DIdn't see pricing for the self-service dog wash on their website, so I called... $15 includes supplies, towels, etc.

Came in for the self serve dog wash. We had a member coupon so we just walked in. No reservations required. Pros: The wash room is a separate room. There are 2 metal tubs. They provide aprons, lots of towels and cleaning soap and conditioner. Staff was friendly. Cons: The room itself was very wet. The floor has about an inch of water. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The water hoses were old and couldn't even reach my dog. read more

Such a FAN a huge one of Pet Supplies Plus. This store fits all needs for my GoldenDoodle. He loves the Food and anything that I get from here. I would tell the BRAND but I do not want to make any reader Biased (one way or another). What I will say is while I have no pictures to Post while at the store (per se). I do know that the team at this store and possibly the one in STERLING definitely knows when we are there on a visit. All are so kind and helpful. Thanks for having such a great and stable variety for the dog at your store. He has enjoyed all items purchased and experiences when he comes with. Definitely appreciate the consistency in savings as it's timely and very helpful. read more

This location has great folks working there. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The environment is more small business than big box store. I enjoy shopping there. read more

Always a pleasant greeting, which is rare theses days. They everything everything I need for my dog, fish, and hamster. Great selection and prices read more

Christine the manager was especially helpful and accommodating for my needs and understood I needed to wash my Labrador alone, even though there are 2 wash stations. They have at least 4 different types of soap to use, plenty of towels, air dryer and the choice between high or low wash stations. Even though there is a PSP in Sterling, where I live, I come to Ashburn because of the personnel and accommodations. Great job!! read more

My cat recently died and I tried to return an unopened pack of Breeze litter pads. They would not take them back without the receipt - which I didn't have as I was not planning to return this item. They would only give me a gift card but I have no other pets so a gift card is not useful to me. It is possible to return an item without a receipt - plenty of businesses do this. Pet Supplies Plus just proves they only care about getting every last dollar from people. I have been a customer for many years as well as a rewards member - although I never understood the rewards program since I never got any sort of discount on anything in all the years I have gone there. In any case, I would not recommend this business to anyone and if I do get another pet, I won't be shopping at Pet Supplies Plus. read more

A year or so ago, one of our dogs was having a number of issues that were causing him discomfort and sending us to the vet. After trying different things, we started to experiment with different foods. We weren't using a cheap food but we came in and spoke with some of the staff at the Ashburn Pet Supplies Plus and they helped us selecting something that might help him. After trying a couple of new brands, we settled on Orijen and Acana and haven't had any of the same problems since. He's a happy and healthy boy again because of quality brands of dog food that can't be purchased at the other major pet store retailers. Pet Supplies Plus brings the quality pet food options without the boutique pet store prices. They're staff is kind, patient, and helpful. I couldn't have more praise for this place and I intend to be a customer as long as I live in the vicinity of one. read more

We LOVE Pet Supplies Plus. We live in Sterling but drive to Ashburn because their customer service is fantastic. Every time we go, we are always greeted at the door. Everyone who works there loves our dogs and it shows. One of my pups has severe anxiety but always wants to go to PSP. Their prices are better than other pet stores around and I can't say enough how amazing their employees are. We've been going there for 4+ years and have never once had anything but an awesome experience. read more

Best pet store in the area. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. My dog loves going there. They carry all best food and have a snack bar. Since discovering this store, we don't go to perch anymore. read more

This is the only pet store I buy from. They have a great selection of dog and cat food. The employees are very knowledgeable about which foods might work best for my three dogs and cat. Despite their only selling Betta fish, I was pleasantly surprised by their aquatic life section. All of the employees seem young, but they're all very polite and helpful. Though it's a chain pet store, it feels like a mom and pop shop! read more

The staff here are always friendly, greeting me every time I come in! They always have full stock of what I need and my pups love accompanying me because of the free treat bags and all the love they receive! I also really love the sales they have on the brands I love. read more

I love coming to the Pet SUpplies Plus in Ashburn ! The staff is very kind and helpful. The self wash area is clean and I love the shampoo/conditioner selection they provide. The powerful blow dryers save me countless time then if I was to do it at home. My puppy is a chow chow and if you have a dog with fluffly/long hair , you know how much time is needed to get the coat fully dried. I truly recommend this store!! read more

I hope I'm leaving a five star review (last one is blacked out?) for this wonderful store! My daughter started buying a dog food for her dog that my dog can actually eat and likes. Problem is it's very difficult to find, she buys it online but she lives an hour away and I don't like to shop online if I can support a local store, (not mention all the counterfeit foods out there) I wanted to get a 15lb bag of Fromm Gold small breed, the only dry food my little 15yr old, one tooth, yorkie can and will eat. The store only had 5 lb bags which are $15, the 15lb retails for $32. The man who helped me was fantastic, he sold me three 5lbs for the 15lb price which was a huge savings for me plus he managed to get the stores $5 off coupon to go through. This doesn't happened at most stores these days, it may seem like a little thing but it was huge for me. Not sure how long it will take her to go through these bags, it's for her snacking but I'll definatley be back to Pets Supplies Plus! read more

Best pet supply store around! Excellent selection, helpful staff, good prices. I drive a few extra miles to bring this team my support - it's a great store! read more

Pleasantly surprised, as I had never heard of the chain, and didn't even know that they had "moved in" so close to my home. So glad to have a quality store so close in Ashburn. Great staff, great products, and I hope to get a few coupons as the prices were just a little higher than expected. Go visit them! read more

The staff here is always extremely friendly and helpful. The self bathing area is always clean and helps get a good wash of my dogs. Store overall is super clean whenever I have been in. read more

I absolutely adore this store. Every time I go in I am greeted promptly, and in a genuine way. Shelby is so great at keeping my cats prescription food on order. Ryan and Illuminata are both AMAZING and so helpful and really make me feel taken care of. Everyone at this store genuinely cares and makes me feel like they are personally invested in my pets. This store is amazing, the staff is friendly, and I would recommend it to anyone in the Ashburn area. read more

I've been ordering delivery of pet supplies from this location since the beginning of the pandemic. They have a good selection of high-quality products with same day local delivery. It's been really helpful. I'm leaving four stars instead of five because there are a few supplies that we use regularly that they don't carry, but they have a wide selection, smooth online ordering platform, and great drivers. read more

Q. Should I shop here? A. VERY YES. I will never shop at any pet supply store other than Pet Supplies Plus. The employees do a great job at keeping the store clean, organized, fully-stocked; they have such a variety of items available and some of it listed for exceptionally good prices. I can't praise this place enough - It's worth the drive, it's worth your time. read more

Visited Pet Supplies for the first time and we had a very pleasant experience. We were greeted upon entering. One of the employees there was very helpful and very formerly, can't remember her name but she took the time to help and answer some of our questions. Will be coming back again and again. read more

Thanks to my fellow yelpers who didn't steer me wrong. We took our dog and my parents dog to the do it yourself wash area. They have a area in the back of the store. You'll need to check in at the register so they can turn the water on. On of the wash bays is a bit higher for smaller dogs and one is a bit lower for smaller pups. They have all of the supplies you need so you just need to bring your dog and money to pay. The store is pretty big and has a wide selection of items too. The staff was nice and very friendly. I'll totally return again. read more

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean. Really appreciate the online shopping and curbside delivery.

This place is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The prices of dog food is very fair compares to other pet stores and the staffs are super nice. I go here almost once a week to pick up items for my pup with their weekly coupons. Just have to subscrib them on Instagram and there's a code you can use during check-up. Their in-store dog wash is also the cheapest I found in the area. read more

The selection and customer service/education are enough to make you want to keep coming back. SO glad they're finally open! read more

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! They carried the brand puppy food I was looking for so this was a plus but to walk in and be greeted. I had trouble finding the right food for my Pitt ~ I must have looked confused ~as every sales associate that noticed me asked if I needed help. Finally Susan the stores manager noticed me and literally spent 30 mins patiently assisting me. Finally with her help I loaded the cart and headed to checkout. That's where I met sales associate Masha who then noticed right away that I was not certain of my selection and immediately offered to cruse the isles once more with me , where we spent an additional 30 mins going over all of the questions and concerns I had for Susan and just like Susan ,Masha was equally as patient with me. I'm writing because I am truly grateful for these two beautiful women who went out of their way to help me , and did it with such eagerness. I will revisit and strongly recommend that you shop here for your furry loved~one Thank you so much Misty her new food. read more
