I am just beside myself hysterically crying. My doggies have never been to this place. My husband found this business :( They gave my dogs a literal hatchet job after keeping them locked up in what conditions I don't know for almost 7 hours. I am just stunned. I had no idea they were being locked up, other dogs there too, no paperwork from vets on any of them. I just have no idea what they were doing or why. It doesn't take 7 hours to groom a dog. My dogs are little under 15 lbs. Why on earth did they take our dogs and keep them all day for no reason? My husband went back almost 6 hours later, because I was so worried, they hadn't even started on one of my dogs. Never again. So so sorry for my babies. Awful job couldn't be worse. Beware. Never never will we use this business again. Horrifying. read more

The day I had to put down my service dog, an epileptic rescue and respond service animal certified. I have an epileptic who has Grand mall seizures at any moment without any signs. He was a rescue! I remember waiting for this grooming business to open. I was so excited that my dogs actually loved going to the groomer. Unfortunately while they were cutting my standard poodle and my medium poodle, my standard poodle had a neurological grandmal seizure. I had to put him down that day. They called me and told me that Aspen was acting weird. I picked them up suddenly during their grooming, to take Aspen to the hospital, ultimately interrupting our normal grooming days. I couldn't get an appointment sooner. So my medium poodle had to wait. I've owned five dogs that Matt. I finally got an appointment. When I got my medium poodle back from the #TntGrooming services, I noticed Tallulah was in pain. They had accidentally clipped the bottom of her ear lobe if you will. She ended up having to be put on antibiotics and the last chunk of her ear fell off last week. I've called them several times and left messages but they never returned my call. I called today and the gentleman that works there answered the phone, I was explaining to him what happened and trying to get a grooming appointment sooner. and blaming me for not brushing my dogs ears. Then he put me on hold forever and was disconnected following an ear piercing noise they have for their on hold music?A woman answered the next time. Again instead of apologizing she blamed me. I have documentation from my vet! I have pictures of her chunks of ear as they fell off. She is only three and just lost her big brother. I was at least expecting an apology or maybe a call back from the three times I tried to call them and left a message asking them for help I didn't know what to do. I got silence. I'm a business owner. I happen to be the President of Dwell to Sell Home Staging and interiors. Needless to say the conversation with the woman was quite combative. They are literally blaming me. There was no apology made. It was I'm very sorry BUT... I was mad I said to her I'm a business owner and the one thing you learn in business is the customer is always right even if they are wrong. You don't want to get a bad reputation. I have sent over five of my friends who have poodles or other dogs that need necessary grooming. Just picked up my 7mo old Goldendoodle from his first professional grooming. I was super nervous dropping him off, I could not be more happy!! They were beyond nice!! Jason and Terrie were so helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted. Ben looks absolutely perfect! His cut is fantastic! He was so happy at pickup clearly had tons of fun playing all afternoon. Got my kitten groomed for the first time yesterday and tnt did a great job! They listened to and executed exactly what I asked for and did it without cutting her once! She had a few knots deep into her armpit that she wouldn't even let me touch so the knots being in a difficult spot plus not knowing how'd she take getting groomed for the first time made me nervous. However, the owners were very kind and reassuring and again didn't cut her once which was such a relieve. She wasn't even very nervous when she came home which I figured she would be so I'm confident they treated her very well and it wasn't a traumatizing experience for her. Thanks TNT! read more

I've been looking for a groomer ever since my favorite groomer left Petsmart in Boca Raton.although TNT grooming did not have the best reviews it was recommended by some people at the dog park so I decided to give it a try. imagine my surprise when I walked in as a new customer and heard someone say "I know you " it was Carrie my old groomer from Petsmart now working at T n T grooming. I can't be happier. They did an amazing job on my Lulu and I loved the cage free atmosphere that was more like doggy day camp then traditional groomers that put them in cages. The price was great and I got a new customer discount. they have just gained a new loyal customer! read more

Had 10 am appointment, dog was penned until 3:30 when we came to pick him up, they hadn't even started him yet. Chopped his hair off in half an hour. On way home noticed blood on his white fur, they had made a huge nick in his neck and didn't have the courtesy to tell us. Bled for two days, now large scab. Stay away from this place. read more

They are great. Show a lot of love for the dogs. Cage-less environment. Our hairy sheltie turns out great every time. Only suggestion would be they open at 8 or 8:30 instead of 9 for those of us who like to drop the dogs off before work. read more

I have been going to this groomer for about two years. Every time I bring my little three year old morkie Harley to this place they always tell me how difficult she is to groom. They often make me feel like I should feel bad for them to groom my 8 lb dog. It's like they are super annoyed with a little dog. Today I had an appointment at noon to get my two little dogs groomed. The place called me about two days before to tell me that they need to charge me an additional 10$ dollars cause Harley is difficult. I said no problem. So I brought my dogs and a older woman with short strawberry blonde hair was at the desk. She seemed already annoyed that we were there. I asked if we could be sure the dogs teeth get washed. She said well if they let me and it's an extra 5$ per dog in a very frustrated voice. I said ok. Then I said and I would like there nails clipped but I believe you do this already. She again was annoyed and said well if they let us but we don't get the bleeding. I said of course. Then I brought the dogs to the door for her to grab my dogs. She said they won't be ready for six hours. I said oh goodness. I have to pick them up by 4 pm which is four hours. She said well you didn't tell me that when you made your appointment. I said ok well maybe you can just do harleys groom and wash rhino only. She was super frustrated with me and was like no we can't do them. You need to reschedule. She constantly made me feel like I should be saying thank you for them doing a service. I will never take my dogs back here!!! They should really learn how to speak to people especially when they are providing a service!!! It's an 8lb dog!! Give me a break woman!!!! read more

I have been using TNT Grooming for my own pets for years. The groomers are truly a "cut above" everywhere else I have tried. They are compassionate, and truly love animals. If you are pressed for time, they allow you to drop off and pick up according to your schedule. If your dog enjoys playing with dogs, it is welcomed into day-care at no additional charge before or after being groomed. Another reason this salon deserves kudos, is they groom rescued pets for NO Charge for a local rescue that brings in terribly neglected, matted pets that require time consuming effort. Of course, they make sure all pets, including the rescue pets, have been vetted and are free of any illness, before being allowed in to the salon. I appreciate that diligence, since I've had my pets come home sick from previous salons. This business is a gem. read more
