Today, I brought my grandpuppy Tiny Tim (long haired Chihuahua) in for a hair cut and as soon as he saw the technician Gabby he went wild and he loves her. Two hours later he was perfectly groomed and tired. Prices are reasonable and the place was clean.

We visited this location based upon a free puppy package offered by local rescue center for our new puppy. We would consider them for grooming and nail clippings and pricing seemed quite fair. I would only offer that plaza (once a Kmart) needs a new anchor store to draw visitors. I am absolutely horrified and heartbroken by what happened to our dog at this grooming facility…read more Our dog was severely injured during her grooming appointment when her eyelid was cut open. The injury was serious enough that she had to be put under anesthesia to have her eyelid stitched and was referred to a veterinary ophthalmologist for further treatment. We are STILL dealing with follow-up appointments and ongoing veterinary care because of this injury. As devastating as the injury itself was, the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. No one called us immediately to tell us our dog had been injured. My daughter and I arrived to pick her up without knowing what had happened with our dog having been in pain for a minimum of 2 hours!!!!! Then, they actually CHARGED US FOR THE GROOMING SERVICE--and only afterward showed us that our dog's eyelid had been cut open. I cannot put into words how upsetting it was to walk in expecting to pick up our freshly groomed dog and instead discover that she had suffered an injury serious enough to require anesthesia, stitches, and a veterinary eye specialist. The owner ultimately agreed to pay the emergency veterinary bill, which I believe was absolutely appropriate given what happened. However, we were also told that the groomer was an independent contractor/1099 worker and the owner did not even know whether he carried any insurance. BUSINESS OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ESTABLISHMENTS!!!! We were also told that their waiver protected them from liability. I did not sign a waiver for this appointment, and regardless, pointing to a waiver after a customer's dog suffers this kind of injury was incredibly upsetting. What bothers me most is that we trusted this business with a member of our family. She could not tell us what happened to her or advocate for herself. We trusted the people caring for her to keep her safe and, if something went wrong, to immediately contact us and handle the situation appropriately. Instead, we left with an injured dog who needed emergency medical treatment and whose care is still ongoing. Seeing your dog in pain because of something that happened while she was supposed to be safely in someone else's care is absolutely sickening. I would never want another pet owner to experience what our family has gone through.

I received no phone call, no advance notice, and no opportunity to approve the charge before it was added to my bill. While I was there picking up my dogs, I asked if the owner, Laura, would give me a call so I could discuss my concerns and understand why I had not been contacted before the additional charge was added. I was told she would return my call. I followed up several times, and each time I was told she would call me back. Despite multiple requests and multiple opportunities to do so, I never received a call. This is not about the $20. It's about how the situation was handled. Customers deserve to be informed about additional charges before they are added to a bill, and they deserve the courtesy of a return phone call when they have a concern. If you're considering using this groomer, be aware that additional charges may not be discussed in advance, and if you have a concern afterward, I wouldn't expect a call back from the owner.

Brought my dog to daycare today. I got a call at 9:27am that he was attacked. On the phone she told…read moreme they were playing and it got out of hand. Later when we went to pick him up the manager looked at the cameras she said my dog was in the corner and the other dog came up and attacked him. So she lied on the phone. I asked her if it was bad and I needed to pick him up. She said it was a little scratch. He sat in a crate the entire day. When we picked him up he has a gash that was bleeding and goosing everywhere. We brought him to the vet right away and he now has a staple in his nose, is on pain meds and antibiotics. He is so lethargic and nose is swollen. I am deeply disappointed with how they handled the situation and lied to us multiple times. I will not be bringing my dog back here and I hope that the other dog is not allowed back here either. *first picture is his nose when we picked him up, second picture is after the vet visit*
