10$ for 7 minutes, nice room and place to secure pup. Didn't have to wait on Friday afternoon

I love this place! They carry excellent products - no junk here. The staff is all super friendly and knows a lot about their products. They even let you return food if it doesn't agree with your pet. They put your name in their system so they can keep track of & remind you of your past purchases - not to mention a loyalty program for pet washes & certain brands of foods. Their pet washing station is great and they are open until a reasonable time on weekdays so that people who actually work normal hours can take their pet for a bath after work (your dog has to be in the bath by 6:45pm on weekdays). They also carry a great range of good chews like bully sticks and frozen marrow bones. We won't be going anywhere else for our pet food/treats or baths! The only thing they don't do that we need is nail trimming, so we just head to Petco for that ($10). read more

Love this place! We have been in 4 times to use the self wash and each time the staff is so attentive and helpful. They do a greta job of making sure the tubs are clean for the next customer and walk you through how to use all of the amenities. I also shop for pet snacks here and always come home with a bunch of US made scoobies for my dogs. read more

Awesome DIY dog wash! They have everything you need including a safe step ladder for the pups who you can't lift in the tub. Only $10 and my dogs fresh and clean ;) read more

I really enjoy Pet Station. It is an easy to get to location. They have premium dog food with quality ingredients. They do have a customer loyalty program, where you buys 12 bags of food you get the 13th bag free. If you have 2 bigger dogs, you'll have no trouble getting a free bag every 6 months. They seem a little pricey but I do care about what my dog is eating. There is also a self dog wash and they do offer groomer services. I took my dog there once to be groomed but that groomer is no longer there so i think that is a mute point. If you are searching for quality pet products then Pet Station is the way to go read more

I had a much better experience this time around... there were 2 college aged people working the front and clean-up. The blonde girl today was very nice and sweet. The guy mopping the back was hella cool and when my acct couldn't be pulled up (probably because the last jerk I dealt with was lazy) he set me all up and comped my wash. That was really nice, cuz I've been here a few times and was really irritated that I wasn't in the system, earning my free wash. Also, they have since added a few leash hooks. I think they need more, especially around the register and a tad higher up in the back, but hey, its a good start. read more

Now this is the place to take your dog for a bath! It's so easy and quick. No need to make an appt, just walk in and most likely there's space. Very comfortable setting, there's plenty of room for any dog (I have a golden). Too bad they aren't closer to my house, but other than that I will be coming back. read more

Went in yesterday to buy some new food for my old dog. The owners were very friendly and gave me a couple of recommendations. I didn't look around very much because I was in a hurry, but they seem to have a great selection of food and pet accessories. I'll definitely be going back. read more

I'm not a dog washer like many of the other reviewers. I hear the dog wash is something special. But I'm pretty sure my cats would murder me in my sleep if I brought them in for a wash! We have been buying our cats' raw food at Pet Station for 3 years now. The people who work here are very nice and helpful, and they carry lots of healthy options for our pets. read more

We have been buying our pets food here for a few years. They have amazing customer service, will look up what we buy go get the food and always offer to help me carry the large bags to the car. They also special ordered us a dog food we asked for. read more

Quick, easy and convenient! The tubs where not gross or disgusting and the pups seemed to be at ease there! Had a selection of brushes and cleaning supplies. Was a cool store all around with decent prices on toys, leashes, harnesses, food and treats. I will for sure be back! read more

Great little pet store in University Hills. Pet Station carries brands that I never saw in the chains. My dog never really liked any of the more popular brands. At Pet Station, my wife found him a healthy choice that he truly enjoys. There is also a wide assortment of treats available along with a self service washing station. A nice friendly staff adds to the genuiness of this neighborhood business. read more

I love this store for its dog bath. The soap is right in the sprayer and make giving my dog a bath sooooooooo much easier. The quicker I can get her in and out the better for both of us ;) The staff is friendly and helpful as well. read more

Pet Station - Pet Station - Pet Stores Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Affordable, well maintained, and well stocked self grooming stations. Nice collection of specialized dog treats and food as well

I just brought home a new puppy from dumb friends league and was 9 minutes past the "closing time" for a bath and was refused. The store doesn't close until 6 and it would've taken me all of 10 minutes to wash this little pup. Very disappointed. read more

Pet Station is the most outstanding, family owned pet store ever! They have super quality products of all kinds, great customer service, and huge competitive prices. Dont go to the box stores, feel secure with awesome product and great service! read more

I will buy EVERYTHING I can for my pets from Pet Station! They are always kind, courteous and willing to help. They have a wonderful selection of treats, toys and food that beats most large chain pet shops. Pet Station also has one of the easiest pet wash setups and it's very reasonably priced. SHOP LOCAL and support Pet Station with me!!! read more

I am a professional dog trainer and I love this shop. It is family owned and operated and the owners know and care about their products. I go in whenever I am in the neighborhood to stock up on supplies. They have an amazing "self grooming" station that I send all my clients to use because grooming and handling is an important part of responsible dog ownership. If they don't carry something I am looking for they always offer to order it special for me. Cheers. read more

Great, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Very impressed with the three large bath stations, cleanliness and all that is included with the bath. The owner even showed me how everything works and was the one cleaning everything. read more

Went there for the first time the other day. Had an amazing experience! I came in to give my two doggies a bath and everything was so clean and easy to use. The manager was very nice and told me how to use all the equipment. When we were finished we grabbed some food and bones. Everything just worked out really well. read more

Please animal lovers, support your local mom and pop shop. This one includes son and sometimes a girlfriend is hanging around. This shop came recommended by a veterinary technician because my Great Dane is allergic to just about everything that walks on four legs. Pet Station carries several varieties of healthy food that fit the bill for my giant Jupiter. At 9 cups of food a day, and 85 dollars a bag, feeding a dog with allergies is not cheap. But the vet bills were worse and after a year of sweet potatoes and duck and other veggies and two-legged animals, Jupiter is healthy again. Pet Station also has a really good customer loyalty program. The family is very nice (though I read from the reviews that some feel the dad is grumpy--he's actually very nice, just not Mr. Smiley), including Aaron the son who is also cool and hip. He knows the products well, but he is unable to price new items that just came in so you may have to wait. He's great about calling you once they've been processed. Their pet toys are rated for strength. My Great Danes get toys rated 8 and up. My Italian Greyhound gets furry things that squeak and don't need to be rugged, they just cannot have stuffing. This is the best pet store in SE Denver. They are sandwiched in between a Petco and Petsmart. Try skipping the megastores and go for the quality and service. Keep independent stores alive! Pet Station rocks. read more

Love this place for all my puppy's needs! From the better quality, healthy dog food not sold in big chain pet stores, to the best grooming accessories and pet toys, AND the fabulous self-wash basins! This is our go-to place for everything our puppy needs. Plus it is a small local business, which I always strive to support. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful to both the animals and their owners! I would not go anywhere when it comes to shopping and caring for our doggie family member!! read more

This small business is awesome. The store is full of high quality dog/cat food, treats locally produced, many options of leash/collars and toys available. I also love the self-wash station they have. I have two large dogs and pay $12/dog for a wash. They have frequent bath-user program. I get a free bath after 10 times. Since I have two, a free bath comes fairly quickly. The staffs at the store are very friendly and helpful. I have been taking my dogs there for many years now and will continue to do so. read more

Will only shop here from now on for dog food, toys, bones and such. They are nice, knowledgeable and willing to help, and MOST importantly - care about the health of your animal! read more

Pet Station is one of the friendliest pet stores I have visited in Denver. The owners are personable and helpful and will order in anything from peanut butter and jelly dog cookies to premium foods - just ask! I have been thoroughly impressed with the dog wash and management and my dogs love to go there. They are always welcome. Much better prices and service than any Petsmart or Petco! read more

I love Pet Station. It's a quaint small store with lots of personality! They have great prices. I came in one day to find a unique toy for my dogs. Dan helped me pick out some Elk Antlers. OMG! My dogs LOVE them, well whats left of them. It took a long time for them to gnaw them down. I've heard of others buying the same product at big box pet stores and they never last. The ones at Pet Station seem to be a better quality at a good price. Dan is awesome and is very helpful. A true dog lover! read more

Pet Station is a great, community centered business. They give back to the community by supporting many local animal rescues with dog washes and by donating goods. We get all of our dog food there and the prices are generally lower than their competitors. Pet Station will also special order in products that they don't typically stock. read more

These folks are helpful and low key. They stock great stuff for cats and are very happy to help with special orders. They also have a really nice loyalty discount that doesn't require a card or any kind of sign up. I don't want to recommend this place, because I don't want it overrun! But, it's too awesome to keep quiet about. read more

Business has a great selection of natural pet foods. Have found that Blue Buffalo is cheaper here than at PetCo. Plus they always offer to carry the bag to my car. The self-serve bath came in handy when my dog decided to play in the marsh at the dog park. read more

Great prices with incentives (buy 10 bags of food get the 11th free - same with dog washes), and the prices are competitive or better then the box stores. All in all I love that it is in my neighborhood but would go out of my way if it wasn't! read more
