This is a small but well stocked Pet Supplies Plus location in the Latta/Long Pond Wegmans plaza. I went for use of the dog wash which is a steal at $14. There is only one washing spot, so I called ahead to make sure I didnt have to make an appointment - there doesn't seem to be a way to make one online. They provide towels, shampoo/conditioner, and waterproof smocks (though one's belt was knotted up pretty badly). The dryer hose does not blow hot, which I assume is to prevent dogs from getting accidentally burned. Once I had completed torturing my dog with the bath (her words) I picked out a few dog treats to take home. They offer a discount if you buy a bunch of washes at one time. read more

Love this place! Let me count the ways... They have a self wash dog wash for those who don't want to drop off their dog and want to do it themselves! They have clinics each month where we have brought our pets to get microchipped and various other services! Curbside pickup is great! I order online, they let me know when its ready, i call when i get there and they deliver to my car so i don't have to go inside. They add in cute letters with my orders. Its the little things that count! So fast and convenient. The staff is consistently amazing and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Prices are fair and reasonable, and they send coupons to my email. What i really love is they send my babies a birthday coupon for 5 dollars off anything their heart desires. They have a clinic here twice a month where they do shots, deworming, and microchipping. It's probably the best place to take your pup. It was fast, efficient, and cheap. Due to COVID, you sign in online and they text you when it's your turn to bring your dog in. The staff is great. read more

We just moved back after living abroad for a number of years and I don't know anything about dog brands in the US anymore, and I have to say, this shop has some of the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees! My dog's teeth aren't what they used to be, but he loves crunchy treats. While looking over their selection, I got overwhelmed and asked a nearby employee stocking the shelves for some recommendations. Not only did she give me some great suggestions, but she pointed out a crunchy treat that my dog can still crush up with his teeth because it's a bit looser, and he LOVES it!!
