They helped me a lot with products and puppy care. Their services seems nice, haven't tried yet but excited to bring my puppy here to be groomed read more

We were on our weekly errand run and noticed the "We're Open" sign yesterday (02/28) and decided to check it out instead of making an extra stop on our way home. The place was bright, clean, and organized - later found out it was their first official day of being open. We were asked by four (4) different people if we needed help finding things and/or engaged in conversations about our cats (things were looking good at this point). Since they just opened, they also had great deals on everything (from cat litter to cat trees) so we might've spent more than we planned. There was a problem with check out but was easily resolved as a group activity/learning moment. This location is near a light and has ample parking. We'll definitely be back for future purchases. If you like a clean store with friendly staff, I'd suggest checking this place out. read more

My regular PSP store was out of stock on the only cat food my cat will eat so I was happy to find it available at the Roseville location. I ordered it online for store pickup and was amazed at the great way the transaction was handled, including a personalized thank you note with the order. I didn't spend much time in the store but from what I saw and how I was served I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location. read more

I am new to the Pet Supplies Plus store in Roseville. I started by using the dog wash, which I love! Then I started looking at switching my dog food and got excellent assistance from the store manager. Every time I go there, I am greeted and given helpful assistance. This is my go to pet supply store beside Chuck and Dons. I have been going here since they opened. I have been treated great when I would go in. Keith and James Josiah are great team members. I spend avg of 300.00 per month. I always look for coupons and if I cant find mine they give me one at the register. a few weeks ago i left my coupon behind and they called me to remind me that my coupon was left behind. He told me it would be at the register on my next visit and just to tell them. I was there today and they acted like I was commit a crime. That's how I felt. There was a line 5 people deep and the new cashier told me no nothing here I cant help you. I asked him to call up the manager. She told me the same thing. Those employees are no longer with the company and they did not inform her of the situation before they left. I told her well they were nice enough to call me so the coupon must be here. she said no sir it is not here and I do not have knowledge of this. I said well its obviously here somewhere so can you honor it? Well this time i will but not in the future. Really????? I'm thinking to myself. You are going to dispute this in front of other customers? it was only 20% off. anything helps when you spend as much as we do. Not happy!!!!!!! read more
