I have seven or eight pets at any given time so it's nice to be able to get everything I need in one visit. Their prices are fairly similar to large stores that can order more product as well so I'm pretty impressed that they're rarely much more expensive. I'm sad they don't have animals for sale anymore but I completely understand why - people will immediately point fingers the second their animal gets sick or dies, even if it's a long time after. I also like that this small town pet store is open every day - I often work Monday through Saturday and most stores are closed Sunday. Thanks, guys! I'll continue to do all my shopping here.

We feel confident that our pets are in good hands with Dr. Wood…read more We travel from Lansing to Hillsdale whenever we have a serious issue and need a second opinion. Dr. Wood always takes the time to review and discuss the risks involved with conservative vs. aggressive treatment. We always learn about new cutting edge techniques, therapy, and new medication options that our other vets do not offer. The modernized facility has the latest technology and is always clean and well organized. The wait time is minimal and usually right on track for your appointment. Northside also offers convenient online options to request medication refills, and they are email friendly, which is a big plus for those of us who do not live in the area.
