My boyfriend called to schedule the appointment for 3/18/25 but when he called to confirm the appointment on the same day but hours earlier than the appointment, he was told that there was no appointment and that Gina had no idea what he was talking about, she claimed to not even remember my dog or have his name on their records. She said they switched from a computer system to whatever they have now, which would be fine if they transferred over all the information correctly. She did offer to rebook us for this past Saturday but when we called on Thursday and Friday to confirm the booking, she wouldn't even answer the phone. For two days. Friday, we called and scheduled an appointment with another groomer because we're tired of getting the run around from this lady, and needless to say but we didn't come in for our appointment on Saturday because of her lack of response and her failure to call us to confirm our appointment as well. We received no phone call, no text and no email asking us to confirm but we wanted to call to make sure nothing happened with both our appointments. Our dog is 2 years old but we've had him since last July and the previous owners had gotten him groomed before coming to us so we're still figuring out the ropes with how long to plan out his grooming appointments but for us, this company and groomer just made everything more difficult than it should've been.

When I picked her up I was upset apparently the groomer felt this and called me when I got home I explained that she needed to not overbook herself that it was not right for my dog to have to be caged all day long and to keep us tied up all day I told her that she is a great groomer and I did not want to use anyone else. I thought everything was behind us but when I called yesterday to book another appointment she told me to find another groomer. I am beyond upset that with what I have put up with her that my dogs and I are the ones that are being out. I would not recommend this groomer.

The girl who checked us in asked us exactly what we wanted done to Athena and wrote it all down so nothing would be done that we didn't want. So the only thing I thought was insane was they asked for 4 hours to get her done, but it ended up taking about 3 1/2 hours. Athena is very good for the groomer so they were about to scissor shape her body. The girls were very sweet and Athena seemed to be happy when she left. Her new haircut looks great and we will be bringing her back for her future cuts.

WARM FUZZIES GONE We have been boarding our dogs with Patty…read moreand Jenny since they opened in 1995. It was a wonderful experience, truly "almost home!" On several occasions when they would not eat, Patty would even call to ask permission to switch their food brand to spark their appetite or to add green beans. Then, when Patty got sick, they hired from outside. After Patty's passing, things seemed to change. My "warm fuzzies" disappeared. Things were "adequate". During our last visit, our dogs were to share an enclosure, as they have some separation anxiety when left. Much to my surprise, when we returned I was informed they were separated for their entire stay. I was told they had to be separated because of fighting. These dogs live together! I expressed my displeasure without raising my voice or using profanity, and was never given an explanation of why I was not called and that was "unacceptable". I was mad! I was then told if I didn't like they way they chose to handle the situation, "not to come back". We now have pet care in our home and know exactly who is caring for our dogs. I suggest you do the same!

I am updating my review after I got some new information from a different vet. My dog had seizures…read moreand low phenobarb levels after I left her here for a week. The vet had said her levels were low and she suggest that she didn't get her medicine while at the kennel. After a second opinion, that may have not been the case, so I will not hold that against them. They have good rates and good facilities and I think I would recommend them to others, although I was disappointed when then didn't open on time.
