Now that I am down to one small chihuahua dog (from a pack of 4, sad face) and I was mostly home cooking their food, adjusting batch cooking to one little one is taking some practice so I wanted to grab soft food for my little diva while I figure it out. Extremely frustrating experience with this store's autoship system and customer service. I called 5 days ago to cancel my autoship because the app said "your team is already working on it," so I literally could not cancel it myself. The employee I spoke to kept insisting it should be done on my end even after I explained multiple times that the system would not allow me to cancel it. I also can't cancel my card from it because it says to cancel the order first. I later spoke to a manager who assured me the order would be canceled. Instead, today I was charged again, the order was never delivered, nobody contacted me, and now they've already scheduled my NEXT autoship for a month away while once again claiming "the team is already working on it." How is an order a month away already locked from cancellation? This honestly feels like a scheme designed to keep charging customers while making it impossible to cancel autoship orders once they enter their system. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. Do not sign up for their auto-ship services. read more

Husband and I brought our goldendoodle to get a good wash and couldn't be happier with the location and service. Sampreet assisted in getting us familiar with the store and wash area. We purchased a self-serve wash bundle that included 5 washes. The store was neat and tidy, and the actual wash area was also clean and user friendly. The wash area is located at the back of the store and enclosed by a metal gate to prevent your pup from leaving. There are towels and shampoo/conditioner available for use, so we did not have to use our own that we had brought in. Overall great family-owned location and will be making use of our wash bundle. read more

If I could give this establishment a zero star I would. I dropped off my dog for a full service and instead I picked up a dog that was traumatized with what they just experienced and to make it worse she had been cut by the groomer and I wasn't even informed about it. When I confronted them about the incident they handled it In the most unprofessional manner I have ever seen by getting in to an argument on whether my dog was cut or not. This place should be under some form of investigation for animal cruelty. read more

Especially with dogs that need extra care. My dog needs a bit more care, and Eve always goes above and beyond to accommodate her, making sure she feels as comfortable and safe as possible. Just a word of advice...please don't ever come toward a customer calling their dog chunky or chubby or anything derogative. It's one way to get the customer to never ever come back. Unfortunately I don't remember her name from yesterday's visit but not the way I wanted to be approached. You have no idea what that dog is going through or ANYTHING about him for that matter. I always come in here to get things for my dog and the experience is usually good but today I feel as though i was profiled by the owner or manager. They had the audacity to watch me down every aisle I went, without seeing if I needed assistance, despite there also being other customers... Disappointing because I really like the rest of the staff and I shop here almost every week but I'm not sure if I will be giving anymore of my business to a store that profiles me simply for buying dog food. read more

I wish I could rate zero stars. I have never in my entire life been spoken to the way these "employees" spoke to me. While my partner and I were trying to shop, an employee who had a personal problem with my partner started trying to instigate and antagonize him. We quickly left as we were immediately uncomfortable and don't like confrontation. I went back in to the store by myself to try and rectify the situation and state why I was made uncomfortable, and the same employee started talking to me so aggressively and angrily I genuinely wanted to start crying right there. And the "manager" was almost worse, making excuses and telling me that I'm welcome there, but my partner, who might I add didn't say a WORD to either of them, was no longer welcome. He basically told me "well you're wrong, he's my buddy, eat dirt". I am so disgusted by the people this place chooses to employ, which is a bummer because I actually quite liked this store before this. But it's good to know the comfort and safety of their customers comes second to keeping the "boys club" vibe to this place. Make sure you don't have and issues with Damien, or he'll make sure to give you a horrible experience here. We went to PetSmart across the way and were treated wonderfully. read more

It's about integrity Petco and I have a love hate relationship... love they have everything, hate spending so much money on my animals as am the owner of: 2 Leopard Geckos 2 Cats 2 dogs and 2 Guinea Pigs I was excited to see a new store in our area. What started out as a great experience as the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, quickly went down hill when I saw a cat post on sale for $119.00 and was told by the owner PJ he would not honor the price because his employee didn't remove the tag. PJ said it's on sale for $139.00 and I could buy it for that price. I told PJ they are required to honor the posted price as it's not the consumers responsibility to read the fine print to know if the sale has expired or not, PJ still refused to sell it at the additional $20.00 difference. I purchased what I had come in to buy (PJ asked what animals I had, so he was aware I could be a good revenue stream for the store) and I told PJ this wasn't very good business practices for a new store, he knew he was loosing my business over $20.00 he didn't care. He told me the store has only been there 2 months and they are still learning. Really disappointed..... I was initially really impressed with the store and the employees, but I will continue to shop Petco and Petsmart. read more
