Mod Dog offers impeccable grooming services for my dog Luigi. Not only are they clean, professional, and thorough, all of the dogs are always calm, collected, and comfortable! This is an excellent sign of a great environment aside from the fact that my dog always comes out looking dapper and handsome as ever! Mod dog also adds a special touch with their "seasonal picture spots" that my friends and family love! Quite often Luigi has left with a business tie and looks really funny and cute! It warms my heart to have wonderful people like this in the dog grooming industry. (I moved to Jupiter 2yrs ago and tried 2 other spots but had to go back to Mod dog- nobody does it better) keep up the great work! read more

Hands down the best groomer around! 10/10 If you're picky about how your dog looks, you need to bring them to Mod Dog.The actual groom was exceptional--they gave my dog the perfect hairdo. I've had issues in the past where some groomers make him look like a girl, but the stylists here completely nailed it. He looks sharp, handsome, and exactly like a boy should! Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a flawless haircut. Mod Dog is officially our go-to spot! read more

I am always nervous about trying a new groomer, but when my normal ones were booked up I lucked out that moddog could fit me in. I have 2 toy sized older dogs and was overdue for a proper groom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was afraid I'd get one back with a bad chop due to her mats, but I was pleasantly surprised when my furbabies came out looking terrific. I was also surprised at how quickly they had completed- both were ready in about 2.5 hrs. read more

Great new owners. Did a wonderful job on my dog. Very polite and on time. Highly recommended this groomer.

We were contacted by the new owners of Mod Dog; we were customers before the move. They hoped we'd give them a try since they are the new owners and want to rebuild their customer base. We said we'd give them a chance and we are happy that we did. We have a few requests; nothing out of the ordinary and they exceeded expectations. We prefer first appointments so that our dog doesn't need to wait too long and he was ready in less than two hours. The cut was spot on and our dog was back to his handsome self. He even had the cutest tie that was reusable; very practical. Our dog was very happy when we picked him up yet also comfortable with the owners. We already booked our next appointment. read more

My dog went in for a grooming and after having him in/out of a crate for over 4 hours, when we picked him up he was "out of it" and not wanting to eat and bloated. We called the vet and she said to take him emergency room as his stomach had turned and he had to get emergency GVD surgery. There is no possible way it takes anywhere near 4 hours to groom a dog and they should be aware that certain dogs can have a tendency when stressed to bloat. Ever since the surgery, our dog has had so many complications that he will never be well again (not to mention the astronomical financial burden) read more

Thank you my Mod Dog for your TLC! My girls look beautiful. I have two Pomeranians both are seniors. They are very accommodating and caring with my special requests. Also my girls are so proud & spunky after their spa day! read more

I have been visiting Mod Dog for years and been more than pleased with how MY BABIES are treated ! Their haircuts are always exactly what I request, everytime. You can see they really LOVE dogs and enjoy what they do !! We are always welcomed with a friendly smile... Unfortunately one of my doggies suffers from anxiety and sometimes can not be the friendliest but the groomers at MOD DOG are extremely patient with her. We are so thankful to have found the BEST groomer in town.....and that is MOD DOG !! read more

My dog comes back looking great! I have an elderly Lhasa Apso and they are kind and gentle with her and make her look great.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Mod Dog is awesome. Kim groomed my shelter rescue dog, who is up for adoption, and she did an amazing job on him. He looks gorgeous! I'm going to take a picture of him and post it on the rescue website, and I'm sure he'll get adopted right away. Love their boutique too. I will be taking my own dog there for grooming in the future. Really, this place is top notch. read more

When my dog groomer took a leave I was on the hunt for a new location. I have found it! Mod Dog Grooming made what could've been a difficult transition a pleasant one. The owner Kim was extremely nice. I was able to bring my dog there in the morning and stayed there until my work day ended. Not only did she tell me how he did during the day, the groomer did an excellent job. My boy looks so handsome! He even went for a walk in the park. I will definitely use Mod Dog Grooming again and again..... read more

Kim is so good with dogs! My dog Karma absolutely adores her! Every time she sees her she gets so excited wagging her tail so hard it's adorable! The shop is clean, cute and the staff is very friendly. Also she's quick so I don't have to be away from my pup too long! read more

Now, in the interest of full disclosure, I don't have high-maintenance pets that require professional grooming... however, I have brought a variety of my lower-maintenance dogs to Mod Dog (a short-haired chihuahua, a belgian malinois, a golden, a white shepherd) and have been really happy every time. Baths, nail trimming, full groom (for the shepherd) -- all great and I trust the staff with my pets. I highly recommend this dog salon. read more

Love this groomer! My dog is a husky so she gets the low shedding treatment. It helps so much! She comes out looking like she lost 10 pounds :)... It really helps get rid of the undercoat. read more

I have not one complaint about this place. I originally went there as it is close to my house. I ended up loving it and not going back to my usual groomer in West Boca. Kim, the owner, has a true passion for dogs and works with me to groom local shelter dogs to assist them for adoption. Many of the dogs have gotten adopted thanks to her help cleaning them up. Yay Kim and yay Mod Dog! read more

This is THE BEST Grooming Salon in Palm Beach! Owner, Kim and the most incredible artful groomer David make everyone looke like stars -- and the "kids" come back happy and not stressed. Thank you all at Mod Dog! read more

I cannot believe what I am reading on all these reviews. I must have come on a day when the ones spoken about were not present. Not only did I leave with my dog being cut open by the groomer, who I believe was the owner. But I watched as an employee sat in the parking lot and stuck a needle in her arm just to walk inside moments later and work on the dogs inside! I will not be coming back to this place and I urge anyone else to be careful who they are trusting their dogs with! read more

twice my dogs got eat infections from this place and my vet told me that a good groomer would put cotton in their ears before the bathe them just cost me 500 $ to treat my dogs infection. Not to say the do not give the proper haircuts according to the breed and I just recently heard that from a neighbor of mine that I was the fourth person he had heard this from read more

They always do a wonderful job grooming my shih tzu and I can tell they really care for her while she is there.
