When I was filling out the paperwork for the insurance claim I noticed a vet visit wasn't listed so I called to inquire. Both girls only saw a vet tech for their annual visit! We are new clients. I believe both dogs have only been there 1 time for a previous health concern. One dog it had been over 4 months ago. I am very disappointed. I expect my dogs to be seen by a veterinarian each year not a vet tech. The bill was over $200 for each girl. We will be returning to our previous clinic. Be sure to ask questions when choosing a new clinic. We didn't ask enough questions. Our dogs deserved better.​
