I called a few times and nobody answered so left a few messages and never a call back. I called again and also emailed. Somebody finally answered the phone so I made an appt for Feb 2nd. I told her my 2 males are fighting really bad since I had the other male fixed so I need this done asap. I never got an email with a receipt probably because I made the appointment on the phone instead of online. I called a few times no answer I also emailed to get a confirmation of my appt. I left a message the wk before and they never did call. I get there this morning and nobody dropping off and doors locked so I knock. She said she was looking on the list and nope our appt was for yesterday. I told her I wrote it down as I was on the phone with them and never even thought they did neutering on Weds because I thought it was always tues and Thursdays. She said no and she 's sorry but next available is March 16th. When I told her I called and emailed she said oh sorry our phones are messed up so I said oh email also??? Nonthey aren't messed up just nobody listening to messages or replying to emails. They wouldn't even ask if they could fit him in. I am not a complainer and I donate every few months for years thru TLCCU. I am so mad I don't even want to do that anymore since the staff never contacts people back. I know it isn't the animals fault but dam they needntobget their crap together!!! I hope I won't have to rehome my younger dog because he wasn't fixed. I can't keep rotating them in their crates for much longer.bits been a month already. I would go elsewhere to get tour pet fixed even if it costs more because they just aren't reliable

We always take him straight over for a bath whenever we've boarded him anywhere, but this time we actually threw away his bed and his collar. Everything was nasty. He also struggled for a couple days after being at Wet Nose with wounds on the pads of his feet. Skin was off in several areas and they were cut up and very tender. Not sure how all that happened, but we would never recommend them after that. Poor little fella. It's actually almost laughable that they call it a "resort". (I've included a picture of their accommodations). It was not a nice place at all, in our opinion. I'm saving this for last because it's not uncommon for dogs to lose their appetite when away from home and family, but it's worth mentioning that when we picked him up, he still had 60% of the food we sent when we dropped him off. We had it all calculated out @ 1 cup servings x 3/day. That was a bit concerning to us, as well.
