It was a bit of an urgent matter this morning, and my original vet from Centeal Park location was not available, so I decided to visit the Coral Springs site, which was only 5 min from home. When I arrived, and quick patient form had to be filled out, and they were able to pull my dog's records from our original location. Nismo was given a welcome baggie, filled with some goodies to take home. When I made my appointment over the phone, I inquired if the Care Club plan we have at Centeal park carried over and could be used at other locations, and unfortunately it does not. Care Club plans for specific to the location you signed up. Nevertheless less, the kind vet assistant that I spoke with made me aware that there is a coupon on the website site for a free one time visit for first time patients, so I took advantage of that, the the check up was in fact 100% free, I ended up only paying for a few pills for my dog. This location is clean and well stocked with food, treats and lots of oral needs for both cats and dogs. Grooming and boarding is also offered here, and I noticed they have a doggy in the facility. It was definitely a great experience. Wonderful, quick appointment times and one on one consultation.

Grace Slaton, Assistant Manager, and Dr. Rodgers calmly walked us through an incredibly frightening situation, stabilized our puppy, and made us feel reassured every step of the way. A few weeks later, Ozzy was ready to be neutered, and I think the true testament to the level of care he received is that he ran right into VCA and jumped into Grace's waiting arms! The entire staff snuggled him, loved on him, and made him feel completely comfortable and safe. They did an excellent job with his surgery and aftercare, and they absolutely have a customer for life in Ozzy although hopefully his future visits will be a little less exciting! The level of care, attention to detail, compassion, and calm environment make VCA Coral Springs an excellent choice for anyone looking for a veterinary home. I felt the sessions the trainer provided us were kind of weak and basic, during the course of 5 months the office or the trainer canceled several times. I paid for 10 sessions and got 7 sessions all of which I was told were supposed to be 1-hour sessions but never got more than 45 mins total per session. I called a few weeks ago after no contact from their main office or trainer for a month asking what was going on and for a refund, but they haven't responded other than to know they don't offer refunds. I feel their main office and trainers do not do a good job of contacting you and my dog is still terribly scared of other dogs and has made little improvement.

A week or so ago, the "welcome home" note pointed out some symptoms that the boys were showing that we should have noted ourselves but hadn't. As a result they went straight to the vet and are now getting treatment for chronic renal failure. Julie extended their lives and improved the quality of their last months with her note. For that we owe her far more than her fees will ever cover. I recommend her without reservation.
