My boyfriend called to schedule the appointment for 3/18/25 but when he called to confirm the appointment on the same day but hours earlier than the appointment, he was told that there was no appointment and that Gina had no idea what he was talking about, she claimed to not even remember my dog or have his name on their records. She said they switched from a computer system to whatever they have now, which would be fine if they transferred over all the information correctly. She did offer to rebook us for this past Saturday but when we called on Thursday and Friday to confirm the booking, she wouldn't even answer the phone. For two days. Friday, we called and scheduled an appointment with another groomer because we're tired of getting the run around from this lady, and needless to say but we didn't come in for our appointment on Saturday because of her lack of response and her failure to call us to confirm our appointment as well. We received no phone call, no text and no email asking us to confirm but we wanted to call to make sure nothing happened with both our appointments. Our dog is 2 years old but we've had him since last July and the previous owners had gotten him groomed before coming to us so we're still figuring out the ropes with how long to plan out his grooming appointments but for us, this company and groomer just made everything more difficult than it should've been.

The facility was clean. Our kitty had a cat condo with different levels to climb on and a platform to look out the window. (If they are full, your kitty won't get that, so book early and request a window.) They also get to take turns going out of their cages (individually) and roam around the larger common area, which even has a cat jungle gym. The fee was reasonable, our cat seemed happy and in good condition when I picked her up, and so I will definitely use them again!

One time we slightly moved the dates and were told everything was taken care of. When we showed up to drop our dog off the dates were the old dates and they also had services on there that we requested to be canceled. The last straw for me was when I picked our dog up today about an hour and a half after the noon cut off time and was charged an extra $50 for the stay. This was outlined in the fine print, but would be very nice to have been verbally told or have it posted somewhere legibly instead of size 6 font on a piece of paper. I could understand some sort of an hourly rate. But to be charged for one full extra night for one and a half hours is out of control!

The girl who checked us in asked us exactly what we wanted done to Athena and wrote it all down so nothing would be done that we didn't want. So the only thing I thought was insane was they asked for 4 hours to get her done, but it ended up taking about 3 1/2 hours. Athena is very good for the groomer so they were about to scissor shape her body. The girls were very sweet and Athena seemed to be happy when she left. Her new haircut looks great and we will be bringing her back for her future cuts.
