Another great experience at another great Pet Supplies Plus! This weekend they are having 20% Neighborhood Appreciation Days, so my puppies and kitties are getting some extra treats today! My only complaint is that it took me three Pet Supply Plus stores today to get the items I wanted because by the time I shopped on the last day of the sale, the inventory was pretty picked over. I am always impressed with the service I get at Pet Supplies Plus and this store was not an exception to that. I take my dogs to Per Supply Plus to get my dogs washed. I'm so glad they have locations all over the metroplex. We were greeted warmly by the associates as they helped us purchase a bath card. It's so reasonably priced and if you buy a bundle then you get a discount. I appreciate that the soap selections is high and all of them smell pretty good for dog soap. The only reason I took a star away was because they have 5 stalls to wash dogs but only 2 were working. We had to wait a while to use them and then felt rushed as others waited on us. Overall this is a great store for your pet, operated by great people and has a great selection of everything you need. read more

What a wonderful pet place!!!!! Pet Supplies Plus blew out Pet Smart and Petco!!!! This was my first time coming here and I can't tell you enough how amazing this place is and the workers are!!! Hector greeted me at the door and ask me if I needed any help but I said I was just looking around because I've never been in here before. He had to give my dog Babygirl some loven and ask if he could give her a treat, I said she is a picky eater and you can try but i don't know if she would like it??? Well Hector said they have this great product and she should try it, She loved it! Hector said it is Stellas meal mixers and there expense ($20.00). But I had to buy it because she ate it in 1 second!! She's never dos that! I went to check out and Candace helped me. She was so nice she threw in 2 big treats in my bag and helped me get on the rewards plan. Candace was also vary happy to see my dog and wanted to stop to love on her. Another employee walked by and said OHHH I LOVE YOUR DOG WHATS HER NAME!!! I love that each employee stopped to say hello and love on my dog. It makes me feel like these employees really care about animals and there owners. I've lived in this area for over 30 years and have always owned at least one dog. I recently discovered Pet Supplies Plus and now shop there exclusively over Chewy.com, Petsmart or any other retail or online pet store. Their employees make the difference. They always offer to help and are super friendly: you can call ahead to see if they have what you need in stock, and they hold it for you. When I bring my dogs in with me (one at a time), they always make a big fuss over them and offer treats and lots of love. This is very helpful especially when a dog is being trained or socialized. And then... there are the coupons! Joining their reward program is definitely worth it. Just in the past month I used one coupon that was 15% off my total purchase, and one the was $10 off $55 dollars or larger purchase. read more

As you'd expect at a pet store, they have a larger selection of pet supplies than any of the grocery stores in the area. Especially if you're looking for healthy, organic, or made-in-America options. It's smaller than a Petsmart, though. And the prices seem higher than any store I've been into. It's not a complete rip off. But it's more expensive for dog food or treats. That said, it's pretty convenient if you live in the area. And the staff is always super-friendly and helpful. Well, I've been going to this pet store to wash my dogs for the past 2 years. Every 2-3 weeks I go in and wash my dogs. I get my card stamped and go about life. Usually a great experience... Well this evening I went in and was chased down by Lori as she needed to advise me that "YOU need to pay before washing your dogs!". It took me by surprise because well I usually take my anxious dogs to the back wash them and pay on the way out, for the past 2 years. It's routine. I say "uhmm I've never heard of this rule before." Not that it's an issue, but the way she approached me about it was an issue. Lori then says " Well it's a new rule, some of you people ruined it for everyone." I said "YOU people, what do you mean by YOU people?" She said it with some force. Lori, decided to approach me as a thief, decided to accuse me and insult me a paying customer of 2 years. It's disgusting to have an experience like this. We are in 2022 and still have to deal with racism. It's really disgusting. Do better. As a company you shouldn't condone behavior like this. There are many different ways your employee could have handled the situation but instead this is how she chose to respond. I have never been so insulted. read more

Went into buy dog food which I normally buy on line only , but was no longer pleased with the online company I had been buying dog food from for a very long time, so I decided to buy it in store at Pet Supplies Plus in Dallas. I figured the price would be higher , but I had this basic not so great coupon and I figured it is what it is. The cashier saw that I was a Pets Supplies Plus member so she offered to go out of her way to find me a better Pets Supplies coupon , which she did. I WAS SO IMPRESSED and very pleased. They also carried the heavy bag to my car, and the best thing of all is that their credit card machines "bark" when its time to remove your card. LOVE THAT. read more

Small store with friendly staff. Just got a puppy and stopped by because the food reccomended was on sale here. Also signed up for a $5 coupon to make the price even better. While there I noticed they had a lot of sale going on. I kept needing this and that and the staff there were really helpful. Aisles are very small so best if you don't use a cart. Our neighbor recommended Muenster Milling Holistic dog food for our fur baby and Pet Supply Plus has it on their shelves. Of course, I called ahead to be sure they had it before heading out, and it's within traveling distance from us. This was our first trip to this establishment and upon entering, everything is sotcked nicely and locating the product we needed was easy with a little help from one of their team member. Found other stuff on our way out as well and was greeted warmly by the cashier ( we can't recall her name) who didn't rush us and gaveinformation on becoming a member and such with a genuine kindness. The staff here are very friendly and this facility even has, from time to time, low-cost vaccinations for your pets. They do carry specialty items here that I am not able to find at Petsmart or other pet supply stores. They have delicious looking treat for your pets as cute little impulse items at the registers. The staff are super friendly and never hesitate to assist you in finding what you need for your pet. My husband and I just adopted a Persian cat so we needed help figuring out what our cat would need before we brought him home. I love this place since it moved to my side of the tracks. My oldest dog Sophie has been the hardest at times to find food that she just doesn't grow tired of. I was able to find it here after some issues with the feed store we used to frequent. The aisles are really wide and easy to find anything your heart desires. They sell fish, reptiles and every sort of dog toy or food you could think of. I am so glad they moved to my hood. I can now save gas and time and still get that kick ass food for my dogs. read more

Great customer service; I was instantly greeted at the door and escorted to the cat food section to fetch some grub for kitty. The downside: they didn't carry Blue Buffalo Wilderness brand cat food at this location! I was bummed; the staff was apologetic. However, the pups scored on this visit; I found and purchased a bulk pack of 4" pressed rawhide bones which tends to be sold out at competing pet stores. Pet Supplies Plus locations that I've visited tend to be clean, nicely laid out and generally in stock of the pet products I need. With the exception of the cat food, this PSP is representative of the chain. read more
