When you walk in you are greeted by a pond of live fish. I almost fell not knowing that I was walking on a "bridge" but ok. The staff was nice, showed me where the food was. Easy to check out. They had a few pets to adopt... birds a bunny. Super cute. It was a cute place. I would go back.

PUPPIES OR PLUSH TOYS?…read more Absolutely a well organized puppy store with four large floor playpens with the cutest small breed puppies. The store employee, Amanda, provided a plethora of information on each of the breeds. It was a wonderful sight to see that the playpens were minimally full at only two or three puppies in each and NOT indicative of a "puppy mill". The two tiny Cava Poos were just larger than my hand (see pic) and weighed under two pounds. They were so energetic and sweet but they come with a large price tag of $5000.00, which include a health assessment by a vet. Sadly, no discount for full cash payment vs plastic. The walls were full of carrying bags, necklaces, toys and clothing. Going to bring my daughter here to browse the puppies in an attempt to find a fun partner for her puppy, and try to negotiate the price.

After calling every local store, I came across Holistic Pet Cuisine and was grateful to find they carried the brand and type I needed. The store had an excellent selection of pet products, and I ended up grabbing a toy in addition to my dog food. The owner was kind enough to set a bag aside for me and she was just as kind in person when I met her. The next time I am in the area I will surely be visiting and supporting this wonderful small business.

We visited this location based upon a free puppy package offered by local rescue center for our new puppy. The package was far MORE than expected and so very appreciated. --- please buy something also, just don't leave with free item, let's keep small businesses like this open ! They offer several different brands, treats, and other items for puppies and cats. Pricing was not ridiculously high and some unique offerings were greatly appreciated. We would consider them for grooming and nail clippings and pricing seemed quite fair. I would only offer that plaza (once a Kmart) needs a new anchor store to draw visitors. Young lady working was very polite and answered most questions quickly. We stumped her on one food related question ..... but overall very accommodating. She also suggested their system Keeps track of purchases, and grooming for future needs. (Value added approach)

I am absolutely horrified and heartbroken by what happened to our dog at this grooming facility…read more Our dog was severely injured during her grooming appointment when her eyelid was cut open. The injury was serious enough that she had to be put under anesthesia to have her eyelid stitched and was referred to a veterinary ophthalmologist for further treatment. We are STILL dealing with follow-up appointments and ongoing veterinary care because of this injury. As devastating as the injury itself was, the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. No one called us immediately to tell us our dog had been injured. My daughter and I arrived to pick her up without knowing what had happened with our dog having been in pain for a minimum of 2 hours!!!!! Then, they actually CHARGED US FOR THE GROOMING SERVICE--and only afterward showed us that our dog's eyelid had been cut open. I cannot put into words how upsetting it was to walk in expecting to pick up our freshly groomed dog and instead discover that she had suffered an injury serious enough to require anesthesia, stitches, and a veterinary eye specialist. The owner ultimately agreed to pay the emergency veterinary bill, which I believe was absolutely appropriate given what happened. However, we were also told that the groomer was an independent contractor/1099 worker and the owner did not even know whether he carried any insurance. BUSINESS OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ESTABLISHMENTS!!!! We were also told that their waiver protected them from liability. I did not sign a waiver for this appointment, and regardless, pointing to a waiver after a customer's dog suffers this kind of injury was incredibly upsetting. What bothers me most is that we trusted this business with a member of our family. She could not tell us what happened to her or advocate for herself. We trusted the people caring for her to keep her safe and, if something went wrong, to immediately contact us and handle the situation appropriately. Instead, we left with an injured dog who needed emergency medical treatment and whose care is still ongoing. Seeing your dog in pain because of something that happened while she was supposed to be safely in someone else's care is absolutely sickening. I would never want another pet owner to experience what our family has gone through.

From the start, communication was disorganized. I had already sent in my dogs' vaccine records, yet I was asked to resend them because staff couldn't access the email address I was originally told to use. This was frustrating and felt like an unnecessary waste of time. When I picked up my dogs, several issues raised serious concerns for me. Their bed was returned broken, some of their toys were missing, none of their food was given back, and all of their treats were untouched which made me question what level of care they actually received during their stay. For a bill of nearly $900 for just three and a half days, I expected far better. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency in addressing these concerns. Days went by without resolution, leaving me feeling that my time and my dogs' well-being were not valued. This was not the experience I anticipated, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because no pet owner should have to feel this way after trusting a business with their animals.
