When it comes to livestock and to include plants, the tanks are crystal clear, the livestock is vibrant and healthy, and again...just perfectly maintained. I have been shopping there for about 16 years and they were always the friendliest and helpful…read morestaff with great customer service. The last several years has been awful! I always bought my dog food there every month. I went in to get it and the manager informed me that they no longer sold that food and haven't for a very long time. I said I was just there buying it last month to which she replied, "I'm the one who does the ordering and I can guarantee you that I have not ordered that food in over a year!" I said, "Great! I having been coming in here every month for years, so you're telling me I have been buying out dated food for the last several months." I did some research and found another brand that would work for my dog. But, I also started checking the date on the bags before I bought them and several times I'd find outdated food being sold. They do a lot of rearranging of items, making it hard to find the things you need. Lately, every time I go in and ask for something, I get the same answer, "I don't think we sell that!" Well I know they do because I buy it there all the time. When I voiced my concerns to the manager, she said, "Yah, well they don't get paid a lot so they probably don't want to go out of their way to find it for you." WHAT?? I'm done shopping there!
