I have a large, long hair cat that needed her backside and nails groomed, she is a nervous cat and I was concerned whether they could do this. Brett was able to handle her so she was comfortable while the other groomer trimmed her nails and backside! I was amazed at how they handled her. My cat is much happier now! Excellent work! read more

Our little guy Teddy loves this place. He comes back super happy and clean. The staff is super kind and amazing with our little dog. Super easy to book, really cool people on the phone and never an issue. Highly recommend. 5 stars all around. read more

PetSpot has always done a great job grooming my little parti-poodle, Daisy . They always do exactly what I want and ask. I've never been disappointed with their work. Even though my Daisy is happy all the time, they even have staff (Brent is wonderful) who is qualified for more scared or anxious doggies. Their prices are very reasonable, too. read more

I've been bringing my senior dog here for about five years and have always had a great experience. The owner, Brett, is especially wonderful with my dog. He's incredibly gentle and patient with her, which means a lot since she's older and needs a little extra care. Every time I pick her up, she looks beautiful and well-groomed. I highly recommend them! read more

Last month, January, 2026, I brought my two dogs in for their usual bath, however, something seemed off when I pick them up. After exhausting every avenue to find out what was happening with my dog, I brought them back for another bath. I asked them if it was possible my dog could have gotten fleas there and they said yes and just an oversight didn't tell me. They made my dog cry in pain for 3 weeks and told me nothing. I would not be recommending this place ever read more

I've only been a dog owner for the last 5 years, but there is nowhere else I would take my dog to get his nails trimmed. I first met Brett when we brought our dog Xena in for her nail trims. She absolutely refused to let us do it, but absolutely was in love with him. He literally is the dog whisperer! Fast forward through nine foster dogs and now my own personal dog, Saint, and The Pet Spot is the only place we will go. I have pitbulls, so they don't require grooming, but whenever I'm in there I see lots of adorable fluffy dogs getting their hair trimmed and looking fabulous ! My new dog, Saint, came from such a horrible background of abuse. Brett took his time with Saint, and sat on the floor with him, and got him to trust him before he attempted his nails. That spoke volumes to me! He wasn't about just trying to get the customers in and out, he's building rapport with the animals he cares for. There is nowhere in Boynton Beach that I trust more than The Pet Spot. Make sure you give them a try!! read more

I highly recommend Pet Spot Grooming in Boynton Beach! They always do a great job and really take the time to listen to exactly what I ask for. It's clear they care about both the pets and their owners. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere in the store is welcoming and truly dog-friendly, which makes the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! read more

Sadly I had to stop going. Great groomers but don't listen. I have a 23 lb aussiedoodle. Loving and sweet and smart. I have told them for over a year to NOT CUT HIS EYELASHES. He has long eyelashes that are very elegant. They keep cutting them with the "SALVO" when I complain that" they'll grow back." NOT THE POINT. I'M DONE. I need a groomer who will listen to the pets owner, not a "COOKIE CUTTER" groomer who does what THEY want. read more

I was impressed by how quickly they were able to accommodate my senior dog and felt heard when I was explaining his grooming history. However, was very disappointed by the grooming results. The haircut itself was very short, choppy, looked rushed and not blended. I really wanted to like this place but I don't think I'll be returning. read more

I was looking for a new place to take my dog since I'm new to the area. After I read the Yelp reviews I knew this was the place to Rocko. I called and spoke to the owner Brett, who was amazing at giving me all the information I needed. When we got there, they are following Covid protocol, they meet you outside. Right away Brett made us feel at ease by answering any questions we had. You can tell how experienced he is at handling dogs and we felt so comfortable with him. They called us within an hour to pick up Rocko. He was happy and smelled amazing!!! My dog must of had an amazing time because when we got home he was rejuvenated like coming home from the spa. Kudos all around to the staff. FYI- there is a Starbucks in the same parking lot. Don't forget to stop and get your dog a Puppacino. read more

3 things about this place: 1. Called to see if they open at 8:30am and called at 8:34 and they were able to get me in right away with 2 big dogs. A lot of places don't like to take my golden retriever because it's a lot of work for them but this place took the golden retriever with a lot of love for dogs. 2. From the moment you walk in, you feel very welcomed. Very friendly and efficient staff. Price was reasonable and delivered an excellent service. 3. Shout out to Megan and all the excellent staff at the Pet Spot because I can tell they are passionate of what they do and could tell it from their eyes. Highly highly recommend this place to those who are not sure where to go for dog grooming. Thank you Pet Spot! read more

They are wonderful. 1000% pet friendly and they are very gentle with your pet. They also do a great job grooming your pet.

Looking for new groomer since the other place I went gave my dog the worst cut of his life. Then tried to fix it and he was traumatized. Pet Spot groomers were absolutely wonderful. My dog was relaxed and got the most beautiful groom of his life. Fabulous place!! 5 star service! read more

First time to the salon we had a brilliant experience! My dog is older and doesn't like grooming and she was calm going in and being picked up [and I didn't give her anti-anxiety meds]. This is important to me. I like that there was an option to have the dogs in a cage or free. Everyone was very nice and my dog got a great cut. I moved here from another state recently and have tried three other local salons, all who cut uneven. This salon not only cut even, but noted the issue in the grow-out from the other salon. You can trust them with your fur-baby. read more

If i could rate this place 10 stars i would. I called hoping to get my dog in and they got her in and groomed within 2 days of me calling. Not only that, my dog normally doesn't love other dogs- but she loved being there with the dogs that were waiting for their grooms or waiting to be picked up. She had such a fun day, i could tell that she loved it when i came to pick her up. She enjoyed spending time with dogs (when normally she doesn't). The people that work there fill your heart with love, they really do treat every dog as if it's their own. I'm so happy to have found this grooming location. I've tried all grooming locations- corporate, and even fancy. Nothing came close to this places customer service. They listen to what you want and really do just that. Thank you for treating my fur baby like your own! read more

We've been taking our fur baby for the last 6 years and I can't say enough good things about it. Bret and his staff are amazing. Our lil diva Coco (teacup Yorkie) is a handful and when she's there they know her by name and always show her lots of love. She's always cut how I like and and they even add a lil bow to her hair. I can't begin to tell you how kind they have been. There have been times where I can't pick her up exactly on time and they always wait for me. The stylist are God sent and know what they are doing. Always so sweet to my big (now older) dog. He comes home looking stylish and smelling terrific.

I have two Australian shepherds who have a looooot of hair. The big one, Tucker, got a shave and looks amazing (he tends to get a little neurotic when his hair is long and chews on himself!). Tucker is a difficult dog, in general, and they were so positive and welcoming to our butthead of a boy. Our little one, Penny, keeps the breed standard cut and they did such a nice job on her coat. It was Penny's first groom and they did a wonderful job slowly introducing her to the air dryer and making her experience comfortable and low anxiety. Both my pups were clearly taken care of at Pet Spot and look fantastic! This is definitely our regular groomer now! read more

Brett was so great with our little girl. He sat down on the floor with her to make sure she was comfortable and trusted him. He also discussed how she should be groomed and cut. So I knew exactly what to expect. The whole staff was super friendly and all the dogs seemed pretty happy to roam around the shop. I have been taking my boy, Chance, here for a few years now and I will not go anywhere else! The owner, Brett, is absolutely incredible. You can tell he loves his 4 legged clients and what he does. The staff is incredible as well. I have never encountered any issues and Chance's cut is always consistent. If I ever have any questions, Brett always takes the time to listen and answer them. The people are nice enough there, but that's just an act. To rip you off. I was called after they already shampooed my 12 year samoyed and was told the whole thing is going to be $250.00 cause we have to brush her longer, she has a thick coat, but we can stop now if you wish, he says. Now. why would I have them stop if she is already shampooed, that will only cause her to mat up, if she dosent get brushed. When I dropped her off he ran a brush through her and we agreed that it would be like $150.00. She is a Samoyed, they have thick coats, 3 layers of coat to be exact. I have never paid that type of money to get any dog groomed. AND SHE GETS GROOMED EVERY THREE MONTH. Speaking of highway robbery! You should be ashamed of yourself. Stop the act. read more

I took my Golden Doodle Summer to Pet Spot for the first time last month. I was immediately greeted by Brett the owner. He was more then happy to answer all my questions. He couldnt have been more welcoming to myself and my dog. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The cost for the grooming was more then fair compared to most of the places around town. I couldn't be more happier with the result. Top notch! read more

I had read that the owner had a talent for trimming the nails of difficult dogs. My dog is ridiculous and gets overly dramatic when vet techs try to trim his nails. The last two times the vet had to put him under anesthesia to get his nails trimmed, which cost me a total of $500. So I had low expectations coming here today. Out comes the owner, super calm and reassuring. He trimmed my dog's nails in a matter of minutes at a tiny fraction of the cost. He is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and explained why my dog most likely had developed an aversion to trimming. I can't thank you enough for doing this. Freddy thanks you too. read more
