We have boarded our dogs 2-3 times. Each time, we called in advance to reconfirm details and something ended up wrong or not recorded properly. One time we slightly moved the dates and were told everything was taken care of. When we showed up to drop our dog off the dates were the old dates and they also had services on there that we requested to be canceled. The last straw for me was when I picked our dog up today about an hour and a half after the noon cut off time and was charged an extra $50 for the stay. This was outlined in the fine print, but would be very nice to have been verbally told or have it posted somewhere legibly instead of size 6 font on a piece of paper. I could understand some sort of an hourly rate. But to be charged for one full extra night for one and a half hours is out of control!

They also get to take turns going out of their cages (individually) and roam around the larger common area, which even has a cat jungle gym. The fee was reasonable, our cat seemed happy and in good condition when I picked her up, and so I will definitely use them again!

The girl who checked us in asked us exactly what we wanted done to Athena and wrote it all down so nothing would be done that we didn't want. So the only thing I thought was insane was they asked for 4 hours to get her done, but it ended up taking about 3 1/2 hours. Athena is very good for the groomer so they were about to scissor shape her body. The girls were very sweet and Athena seemed to be happy when she left. Her new haircut looks great and we will be bringing her back for her future cuts.

That really says a lot when you throw in the fact that he's a rescue with a history of anxiety, and he sometimes doesn't do well with unfamiliar situations. Booking here was super easy, especially considering we were making a reservation pretty last minute when it comes to dog boarding. I did all of the scheduling online about a week prior, but then ended up having to call a few days later to extend his stay a day. The girl on the phone was so friendly and helpful that I would have zero qualms about calling them back with any additional questions. When we dropped our doggo off for the weekend, they were able to check him in quickly, while dealing with several other customers as well! We dropped off hard copies of his vaccination records, but you're able to upload all of those online as well. I really appreciate that they spent time cataloguing all of the toys and bedding we brought in, so they could ensure we'd leave with what we came with. Any good dog owner knows that there are some toys that are extra special, and it would be catastrophic if we lost those. We booked the Classic Suite for two nights, with a bronze playtime package. I love that there are opportunities to customize your dog's stay based on their preferences - our pup likes playing with people more than with dogs, so we were able to request individual playtime for him, rather than a big dog pow-wow. Check out was pretty quick and easy, as well. We spent just over $100 for this weekend stay (including tip) - I don't think this is bad at all when it comes to boarding, but being a pet parent really isn't a cheap venture. He had no food no nothing there was no after service and I would not recommend. I think this is terrible that I did not get charged a late fee or you know there was some other type of consequence but to keep my dog in and keep him overnight is unacceptable and I have removed my dog from this facility.
