What an experience! We have taken our new pup to a few local places and didn't feel comfortable with the vibe or how my pup acted afterwards. We continued our search and found Champ and Charlie's on Google. The perfect 5 star reviews were a big green flag, so we gave it a go. I can honestly say that the owner and team here ABSOLUTELY love their work. They made my pup feel right at home, not to mention the grooming was excellent! Today was her second groom of many many more. If you need a dog groomer, look no further. The reviews are all 5 stars for a very good reason.

Since Wednesday was puppy she has been coming here for her grooming services and it has always been the best experience! Both Maarit and Bruna are the best!!

I have never found a groomers that love my babies like I do. Maarit and her team are absolutely amazing. Not only do they look adorable but they loved there and that makes me so happy. Take your babies there you will not regret it.

    A happy boy!

And due to the size it tends to be very expensive at most places and he's been butchered at several. My friend referred me to Puppylicious, which is a bit of a drive from my home in East Delray Beach but when I say it is worth it, it truly is. The fees are average - not cheap and not overly expensive (a 200lb Newf is already expensive anywhere) but I would consider their fees very fair for the beautiful job they do. I don't like to drive to Broward County for anything to be honest but they made it worth the drive and we're flexible with scheduling and arranging pickup time. The team is extremely kind and very skilled. You can tell they enjoy the company of animals, love what they do and listen to their customers' needs. Xavier leaves feeling so wonderful, because Newfies are truly not built for hot summer climates with their long heavy coat. Paulo and his stylists new exactly what would feel comfy for him and still keep his classic Newfoundland charm (my floofy newfie!) This groomer/salon is definitely in my top local businesses I'd recommend, and the best we've found Semi-nearby (we tried several around Boca and Delray and the poor guy got butchered - not because of the groomers, per se, but simply the very specific skill it takes to groom a dog this size and breed) Thanks Puppylicious!

Great experience here for my little long hair chihuahua. It was Millie's first grooming experience…read moreand honestly I am more nervous for her than she probably was. Millie is 9 months and we trained and socialized her really well so I would not say she is aggressive or super fearful. We dropped her off around 11:30. We called earlier to check for availability and they were super flexible that day which was awesome. There was a lady on the phone who was super nice and when we dropped her off we handed Millie to Paulo. Told Paulo it was Millie's first time. We wanted just her to get grooming experience and mainly sanitary cut, and omg her but feathers. Her butt feathers always gets in the way when she pees. He started right away with her and definitely took his time to make her feel comfortable. When we picked her up not only did she looked and smelled great, she was calm and happy. They put bows on her ear which is not really Millie's style but so funny and cute. Loved it. Price is great! Will definitely be coming back whenever I am in Florida with my little girl. Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pet Paradise…read more A week before my scheduled boarding, I completed a tour of the facility and completed the the required paperwork prior to boarding. During the tour, I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do before my dogs' stay, and I was told everything was set. Today, I arrived to board my two dogs before leaving on a trip tomorrow. One is an almost 2-year-old French Bulldog who is perfectly healthy and fully trained, and the other is my 17-year-old Shih Tzu. After arriving, I was told they would not board either dog. My French Bulldog was excited from the car ride and had just been outside before we drove over, so she was panting. They said her temperature was elevated and refused to board her. As soon as we got home, she was completely fine, acting like her normal self, and showed absolutely no signs of illness. My 17-year-old Shih Tzu was also refused because I had put a diaper on her for the drive as a precaution in case she became nervous and had an accident in the car or lobby. I explained that she does not wear diapers at home and that I simply take her outside regularly. I didn't even bring extra diapers because she doesn't need them. Despite explaining this, they still refused to board her. What is most frustrating is that none of these concerns were discussed during my tour or after I completed all of the paperwork. Had I been informed in advance that these issues could prevent boarding, I would have had time to make other arrangements. Instead, I was turned away the day before my trip with virtually no notice. As the owner of brachycephalic breeds, I fully understand that facilities must prioritize safety, and I appreciate caution when it is genuinely necessary. However, this experience left me feeling that my dogs were being judged primarily because one is a brachycephalic breed and the other is elderly, rather than being evaluated based on their overall health and individual circumstances. If your family has a French Bulldog, another brachycephalic breed, or a senior dog, I strongly recommend not boarding your dogs here. My experience was incredibly stressful. I hope Pet Paradise reviews its intake process so other pet owners don't have to go through the same experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.
